I am so impressed with the staff and services I received at Logos Dentistry. I had to have some cavities filled and deep cleaning to restore my teeth due to the fact I wasn't able to for some years now. Each department works so well together and were very kind and helpful throughout the process. I always have a nice experience at this office. They were helpful at my first appointment in making sure I had healthy teeth (I wasn't flossing enough) and since then, the gums have been improving! Everyone is friendly and knowledgable and very thorough. They are never late with appointments which is fantastic for people who work and have limited time for an appointment. Vanessa is a thorough hygienist and showed me what I need to be doing with flossing to ensure that my gums stay in good shape. She walked me through every part of the process and made sure I was doing ok with the cleaning. After getting frustrated with lot of dentists who work only for money and do a poor job, found this dentist through a friend. Thought I will give it a try and I am very very satisfied with the genuine care provided by Dr. Kris and all his staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Kris for the past 4 yrs. Referred couple of my friends who became his patients as well. I had an issue with one of my teeth and unlike other dentists who right away told me that I should undergo root canal treatment, Dr. Kris approached a different way and treated my tooth. They are kind, considerate, gentle, and they take the time to ask you questions and answer any you may have--you aren't rushed out at all. I used to hate going to see the dentist until now! Dr. Kris and his staff make me feel so comfortable about going to see the dentist. It is very easy to make an appointment with them and Dr. Kris always explains everything he is doing and makes sure that you are comfortable the whole entire time. The dental staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They are very busy but not unorganized. The office has state of the art equipment and presents options for treatment. Fabulous visit to the dentist! My kids (12 & 13) graduated from a pediatric dentist to this "real" dentist office last month and their experience was wonderful. The visit was extremely thorougher, the dentist was extremely gentle and explained every last detail to us. I was very impressed. I called and setup appointments for both my son and I. During that phone call I was very specific about wanting a CLEANING! Well when we got there today, the staffer started with the "lead vest" and XRays. I asked, "will you promise I'll get a cleaning, after doing the XRays?" Answer, "NO"... This was quite reminiscent of another Dentist visit I had last year! The Dentist came in and explained that they need the XRays to do a thorough examination. OK, that makes sense to me. "But you will CLEAN my teeth today, right?" Then he offered the analogy, "You wouldn't take your car to the car wash if it had Rust on it, would you?". To which I replied, "Yes I most certainly would keep the car clean until I had a chance to repair the Rust!" No one at Logo Dentistry bothered to look in my mouth, or do any sort of cleaning, no investigation, they just ASSUMED I had "Rust" and would need a full set of pictures! By this time (4-5 minutes into the "appointment"), he was looking at his watch, and said, "we won't have time for a cleaning now anyway". Considering the ADA has been promoting "2 checkups and CLEANINGS a year" for the past 30-40 years, as I remember, this is highly confounding to me. Clearly there is more actual WORK involved with CLEANING, and I suppose the margins are not as good compared to XRays, so dentists gotta go where the money is. Bummer for us! I don't know why it's such a big deal to get a CLEANING!? My teeth and gums are NOT in horrible shape, on the contrary, they are in MUCH better than average condition (brushing, flossing routinely, straight teeth, no pains & only 2 fillings in my 59 years on this planet). I've been unfortunate to run into DDS's which seem to be making a living by "taking pictures" and then billing my insurance company for big dollar amounts. Is there a Dentist out there who wants my family's oral care business!? read more

I have seen few good dentists which I can recommend their work, but unfortunately all of them had the worst staff and assistants. Logos dentistry however was an exception. Dr. Putrasahan was referred to me by a couple whose been his patient for few years. When I asked them about their dentist, they said he is the best. So I was sure that he was going to take good care of my teeth problems. But the experience was way better than my expectations. I am a last minute patient and just a week before leaving the U.S. for couple of months, I suddenly decided to go and see a dentist and take care of my teeth to make sure I can enjoy my vacation the best. Called my friend and got the number on Tuesday. Called them and talked with a very sweet lady. I explained that I like to see the doctor on the same week and hopefully on Friday morning which I was off and had no kids at home. She explained that they do not have an appointment on Friday morning and if they get a cancellation, she will call me. I received a call from her on Thursday explaining that still there is no Friday morning appointment, but they can see me on the afternoon at 1:45. I asked her to keep the appointment and still call me on Friday if anything opens up in the morning. She called again in morning just to tell me that she has not been able to reschedule my appointment in the morning, so I need to go there in the afternoon. I had no choice other than taking two kids with me to the appointment and I was very nervous about that. But upon arrival the staff was super friendly and the office was very kid-friendly. There were lots of kids books in the waiting area. A very nice lady with a beautiful smile guided us into the room within minutes upon arrival and told my kids to take the books they like with them into the room. The Doctor's assistant brought an extra chair from another room for my other kid to sit next to her sister. They had Netflix in the office! They played Netflix for my kids which made them feel like home. My kids enjoyed their favorite cartoons while the assistant took all the X-Ray pictures very gently and Dr. Putrasahan fixed my tooth. He was great and explained all the problems very clearly to me. He was very friendly with my kids as well. My 7 year old talked with him about her loose tooth and he explained her what to do :-) I had the best experience of my life in a doctors/dentist office. I highly recommend Dr. Putrasahan. read more

While Dr. Chris is a wonderful dentist, his front office staff, Lisa, is not overly helpful when it comes to scheduling appointments. It's a shame that those who are supposed to be helpful to customers are lacking in the essential skills of customer service. When calling to try and work around a scheduling conflict, I experienced a very unhelpful and even degrading tone while talking to Lisa. She wasn't trying to help in any shape or form. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Chris, Maya, and the rest of the staff, but I will not be returning to Logos due to the run around I experienced while scheduling with Lisa this morning. read more
