On top of that, Sofiia P was the one who helped us and her attitude was rude, unwelcoming, and she gave us change All in coins. I needed a quick snack while at the mall and thought a pretzel would do it just fine. Not so. Wasn't this chain originally called Annies? Perhaps this is a sprin off. Anyway, we were the only patrons and my 'better half' and I each ordered the same pretzel, with a roasted garlic/parmesan cheese topping. We watched as the pretzel was dipped in a vat of fat and taken out and the topping sprinkled from a shaker on each and placed individually into a small holding bag. It came with a choice of dipping sauce, so chose a honey mustard. We also got a bottled water. The pretzel was downright awful, the dough tasted like from a week ago and the pretzel oozed grease. The topping was no better and ended up tasting like a paste of gooey, chalked up mess of meh. Sorry, it just was not a very good experience and left a rancid aftertaste. When I arrived, one person was making pretzels and two people were standing near the drink machines gossiping about their lives. I wasn't greeted by anyone. The garlic parmesan was good...but eating an old stale pretzel...not good. I can and have made my own and they taste better than this...how horrible to serve cold pretzels. The drink...it was not good. It does not look like the pictures...its real watery...and a small is 4.00... I'm not impressed....I won't be back...too much money for garbage... I guess this is the "official" business link for this location. Easy to get confused because it's basically Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's at one location. I went there today 1/8/23 and this is their last day for their soft-opening. Tomorrow they officially open on January 9, 2023. Here's a great formula for success though. You take decent mall food court shops, then open up its own store location at a nearby local high school where ppl who don't know about Cinnabon/Auntie Anne's and you get THIS. A great after-school hang out option where kids can burn (or not) these brands into their minds for the rest of their lives. "OMG, CINNABON!" "OMG, Auntie Anne's!" and remanence those times with friends at that location. BTW, it's pronounced "ann-ee's". Whomever the owner is or are? 'Tis a genius business move. Wetzel's Pretzels, imo, is still the best mall pretzel shop because they load up their flavored pretzels. Auntie Anne's (powered or whatever) flavors has nothing on Wetzel's. Sorry, I just realized this isn't a Wetzel's review. my bad. Anyway, Cinnabon is legit. They are good but I'm old school and I miss Cindy's from my "mall rat" days. The cinnamon rolls mall stand of MY generation. They are OG and always will be. But Cinnabon is good. Just hold the icing cuz now I'm old and have to limit my sugar intake LOL. So enjoy what they offer! It's nothing different than what you would get at their mall locations. It's just a "brick & mortar" store establishment near Walmart and local schools. It'll be lit. Oh, just one last reminder. As a general rule? Anything made fresh can almost always be good especially when you're hungry for it. I have been to this location a couple times but the last visit was definitely a disappointment, particularly in their customer service. They were supposed to open at 12pm but I saw no one in the front. I saw quite few people walking by and wondering the same thing as I was, if they were open. So I called the store, and a guy named Andre answered the phone and he said he would 12:30....Sounds very much like he overslept and just decided to open 30min later. I went back at 12:30pm and told the cashier Adam that I would like a jalopeno pretzel and he said they only have lemonade available. Andre who was making pretzels at that time told me I can come back in 30minutes. Why would he bother opening up at all if there is no pretzel whatsoever? So I went back past 1pm at this point, to get my jalopeno pretzel....Andre said I can only get what they have in the showcase...Why the heck he told me to come back in 30minutes, if he was not going to make the kind I wanted? I even asked if I can wait for the jalopeno to be made and he said no. I am pretty sure Andre was supposed to make what I wanted to order (I have ordered what was not in their showcase at Auntie Annies quite few times, and they will always make your order. You just have to wait). Andre should have just stayed home and not come to work at all. Lazy and stupid worker like him should just get let go. read more

Located inside the Galleria Mall, We came here last Thursday before 6pm and there was no line. We ordered the Almond Pretzel with Light Cream Cheese, Mini Hot Dogs with a Lemonade. These are a go to order and are delish but I hate it when the food is over cooked because once you take a bite all you taste is burnt and unfortunately this location did that. If your order is not over cooked, I suggest the light cream cheese as a great pair to the Almond pretzel. Also, the lemonade tasted different this time, kind of water down. There were four workers, but almost no pretzels to buy. We ordered a cup of cinnamon pretzel nuggets and a cup of regular pretzel nuggets. The cinnamon nuggets had way too much cinnamon. We had to wait 5 minutes for the regular pretzel nuggets. When we got our regular pretzel nuggets, they were all burnt. How can the workers even give this burnt stuff to customers. The pretzel was terrible and i threw most of it away... it was dry, burnt, and then drenched with butter. I believe the employee soaked it in butter to try and save the sad looking pretzel. But i should have known something was up when their pretzels were being displayed already bagged up. I have never seen it that way at any Auntie Anne's location.
