I've never really had Lollicup, but I was super excited to try a drink from there because I heard they had takoyaki! The employees were nice, they made drink orders very quickly. My takoyaki took a while to come out, but that's expected. I got a milk tea with thai tea pudding. The drink was made perfectly! My takoyaki came out freshly made, and it looked super good. I enjoyed eating every bite of it. Whenever I have a takoyaki craving when walking around the mall, I always come here! There's always a lot of people surrounding this Lollicup, but the line usually just has like 1-2 parties in it. I will keep on coming back so i can try more drinks and eat more takoyaki!!

In terms of service they definitely lack in this department, heavily. In my experience at least recently. Every time I order here it seems as if the employee/s on duty are always... very sad. Nonetheless their consistency is amazing here. Every time you order your drink will come out the same. Their menu is also super accurate. The price on the menu is final, meaning it already includes the tax in the price. The presentation is also just how it looks like on the menu. The wait times can be long here due to there mostly 1 person on duty. I've tasted a couple of drinks here and out of all I would recommend their Avocado smoothie. Oh my gosh, my all time favorite drink and they make it with real avocado!! Overall service could use some work and their drinks are tasty!

the woman in the picture gave us the worst service I have ever experienced. She made us wait five minutes as if she wanted us to just walk away. After Patiently waiting she finally came over and said "what do you want" With an annoyed attitude. Only because I expressed that it took long, she quickly responded with "look I don't have to take your order if I don't want to" so we just walked away I am sure the drinks taste well when made by a different person

Food is great value and pretty healthy. Open late as well. Takes about 15 minutes for the food but otherwise no complaints.

As a fellow barista being able to get boba at the mall is so convenient. The Thai Tea is what I ordered and it was very good.

Their drink menu was loaded with delicious and thoughtfully curated options. While I'll never be bored of boba, I have been a little bored of seeing the same 10 drinks at each shop. 7 Miles breaks this mold. Their drinks are quirky and delicious, always offering something new to challenge your cravings. I snagged the watermelon and coconut drink and added a cheese topper and boba. I absolutely love cheese toppers and have no self restraint when I see this option on the menu. The drink was SO tasty. The watermelon coconut mix was awesome too, especially for someone who doesn't love high sweetness levels.

Their menu has a lot of great drink options inspired by Filipino desserts. One drink that I came here for was the Mango Sticky Rice. I had one in Hawaii that I really liked and could only wish they made one here. Let me tell you, I am impressed and so glad I found this bcuz this drink is 10/10!! Pls never get rid of the Mango Sticky Rice drink! It's amazing, you have to try it to understand. It's not too sweet, they accommodated by changing the milk (non-dairy/ original is milk) to my preference, and it comes in a big cup. The price for one is about $9-$10, a bit expensive but well worth it. You can tell the staff put in the quality work to make their drinks. Service was also a plus and they are kind. I have yet to try more from their menu, but I'm pleasantly pleased and very satisfied with my choice. Will definitely be coming back!! I'm already dreaming/ craving another one!

The smoothie was so good that my friend immediately ordered a second one to-go for his family to try. It's a seasonal special, so don't wait too long! The service was just as memorable as the drinks. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and appreciative of their customers. They even poured the extra leftover smoothie into a separate cup for us instead of letting it go to waste :) The cafe itself is a cozy little Filipino gem with limited seating, but trust me, it's absolutely worth the drive. Between the amazing drinks and warm hospitality, this place left a fantastic impression. Already looking forward to coming back for the Calamansi Refresher or the Cereal N Milk Tea. One visit was definitely not enough!

Love that you can adjust the sweetness and ice level on all drinks, even the Yakult ones. They came out quickly. Very well balanced drinks with bold flavors. Unfortunately, this location was a completely different experience. Drinks were also not consistent. The sweetness level was INSANELY sweet. I normally get light sweet and my partner gets normal sweetness. His drink was much sweeter than normal, whereas my drink tasted like a normal sweetness level. The service was disappointing from the start. The staff came across as a bit rude, and I was surprised watching how the drinks were being prepared. It wasn't busy at all. There were only two parties in the shop. I watched the barista start making my drink by pouring the tea, but instead of finishing it with the milk foam, she set it aside and began making the "easier" drinks for the party that ordered after me. They ended up receiving their entire order before my drink was even finished despite ordering after me. I understand trying to improve efficiency during a rush, but when there are only a couple of customers, it's frustrating to see orders completed out of sequence without any explanation. It definitely left a bad impression, especially since I've always had such positive experiences at other Wushiland locations.

Still, it's nice to know this place remains a reliable go-to whenever I'm craving a good drink. One thing I really appreciate is how creative they are with their seasonal menu. It feels like there's always something new to try, and there is always a drink I want to try. This time, I ordered the seasonal High Mountain Paradise with 50% sugar and lychee jelly. It was absolutely delicious, and the 50% sugar level was perfect. It was just sweet enough to bring out the flavors without overpowering the tea itself. The mango and guava notes were a bit subtle, but they paired wonderfully with the delicate oolong tea, creating a refreshing and well balanced drink. The lychee jelly was also a great addition, adding a little extra texture and sweetness with every sip. I'd also say this jelly was softer than the typical jelly I've gotten, which I really liked. The shop can get pretty busy, probably because they really do offer a little bit of everything. Besides drinks, they have a food menu that seemed surprisingly popular during my visit. I saw plenty of people ordering snacks and meals, and everything coming out looked and smelled amazing. I'll definitely have to come back and try some of the food for myself next time. The space itself is on the smaller side, so finding a seat during peak hours can be a bit challenging. That said, they do offer both indoor and outdoor seating, which helps.

I also appreciate that they have caffeine free fruit drinks, which is helpful if I'm getting something at night. In previous visits, I've had their strawberry milk tea and their fresh milk tea, which are completely different experiences. Their strawberry milk tea has a smoothie consistency and has fresh fruit. Despite its consistency there is a nice tart creaminess from the dairy in the drink, I appreciate the refreshing flavor from the fresh strawberry. The "velvet fresh milk tea" has a really rich taste from the milk. It's unique; however, it's a little too rich for my preferences and it's why I tend to go with their regular "jasmine milk tea" with boba. I appreciate this location in Cerritos; however, they also have a location in Irvine. This is a great spot for boba in the area.

Sad to to say, this location is probably the worst one I have been to. Actually, my experience here was one was pretty bad compared to most boba shops. Why may you ask? Let me tell you a little story, You may skip to the end if you don't like reading. So this happened last weekend. Just had a wonderful Easter lunch and was spending time with family who I haven't seen in a couple months. Was having a good afternoon and wanted to treat everyone to nice boba treat. Lucky for me, they were running a promotion of a BOGO if you did a coloring page. I had spent the previous night coloring a masterpiece! Recalling back all the coloring skills I had back in elementary school as well as my collage art classes. Fighting through hand cramps and stress from using only a basic 12 color pencil kit to make my multicolor work of art, needless to say, I was looking forward to presenting my work to get a well deserved delicious drink bonus. Already had my eye on their Dubai chocolate frosty drink. Sunday was going great, feelings running high, until my GF and I walked into this place. Got up to the register/kiosk to order. The kiosk had nothing about the BOGO so we had to get the attention of the lone worker to help.. If help was the right word... We rang the bell and waited for a bit before the worker came. Long story short, he said he was not trained for it and had to text his manager. He just left and continued to make drinks since there was a lot of people waiting around for theirs and I could see the online orders printing out, adding to his work load. So we waited, 5 mins, 7 mins, 10 mins. nothing. No acknowledgement. No communication. meanwhile a small line had formed behind us, and I was feeling the social anxiety. I got the workers attentions and asked if there was any progress? He said the manager hasn't responded. I asked if he could call her instead of texting. He said he was too busy and left us there... W.....T......H.... At this point, we stepped to the side to allow people to use the Kiosk since we apparently weren't helped. We waited like chumps for another 10-15 minutes, no acknowledgement, and at this point I got Hangry.. So I made a joke with my GF that I could probably order a pizza and get it before this guy helps us. Hahaha.. funny joke right? EEEEHHHG! wrong... since that's exactly what happened! I ordered domino's pizza. We kept asking for help but the workers basically didn't do anything. When my app said my pizza was ready, that's when I knew we just wasted our time. 45 ish minutes for nothing. On our way out, my girl friend was nice enough to let people know who had the coloring pages in their hand that the worker doesn't know how to apply the discount, and that we waited for almost an hour. We considered going to the Fullerton location but at this point my Hangryness was at peak. I'm over it. So we left frustrated, angry and disappointed. I had to let my family know that there was no Boba for anybody. Much disappointment since everyone was looking forward to a nice tasty, frosty drink. Made me feel like a big L. Why would management run a promotion and not train workers for it? Why was there only 1 worker on a busy Easter Sunday? Talk about bad planning and training. Ironic thing is that they had the advertising for the promo right next to the Kiosk! SMH. They should have called this place "SunWrong DMV". Nothing going right, no help and long lines. They almost ruined my day, but at least the pizza didn't let us down. -- So in conclusion, be wary if you come here especially if there is a promotion, order online and expect a wait during the weekends.
