    Sweet almond nuggets
    Trix P.

First off, I have been going to auntie Anne's for years. And it's just today I found out that they have sweet almond nuggets. I have been getting the sweet almond pretzel this entire time. Thanks to John for putting me on and Angelina for working so hard behind the scenes. You guys are awesome!

I needed a quick snack while at the mall and thought a pretzel would do it just fine. Not so. Wasn't this chain originally called Annies? Perhaps this is a sprin off. Anyway, we were the only patrons and my 'better half' and I each ordered the same pretzel, with a roasted garlic/parmesan cheese topping. We watched as the pretzel was dipped in a vat of fat and taken out and the topping sprinkled from a shaker on each and placed individually into a small holding bag. It came with a choice of dipping sauce, so chose a honey mustard. We also got a bottled water. The pretzel was downright awful, the dough tasted like from a week ago and the pretzel oozed grease. The topping was no better and ended up tasting like a paste of gooey, chalked up mess of meh. Sorry, it just was not a very good experience and left a rancid aftertaste. I hate leaving bad reviews, but being honesty is important. I just hope it was an off day, for $17!

Hand-baked pretzels Auntie Anne's pretzel stores are practically inside every mall across the U.S. It's a well-known "mall snack," wouldn't you agree? This location in Roseville is on the second level inside the Westfield Galleria. I chose the Roasted Garlic & Parmesan Pretzel. The pretzel was golden brown baked fresh, hot-out-of-the-oven. You can choose to have it salted or unsalted. These pillow soft and savory snacks are nothing but warm yum. All of Auntie Anne's pretzels are made on the premise, yes, hand twisted and baked right there at their tiny spot inside the mall. The staff were a little slow but were friendly and helpful. Best part is this pretzel didn't cost me a thing. Yes, FREE pretzel to celebrate your birthday. Sign up and use your Pretzel Perks app to redeem your free pretzel on your birthday month. Worth the carbs! LoL! Enjoy! Review #2572

We love this place! Perfect snack! Good portion sizes and always served fresh! Pretzel bites with cheese are our favorite!

What happened here? Auntie Annie sweet almond pretzel was my goto mall snack. My last visit was disappointing. First, the pretzel was burned and it was bitter! Good thing, the baker replaced my pretzel with a properly baked one. Now, the pretzel was greasy and soft. It lacked the crunch that I'm used to. Sadly, I won't be back.

Super busy today but the pretzels were amazing as usual! John went above and beyond to make sure everyone received the correct items and to thank everyone for being patient and choosing them! Thanks John for a great experience.

I wanted a bagel, but I didn't know they close at 2 PM. I went here instead. The mall was crowded for a Friday. It took 20 minutes to find parking in the garage. They were out of pretzels and had to make more. It felt like it was more than 8-10 minutes, but it was worth it. There's something incredible about a pretzel. It's like the perfect snack. I went for the Sweet Almond Pretzel and Strawberry Lemonade.

Garlic parm pretzel..4.95 was cold and stale..yuck...waste of money...and blue raspberry frost...not good. 3.99...a lot of hype for nothing

Since moving away, I've realized it's not just about the burger. It's about the ritual. The laughs in the parking lot. The post-workout breakdown of life, goals, and nonsense. These little traditions hit different when you don't have them every week anymore. This stop didn't just feed me -- it soothed my soul and reminded me that no matter where life takes you, good friends are forever. We ordered the classic: Double-Double protein style with pickles (yes, just ask and they'll load them on). Fresh, hot, consistent -- every single time. That crisp lettuce wrap around that perfectly messy burger? Elite fuel. This location is always crazy. Parking is wild. The drive-thru line wraps around like it's Black Friday. But the team doesn't even blink. They move with that perfect mix of hospitality and professionalism -- focused, fast, and friendly. No panic, just execution. It's more than fast food. It's memories. It's tradition. It's post-gym earned calories with someone who matters. And every time I come back, it feels like home.

Disappointing Experience Due to Food Safety Concern…read more I visited this restaurant on Wednesday for lunch. This was actually my second time dining here. My first visit was pleasant, which is why I decided to come back. This time, I ordered what I believe was the tri-tip steak wrap. As I was finishing the first half of my wrap, I noticed a dead fly in my food. Needless to say, I was shocked and immediately lost my appetite. I walked to the front and asked to speak with a manager. The cashier who helped me was very friendly and professional. I explained the situation to her, and she relayed it to the manager. While I do appreciate that they refunded my meal, what disappointed me most was the manager's response. He never came over to speak with me, apologize, or acknowledge the situation directly. From where I was standing, he appeared visibly disturbed when informed, but he simply instructed the cashier to issue a refund and never addressed me as the customer. I understand that mistakes happen and that it was a busy lunch rush. However, finding a fly in a meal is a serious food safety issue, and I believe a manager or owner should take a moment to personally speak with the customer, show concern, and offer an apology. A little empathy would have gone a long way. The refund was appreciated, but the lack of acknowledgment and customer care left a much stronger impression than the refund itself. Unfortunately, after this experience, I'm hesitant to return.

It seems devoid of product, somewhat disheveled and disorganized and lacking any substantive character. The place appears very 'long in the tooth', and no food products were evident anywhere. Added to it, no customers, yet some came later. Yet, I was hungry and stayed. To be honest, glad I did. They sell essentially one thing-PASTRAMI, and that's it. Well, indeed true to the restaurant name. Again, everything is basic! I opted for a Classic Pastrami Sandwich and was given the option for bread, I chose a soft roll, and provolone for cheese, plus mustard. At $22. for a sandwich, well, I had some hesitation. The place is apparently owned and run by a charming older couple who really are out to please, very friendly and congenial. I felt like I fell into an old Russian Jewish deli on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, no frills. Basic, but good food! OK, the Pastrami and the entire sandwich were AMAZING! The quality of the meat was top notch and quite good, probably some of the best around. The sandwich was HUGE and enough for two meals. I was offered peppers on the side and it was perfect for me to add some. The sandwich was nicely warmed/toasted, the cheese melted perfectly and it wasn't a difficult messy thing to eat as are many more upscale sandwiches and burgers these days. So, in the end it was worth it. The sandwich was indeed a surprise and excellent. Plus, they checked after I bit into it to be certain I was satisfied, with a smile. I got some chips and a drink and ate it there. Plenty of napkins were provided. Located in a rather funky 1960s shopping mall it's small, not that easy to find yet parking seems OK. The Pastrami Shop was roughly 7 miles from home, so it was worth the short drive. The place is right off Sunset and Whitney Blvd in Rocklin. It's a very small place so ordering to go is popular. But if you find a seat, definitely enjoy the local vibe of the regulars and talk with the owners for a bit. They really are passionate about their business, and serving their customers. I really enjoyed my half hot pastrami classic sandwich. The bread was toasted, mustard, provolone, and a side of pickles and jalapeños. Boy was it good! I really should have had the full size. Give er a shot if you're in the neighborhood. You won't regret it. I'll definitely stop by again. Loved it.
