This is a neat candy experience. It is a big store with a large variety of candy & confections that offers a lot to browse. The store was clean & tidy with nice displays. Wire baskets are available to use while you shop. There's a big gold gummy bear figure for a photo op. The staff we encountered were friendly & very willing to offer samples. We ended up making some truffle purchases at their glass display counter. The Tiramisu Truffle had a subtle mocha flavor. The Mint Truffle had a stronger flavor like an indulgent Andes. Both had a nice snap to the outer shell, but the coatings were thick. The ganache centers were creamy & smooth. Overall, a fun stop for your sweet tooth! read more

I love a fun candy store! Lolli and Pops is located inside the Roseville Galleria, on the second level next to Cinemark. We stopped in last night to grab some candy before a movie and there was so much to choose from. I was randomly craving 3D Gummies so I stopped in to see if they had any. Not only did they have a nice selection of 3D Gummies, they also had every flavor of gummies you can imagine -- from Gin and Tonic to Cherry Cola. Giant sized gummies, truffles, sour candies, Rice Krispies Treats! Oh my! Just endless and endless amounts of goodies! It's a great place to grab some gifts and to curb every sugar fix you could have! Staff were very friendly and personal as well - you could tell he really liked his job! First time visiting a Lolli and Pops store and it was a solid 4 star experience! At the entrance, there was an employee handing out samples and welcoming folks into the store. Upon entering you'll be amazed at how big the footprint is inside! Immediately to the left of the front counter are their fresh chocolates sold by the piece. Similar to See's Candies. To the right of the registers is a small selection of gelatos. There's so much candy it can be overwhelming where to begin. Bordering some of the walls in the back and in the center areas are self-serve bulk bins with items such as gold coins, gummy worms, chocolate covered gummy bears (my favorite!), sour watermelon chews, etc. The sugar-free bulk bins are located in the back right. Pro-tip, use several bags to separate out your bulk candy. We made the mistake of mixing everything together in one and didn't realize the chocolate peanut butter chunks left a trail of sticky mess in the bag. They also sell many unique flavors of Pocky, Hi-Chews, and some candies from other countries. For example, we picked up a bag of cookies n cream Kit-Kats from Japan. Sign up for their rewards club at check-out to earn points and other promotions. Definitely a fun store to visit if you're ever at this mall! read more

Everything looks so great after the remodeling and there is a lot to choose from and a lot to see. They have a pretty big variety considering everything is high quality. Staff is friendly and patient. The only downside is all of the entitled and sneaky kids and teens eating candy from the tubs and the parents not doing anything, it's really gross and negligent. The staff are not paid enough and are way too busy to be watching yalls kids stealing candy especially when theres signs that say "ask and we'll provide free samples!". I went into this store on 6/30/25 at around 2pm with my sisters and cousins. We weren't greeted but from the second that we had walked in an older woman employee started following us around as if we were going to steal something. She then continued to tell us in the most disrespectful voice, "Do NOT eat from the bins. if you want to try something you need to ask for a sample." Keep in mind we had barely approached the candy bins, we hadn't attempted to open or touch any of the products. Now, I understand needing to let us know that we need to ask for a sample however, it did NOT need to be said the way that it was. A simple "Let me know if you need help, please ask if you need a sample!" would have sufficed. After that we were just upset and decided to leave due to the level of unnecessary disrespect. On our way out we overheard the two workers talking to eachother about us. "They're leaving after what you said" said the other employee, then the one that told us to ask for a sample said "Oh I bet they are" in such a rude tone! This interaction was not needed at all!!! If you're going to be rude to people just trying to enjoy their day and doing NOTHING wrong, DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The staff is very friendly, the store clean and there is plenty of space to move around. The selection of candy is okay, not as many bulk options as other candy stores I have been in, and lacking some of the typical options other stores have: large jawbreakers, cherry sours (not the coated in powder gummy bear kind), etc. They have their own brand chocolate bars, rice crispy treats, etc. And some typical everyday candy bars you can buy anywhere. The cost of everything is what makes this a 3 star rating. $13 for 3.5oz freeze dried candy, $15-$25 dollars for candy bars (the same size as a normal hersheys bar) and 3.5 times as much for regular everyday candy you can find anywhere. Their prices reflect their proximity to the theater. They overcharge as much (and more) as most theaters do. read more

It's bigger than the store at Arden mall. There are little rooms with different types of candy. One is for jelly belly candy. Another is for chocolates. The last one is gummy bears and other gummy candy. The store is pricey. The rice crispy treats there are amazing because they have a lot of marshmallow in them. They used to be about $4 and now they are over $6. The cotton candy tubs are also way overpriced. The sodas are about the same price they they have always been (around $3.25). A major downside of this place, besides the prices, is that the max capacity was not being enforced at all! The max capacity was 10 people and there were already 15 people in the store. I waited for some people to leave before entering the store, but no one else followed this rule. There were only two employees in the shop, one at the cash register and the other helping customers so it might have been tricky to catch everyone but the store is open enough for everyone to see and hear you. One of them could have asked people to wait outside because they were at max capacity. Once a line starts, others would follow, waiting in the line. I was constantly counting the number of people in the store while I shopped because it was ridiculous. The store had between 13-17 customers during the 10 minutes I was in the store. Manager Amanda did not provide good customer service. When asked for sample, she noted there were no more sample spoons. However, she also expressed "We don't give samples unless if they [in reference to customers] actually buy". We were going to purchase several scoops. Very disappointed with the customer service today. I went in with my brother and boyfriend just to see what type of candy they had. I wanted to try something and sampled it without noticing the sign that said ask for a sample. I know that was my fault and should have asked but I didn't see the sign until afterwards. An employee then comes over to let me know if I wanted a sample to let her know. I apologized for grabbing a sample without letting her know and said I didn't see the sign until afterwards. We continue to look and end up buying candy. A different employee ended up charging my boyfriend. She was an older lady unfortunately I didn't catch her name. She was very rude to my boyfriend. Unfortunately he doesn't speak much English and I was right next to him paying for my brothers and I stuff. She had asked him something but he didn't understand. He grabbed me as soon as she asked him something but she got very irritated, wrapped the candy and threw the bag. I apologized but didn't feel it was necessary since I didn't hear her. She was looking very irritated with us. My boyfriend paid and walked away. As far as the employee who rang me up it was the same employee who let me know to ask her for a sample. She was a bit more professional but still rude. I know I messed up by not asking an employee for a sample, I took accountability and even apologize but my boyfriend and brother don't deserve to get treated like that because of something I did. I used to love this place! I went to the mall over the weekend specifically to go to this store and surprise my kids. They have been carrying a lot of packaged candy that I can purchase online for half the price, and very few original items. Everything seems to have changed. The gummies were mostly gross, and melted because the store had no air conditioning. Regardless of the melting, they didn't taste good. My kids are impressed by just about anything with sugar, but they didn't get excited about this candy. The sour gummies weren't actually sour. Times are tough, so we all deserve to get what we pay for. Everyone in the store was complaining and wondering what happened to the candy they were used too. Don't waste your money. This place made me feel like a kid again! It brought back so many memories with all the candies that I used to eat, which I haven't seen in a long time! I used to buy some of those candies from ice cream trucks! This place was like a candy/chocolate heaven. From Japanese goodies, to macarons, warheads, cadbury chocolate, Mexican candy, you name it! There is something for everyone, BUT it can be pricey. They had this Cadbury chocolate bar for like $25. If the items aren't priced, it's less than $1. From what the worker told me. I'm pretty sure you can probably get some of the candies that they have somewhere else that's cheaper. Nonetheless, my bf & I enjoyed coming in here and seeing all these types of candies and even getting some for ourselves. I worked here for around a year, so I think my opinion is pretty solid on this store. When I first started, the experience was good, however, in the coming months it felt like more and more of an overall mediocre work environment. One of the main things I can say is lack of overall reward at working there. Worked there, never once was I elgible for a promotion even though my hours were open, and the overall abysmal hours that were given to employees. Even if you were a top employee they would give you at most 15-18 hours a week, minimum wage. Also, lack of discretion when write ups are given is huge. I was unaware of write ups for up to weeks at a time, and was given write ups for closing even when the responsibility of the failures was not on me, I was just unfortunate enough to be scheduled the same night, as I completed my own responsibilities Many times I was told to pick up somebody's shift even if it inconvenienced my day, all for "being a team player" however this attitude was never reciprocated when it was my time to call out, one of the biggest examples is when I had to call out because my niece was being born. Its very hard to stay busy at the store due to it being pretty dead monday-thursday as well. it wasnt all terrible though as most of the employees were nice people, one person coming to mind being John. Most of the time the work environment was toxic, unprofessional, and pretty lazy. We didn't have access to cleaner for the floors for a very long time due to that fact. Overall, I would say the people there are nice, just very unprofessional and overall selfish when it comes down to it. They expect a lot from you and do not give much back in return. Its a good first job for the experience but I wouldn't work here long term, which is evident with the terrible employee retention rate. By the time I left, I was only 1 of 2 original hired employees when the store reopened last year. No hate to any of the staff, just a very mediocre work environment. read more

First time I ever walked in here I saw a little child say to her mom, "WOW! THIS IS HEAVEN!" It definitely is heaven for those who really really love candy and chocolate. They had a lot of other stuff like little snacks, knick nack toys and soft drinks. The workers are really really helpful. They even took the time to take me into their gummy room and made me taste a few samples. SERIOUSLY you get to taste a few before you want to buy. I think my favorite was the Banana strawberry. It seems fitting that my sweet 100th review is for the sweetest of all places. This store has me singing Lollipop, lollipop, oo lala lollipop then transitions to the candyman can cause he mixes it with love and makes the world taste good..... over and over in my head. The scent of this place will draw you in and then the vintage charm will entrap you in a world of pure imagination. Trust me when I say, this place has everything you could possibly imagine and MORE! Each little side room has its own theme for the candy inside. The chocolate room and gummy room are my personal favorites. On that note, don't forget to check in on Yelp for the deal on gummies! The greatest thing about the chocolate room is the ability to sample from the many of the bars they have available. There is a helpful gentleman who will fill you in on so much chocolate information it will make your head explode. I loved being able to tell him flavors I like and let him introduce me to some new chocolate bars I might like. The ability to try something new before I buy it is always a plus for me. The gummy room has every sort of shape, size, and flavor you could ever imagine in gummy form. The room is dominated by a large golden gummy that almost reminds me of a buddha. If I rub his belly will I continue to have the sweetest life possible? Who knows but I gave it a shot. One suggestion: if you like cinnamon gummies please keep them in their own bag. They tend to have a world domination streak and can mask any flavor with that of cinnamon if left in a bag with other gummies. Just a fair warning! The wall of refrigerated sodas is truly something to behold and my favorite of them all, is the Butterbeer! Any true Harry Potter fan will grab themselves a bottle or twelve of these to take home to share with their friends. At Christmas this was one of my favorite items to use as a stocking stuffer. If you cannot get down to Universal Studios in FL this is the next best thing. Last but certainly not least, is the ginormous case of sweet and decadent truffles. I have yet to have one that I didn't fall in love with. These are the truffles that are so big it takes four bites to eat them but so good you want to shove the whole thing in your mouth the very instant it touches your hand. Some of my favorite flavors are the dark chocolate with lemon filling, the triple chocolate, and the chocolate forest cake just to name a few. My goal is to try them all. The sales associates are always bright, a bit eccentric, and full of energy (can't imagine why!!!). They will help in any way possible to make your visit as sweet as can be. If you need suggestions, as them! If I am torn it is always nice to get their opinion since many have tried pretty much everything in the shop. They will give you an honest opinion which I really appreciate. When it doubt, buy it all! That is usually my answer to any question I might have in this store and my life is that much sweeter for it. read more

I have been to Lolli and Pops a few times now, most recently this last Thursday to pick up something special for dessert. For myself I got a bag of bulk gummy candy (About $12 per pound) with gummy sharks, gummy peach penguins, gummy eggs, gummy pink pigs and gummy strawberries. They were all super fresh and tasted great! My favorite gummy candies are the gummy sharks and they lived up to my expectations. They were still fresh the next day as well! As I was looking around for something to get my Husband I met one of the Managers, Chris who was very helpful in the search to find me the perfect candy. He mentioned all the Christmas Candy was 50% off and walked around with me showing me different things that my Husband may enjoy; giant chocolate peanut butter cups, Jack Daniels filled chocolates, foreign candies, etc. I finally decided on a box of marshmallows which were topped with pretzels and dipped in Guinness. Yum! My whole experience in the store was super pleasant and friendly because of Chris, and I ended up getting exactly what I needed. My total for my gummies was about $2.68 and $10 for the Guinness Marshmallows so it wasn't too bad. I did see some items that was super pricey ($4.75 bag of Satellite Wafers, $25 Jack Daniel filled chocolates) which disappointed me because they looked really good. THE MOST AMAZING CANDY SHOP EVER. I've been here plenty of times before but every time I come back, my mind is still blown. They have candy everywhere. It's almost like a store out of Willy Wonka. They have chocolate, old fashioned candy, imported candy, Jelly Belly, sour candy, gum (all kinds), etc. There is so much to look at in here that I almost feel overwhelmed. You also can't deny the charming look of this store since it's modeled after one of those old candy shops from the '40s. Think the candyman's store set up in Willy Wonka - that's what it reminds me of. The staff is very friendly and even offer to let you taste things if you wish. I was tempted to buy a bag of sour candy but I resisted. I know I will eventually though because they have an awesome selection.
