The drinks came out quickly and were delicious! I appreciate how you can really taste the yogurt in their yogurt drinks. Every drink I've gotten here has been tasty--not too sweet and ingredients are highlighted well! I love Ume tea for their consistency and expansive menu! They have a drink for everyone, and I love how they keep things exciting by adding new drinks to their menu every so often. While there is limited seating, the option between a self-service kiosk or ordering the old-fashioned way makes for a quick, convenient experience. This location is found in a strip mall with plenty of parking too. Overall, Ume Tea has become my go-to place for boba! Highly recommend their yogurt slushies.

I'm a sucker for anything cute, so when a photo of this place popped up in my feed, I knew I had to…read morego, especially since it's so close to home. It's part of a shopping plaza so parking was free and plentiful. Just approaching the door I was already faced with so many cute signs. Inside it's just as cute. It's small, though, like in one corner there was a small table with 2 chairs around it, but the rest of the space is dominated by the huge counter. It's more of a takeout place. I'm glad that there was a digital tablet where you could place your order because I could take my time and not feel guilty for trying to decide. At one point I did need to ask one of the employees for help because I couldn't understand why it wasn't letting me add items to my cart. She explained that I had to scroll down and pick a sauce first. I hope that whoever designed the app puts a "Scroll down" or a down arrow symbol to make that clear. Also, on the tablet I saw items that weren't on the website and vice versa, like I saw fried tofu online, but there was no mention of the rice bowl version. I'm glad there were vegetarian options, so I ordered that and the vegetable rolls. The cafe opened at 11:30, so I had them for lunch. Everything tasted good and the portions were enough for me to have leftovers for dinner. The drink I ordered had the option of buying a special cup. I thought it meant the cup would have a special design, which it did. What I didn't know was that it has a secret compartment on the bottom that you tear open and there was a keychain inside. It kind of reminded me of when I was a kid and asked to go to McDonald's not because of the food, but because I wanted the toy in the Happy Meal. I knew that this is likely a place I'll want to keep coming back to, so I signed up for the membership beforehand. After a certain number of points, you get a free drink or snack. If you put in the credit card you'll be using, you get points for that as well. It is a little bit expensive with the 4 items I bought coming to $40 with tip, and the drinks are sweet even when you can control the amount of sugar (and ice) you want. It's not someplace I'd go to everyday, but definitely every now and then as a special treat.

Plaza felt a little questionable, but once you step inside, the place was cute sending chill vibes. There is some seating if you want to enjoy your drinks and treats. I am a HUGE fan of both mochi and mango sticky rice, so this combo hit the spot! The ube mochi is incredibly delicate, wrapping around the fresh mango and sticky rice. Not overly sweet, which I appreciate and the flavors work really well together. Even better when you top it with the coconut cream. Got 2 for $25 and each one was the size of the mango. Mochi with mango and sticky rice was a definite 5/5! Try it for yourself- so so good! Come early so they don't sell out.

Btw crushed up peach seed are TOXIC, they release a cyanide when consumed!! I had to bring it back and they did offer to remake it but because I was afraid they were gonna do it again, I got another drink instead... it was about almost $5 difference that I lost because of it.... And it wasn't even good :( The best thing here tho is there mango sticky rice mochi. Those are really good and addicting. Sad that mango season is over. But I'll come back when that's in stock. But as for drinks, I would skip.

I work nearby and saw that they already opened so last Thursday I ordered online so I can pick up…read more I don't have a lot of time for lunch so I usually pickup and eat in so it's faster. I got the sesame noodles and 6 pc signature dumplings. Here's a tip - when you order to go they don't give you the sauces. You must get the sauces. I used the little cups and got all the sauces. The garlic sauce and hot sauce and you must use it. I swear it makes a huge difference. Also like any dumplings you must consume it right away. The restaurant was clean and open so even if it's casual it's a good place to eat with family/ friends. Since this is a a known Taiwanese franchise, all the other customers were Asian so that tells you it's legit! I'll definitely order again for lunch. Online order is the best, you can do it in their site and pick the time for pick up and it's ready. They have combo meals but my order wasn't a combo. I picked up and ate it there.

The options seem similar to Chubby Dumpling and Tigawok. I ordered the #4 Combo, with the Signature Dumplings and the Signature Noodles. Both dishes were good. The Signature Noodles were nicely done and had some good flavor, I just wish that there was a protein option to add to it. The Signature Dumplings were fine. I've also tried the Spicy Wontons, which were small but tasty. The big sell here is the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup, for $17.95. This is the only dish that's served in a big ceramic bowl, and not a to-go container. It also comes with a proper Ramen soup spoon. This is a meal on it's own. Filled with broth, noodles, chunks of tender, but fatty beef, daikon radishes and bok choy. The dish is good for the price, but the broth was a bit underwhelming for my taste. Fortunately, they have plenty of condiments to add more spice and heat. Over all, Bafang Dumpling was better than expected.
