They list a vehicle at a certain price. For example $12,450 then they add some theft device that is $1995 that you can't opt out of. So i drive 2.5 hrs to go to this location. The cost of the vehicle would have been over 16k or the door. They didn't tell us this on the phone. They are shady people. I wish I could put zero stars. I was so excited to come buy my car. I had been talking to an employee for weeks now. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience, and they wasted my time. These people said one thing and did another. I drove two hours out of my way. When I left my house the listed price was $8,985 and after talking to them and checking again it was listed for $10,995. So crooked. Also, nothing on the website said the cars ACCESSORIES were not included in the price. So total price he gave me was almost 14k!! Ridiculous. When we get to the dealership, we are told that price is incorrect, but the correct price is actually $13,995...but WAIT...that price is incorrect also because that's the CASH price! I told the sales rep to please make sure the car was good to go before I made the drive. This was the worst customer service experience and they checked all of the boxes when it comes to stereotypical used car salesman. We called to verify if the car we wanted was available twice before we drove over an hour to come and test drive and purchase this vehicle. When we arrived we had an out the door price printed out and we took the car to the Sears Auto Center to get it checked out to make sure everything was working properly. After the car was given the ok, we headed back to the lot, called our bank to go ahead with the car loan, and sat down to sign the papers. Another man came and said "sorry we gave you the wrong price it's actually over $1,000 more." Just the classic bait and switch. He went over this long detailed excuse which seemed like he was just covering his tracks. The entire conversation was just excuses such as, an employee is leaving the country, can't get ahold of the owner, he had to drive the car for over 200 miles yesterday, etc. None of this was disclosed when we arrived or after we paid for the inspection. For a company to not even be on the same page about pricing especially when we were moments away from signing is absurd. This was a complete waste of our time but hopefully this saves you time and money. read more

Asked me if I had cash several times. This is not how people do business. He refused to assist me with the mechanical diagnostics of the used vehicle I was interested in claiming that "as is" means they don't have to disclose anything mechanical about a vehicle that it is my job to do my due diligence, while I agree that I will take the car to a mechanic it is good business practice for a dealership to offer their mechanical diagnostics as a reference. No one working there has any information and they all walk around chasing their tails...it's a dystopian wasteland trap house. When I was there Will gave me private financial information about another customers bankruptcy to explain the long long wait time. No toilet paper in the restrooms and the whole place is faded glory, tacky, gaudy and falling apart. Save your time and stay away from this place. read more

Do not go here. They're just trying to make a dollar they don't care who they have to take advantage of. They sold me a truck as is when I took the test drive everything seemed fine but when I started it up the next day it started making a loud clicking noise and the check engine light came on also turns out the power steering pump was bad I needs a full tune up and this is just less than a week driving it off the lot. Although I did not purchase my vehicle from Drive Now, I was able to get my money and trade in vehicle returned to me. I was quoted an amount for my trade in and when the paperwork came to sign the price was changed (-$500.00). When I brought the vehicle back I was told it would be able to be fixed, but 4 days later and a rental car that I had to pay for, the car was still having the same issue. Bought a car here in January and I've had nothing but trouble with this dealership ever since. Needed a new battery after a month, even though they said they had tested it and it was good. Needed a new belt shortly after that, which they also said they had tested. I've been waiting for them to send me my license plates and registration for nearly SIX MONTHS now-- have called at least once a day for the past few weeks and I can't reach management and no one calls me back. Also, there's no wifi and it's freezing inside the dealership, which I normally wouldn't complain about but seeing as I was there for nine hours buying my car and then twice more for hours waiting on maintenance it feels even crappier. The people are all very nice in person but the customer service is awful. And I still don't have my plates and registration! The paper license plates they gave me have obviously fallen off by now so I'm basically unable to drive my car anywhere because I'm afraid I'll get a ticket. read more

When you hear them say "Don't worry about it we will take care of it" RUN. When are they lying? when their lips are moving. I have evidence of all their claims through electronic communication and them ignoring all communication. Looking for a car for my daughter... found a 12 Hyundai velster priced at 6400.00. While we decided that is the car to buy... the gentleman told us it would be 6400.00 out the door being we were paying cash. Once we got into the office to do the paperwork... the gentleman left for a good 15 minutes and came back with another guy named Bob. Bob told us that we need to purchase a 2k warranty on car. And the price was 8900. So we asked what the price was without because we were not interested in any warranty. He took off and came back about 10 minutes later and stated it would be 7400. We were told cash deal 6400 out the door. Bob became upset because we wernt buying into the shady scam deal and told us that if we come back hes not giving deals and thanked us for saving him money by not buying...and stormed out the door pissed off. First of all my biggest mistake was buying a car here. I should have known better that use car places are shitty specially this one however I still came in because a friend referred me and I took a chance thinking this place might be different since my friend who referred me worked there. Oddly enough I found a car I like, a 2012 Mini Cooper S type. unfortunately with in a week my car was giving us issue which I reported to Bob and dealer they ask me to bring it in when I can??? Like if it's easy to take time off work at their convenience!!!!! Anyhoo so I did and the first time I took it in on a Friday at 10:36am the mechanic was not there because he had no cars to fix, second time I took it in mechanic was to busy and there sales guy took a look at it advising me that it's only dripping because of the AC. Okay I left home thinking it wasn't a big deal week after car began leaking a little more, so once again I called in and Bob asked me to bring it back and that they would take care of it, so me feeling positive and happy I took it in yesterday from Ontario leaving work early and car running decent to San Bernardino got their at 2:45pm and their Micky mouse mechanic looked into it and messed with after 1 hour 48 minutes he comes back to tell me that he doesn't have the proper tools and to take it to a mechanic they know tomorrow. At this point I'm livid but kept my cool and ask them why can't I leave it here and have they transported, his response was that "they ain't responsible for it and to just take it to this place off E street & baseline" So I left and on my way home up the 15 freeway to Hesperia my care starts to over heat spilling out all the coolant. I am Distraught stressed and pissed I text Bob sending him photos and videos to show him what happened but no response. I call dealer and they tell me to take it to the mechanic they referred me to. After the receptionist advises me that I can talk to no one because their whole team is in a meeting and that the car is sold as is and that it's been a month and 2 weeks so they can't help me. But I dismissed it because Bob told me he would take care of it Next day I tow my car to the mechanic just to be advise that they will not cover a penny to fix my car after Bob said he would take care of it I've only had my car a month and 2 weeks and they Don't have the courtesy or audacity to help me out or to even pay half of the cost. This dealer is horrible they don't deserve a star. Think twice before you buy a car from them or any used dealer. Now I have to fix car and call an attorney.
