It's not too sweet, they accommodated by changing the milk (non-dairy/ original is milk) to my preference, and it comes in a big cup. The price for one is about $9-$10, a bit expensive but well worth it. You can tell the staff put in the quality work to make their drinks. Service was also a plus and they are kind. The service was disappointing from the start. The staff came across as a bit rude, and I was surprised watching how the drinks were being prepared. It wasn't busy at all. There were only two parties in the shop. I watched the barista start making my drink by pouring the tea, but instead of finishing it with the milk foam, she set it aside and began making the "easier" drinks for the party that ordered after me. They ended up receiving their entire order before my drink was even finished despite ordering after me. I understand trying to improve efficiency during a rush, but when there are only a couple of customers, it's frustrating to see orders completed out of sequence without any explanation. I also appreciate that they have caffeine free fruit drinks, which is helpful if I'm getting something at night. In previous visits, I've had their strawberry milk tea and their fresh milk tea, which are completely different experiences. Their strawberry milk tea has a smoothie consistency and has fresh fruit. Despite its consistency there is a nice tart creaminess from the dairy in the drink, I appreciate the refreshing flavor from the fresh strawberry. The "velvet fresh milk tea" has a really rich taste from the milk. It's unique; however, it's a little too rich for my preferences and it's why I tend to go with their regular "jasmine milk tea" with boba. I appreciate this location in Cerritos; however, they also have a location in Irvine. This is a great spot for boba in the area.

I ordered domino's pizza. We kept asking for help but the workers basically didn't do anything. On our way out, my girl friend was nice enough to let people know who had the coloring pages in their hand that the worker doesn't know how to apply the discount, and that we waited for almost an hour.
