Following this advice, I ordered the Jasmine Tea with Cheese Foam. When receiving my drink, I was astounded by the size of the cup - the biggest regular size drink I've ever received! Though the cup was large, the drink did not have a sip cap and I didn't want to remove the straw up, so I had to mix the two layers of Jasmine tea and cheese foam together. The two layers after being mixed complimented each other very well to become a lighter and still refreshing summer milk tea drink. We ordered the large lavender milk tea with less ice and 75% sweetness and the rose oolong with cheese foam with less ice and 50% sweetness. They currently have indoor seating with about 4 tables. No public bathrooms currently for those that are wondering. The drinks came out pretty fast and their large size was definitely worth the price. It does remind me of T-pumps as others mention since the cup looks similar and the menu definitely is very identical with the colorful words (flavors). They also use syrups for flavoring FYI for those that don't like syrups and prefer the more natural way of getting subtle flavors out ingredients. I think the drinks come a little sweet, so I opt for 50% sweetness on my rose oolong cheese foam and it was perfect. The rose flavor and lavender was very distinct. The other drink we got at 75% sweetness was just way too sweet. So if you're not into sweets or don't have a large sweet tooth, I'd definitely recommend you tone down the sugar. read more

Honestly? One of the best, most consistent boba shops I've had in LA (or at least in the Valley area). This place is not too expensive, with consistently good drinks and boba quality. Yes outside and plaza can be a little "sus", but take my word for it: this place is a hidden gem for large quantities of cheap, yummy boba! Reminds me of TPUMPS with the drink and flavor customization, with a few premade drinks. It should be noted that I'm pretty sure they use syrup instead of real ingredients and creamers instead of milk (hence the cheap price). I ordered a White Peach Oolong Green MT and a Tiramisu MT. I should warn you guys their drinks tend to run really sweet, so I would at least tone the sugar levels down a notch. I got 50% sugar for mines, and wow, it was perfect. In the white peach oolong, you can really taste the tea flavor once the sugar levels have been toned down. The tiramisu MT tasted... well like a tiramisu cake grounded up. It didn't taste as heavy of syrup as the white peach, but I feel like any of their drinks that aren't build your own use at least some real ingredients. If you build you own drink, they probably use sugar syrup, like at TPUMPS. But the highlight of their store is the boba. This place has one of the best boba pearl consistencies and tastes I've had so far in LA. Their boba pearls were really chewy, and they actually have a good amount of taste to them! Most boba shops lack taste in their pearls, but this shop begs to differ. If you come visit this shop, make sure to order their boba pearls. I just wish they added more pearls to the large drink size, since I feel like the amount of pearls they add to the large and small drink sizes are the same. Stopped by for a quick boba break after a long day work. They are located in the same plaza with Starbucks and there were plenty of parking available when we got there. We ordered the oolong milk tea with cheese foam and the coffee milk tea. I really like the cheese foam topping and it blends so well with the oolong tea. The boba is fresh and chewy as well. The only thing is that I probably should have reduced the sugar level a little bit but other than than everything was perfect. I'm excited to try to matcha latte probably next time. Lots to choose from here. Can't wait to come back for more. Also the inside doesn't look like it's completely open. There is a small table inside but it was blocked by a long table in the front.
