We've been working with this crew once or twice a week for months & are SO grateful for their help. Paris is the foreman. He insists each item be wrapped & packed correctly. He's kind & fair to his crew, especially when training younger crew. Quotes for hourly work are very fair. The crew works until the job is done - even when it's freezing cold or blistering hot. Paris & his crew are also extremely honest. One found a bank envelope (with a couple hundred dollars in it) on the garage floor. At the time, I was surrounded by broken furniture & smashed boxes in a rain storm. It would have been easy for that crew member to pocket the cash without anyone noticing. Instead, he handed it in to Paris, who gave it to me. These are good people! If you need some handyman work done, this crew is up for it. Don't expect union-trained specialty construction guys! But they'll happily install that door handle or retractable dog gate. One of their crew usually has the tools needed (nail gun, power saw, etc.) for small construction fixes. They poorly packed my stuff into my two storage units. Some things broke or were smooshed. They stole extra $40 from me and gave me a poor lie for why they did it. They had to send me a $40 check after I called them out on it. Their boss wouldn't believe me and defended them, almost to the point of scolding me for accusing them of stealing... only for their lead mover to apologize to me with a weak ass lie. Edited to elaborate, since Susan continues to be in disbelief and refuses to think it's possible her employees would do such a thing and to make all of you potential customers aware of my experience: I counted out my cash out loud maybe 3x. The lead mover saw that I had multiple $20 bills amounting to hundreds of dollars. I laid some of the $20s in piles on my vehicle dashboard and counted out the cash to the amount that I owed, rounded to the nearest $20. When I gave him the money to count, he gave a fake sigh and shook his head and said I was $40 short. I didn't believe him and asked him to count again. He said I owed $40 more. So, I gave it, but I felt lied to. After that, I still tipped them smh. I shouldn't have. He left and I recounted all my money. Now I was short $40, meaning if we subtracted what I owed to them from what I withdrew from the ATM and also subtracted the tip, I should not be missing extra $40. I did the math multiple times and brought it up to Susan and the company. They accused me of lying and trying to steal from THEM. Susan said "it's only $40! I'll just send you a check. It's only $40." (Mover's name here) later texted me and apologized and said he got confused. He said when he counted the money, he set the $40 aside in his sock because it was tip. That's why he asked for $40 more. That doesn't make sense? When he counted the money in front of me, he never put any money in his sock. He just counted the money and looked me dead in the eyes and said I owed $40 more. I also didn't include tip until AFTER he said I owed $40 more and we settled what I owed first. Susan, the reason why I didn't pick up when you called today (8/10/26) is because you showed me months ago that you are argumentative and not interested in listening to me or believing me. I already know you're gonna argue like before and probably pressure me to take my review down. I took months to post this review because I knew you'd do this, call me and claim I'm lying or have your business confused with another. But if you thought that, if you truly couldn't find me in your data base, then why did you call me just now? Looks like I was in your data base after all.

It's pretty convenient. Timing- they are punctual, even called a few minutes before they arrived to make me aware. They worked from the moment they walked into the door to once the last box was dropped. Covid- all three of the gentleman were wearing masks and conscious of social distancing. service- Ziggy, Dandre and Micheal were a trifecta, they are personable, hard working, and very careful. They each introduced themselves by name, we did a walk through, I explained a few things and they started. They even stopped to ask questions when they were unclear of anything. MS have such a great rhythm with each other and flow of what to move when. (I didn't get it, but I didn't need to.) I also appreciate how carefully they wrapped items, supported each other on the heavier or more difficult items, and kept going for hours. We built a great rapport while they were moving and I would absolutely use them again. (Don't forget to tip!) My sister and friend both uses MS so I did too and I'm so happy I did. Despite confirming beforehand the items needing to be moved (from two different apartments) and the fact that one was on the fourth floor, the crew acted very surprised and overwhelmed. One of the men complained loudly the *entire* day about "how heavy this was" was and "how crazy that was", and acted pretty unprofessionally. According to my partner, the same individual also used the restroom with the door wide open while I was nearby in the next room. Many of our items were dinged and one was broken, and not all of our packed boxes could be moved due to the truck size (which was selected based on the estimation). I'll take some blame for underestimating box quantity, but all of the furniture items and locations were confirmed over the phone so that shouldn't have been surprising. Overall it was a long day and we appreciated the effort of the moving team, but it was a much less professional experience than my previous one. We ended up paying well above the quote for mediocre service.

I will say the two men who arrived were friendly - one a little too friendly, which I'll get to later. First, they took forever! I didn't need ANYTHING boxed up and I lived in a one bedroom, one bath apartment. I only needed the heavy furniture and some pre-boxed organizers moved. When I got the quote, it was for 3 hours. I thought that would be sufficient. It wasn't. When we arrived at the new place, I only asked for the heavy furniture to be placed in rooms. All the other organizers were put in the bottom floor for me to sort through later. Well, SIX HOURS LATER they finally finished. (For 45 minutes, one guy was taking a dump in the bathroom downstairs...) Second, they were not careful with my items or the apartment/house. They put a gash in the wall at the apartment complex I moved out of that cost me $575!!!! WTF! Additionally, they scraped both furniture and walls and floors when they moved the heavy furniture. Third, one of the guys, Nick, made me very uncomfortable with his comments. I'm a single woman who lives with her labradooodle puppy. When we got to the house and they were putting furniture in the bedroom, he looked into the bathroom and commented how nice it was that there were two sinks - one for me and one for him. When they were leaving, he stated he would be back to visit soon. WTF am I supposed to say to that?! He knows where I live and that I live alone. He made numerous other extremely unprofessional comments during the move. Lastly, they accidentally took my dolly when they left. I called an hour later when I realized it was missing and needed it to continue my move. Nick said he would bring it back in an hour and a half. He never did and then stopped responding. I contacted the owner (maybe?), Shannon, I believe. She brought it the next day, which was kind of her. I would NOT RECOMMEND using the company. Find someone else who treats your property like they would want their own treated. These guys are NOT it.
