And then they started to upsell and push a $1,200 cleaning... They were justifying the claim that they look out 5 to 10 years out, also saying they can't do a full cleaning since it will impact the quality of the future specialized cleaning and after they report to insurance I would be locked out and not able to be covered for it in the future if I did not do it today it would be more expensive later over $2k. So of course cleaning was really rushed. I went to my old dentist a month after and they said it looked like my teeth were not cleaned or polished since they last saw me. I sent the X rays/imaging from the visit to a dentist friend and they said it was a very extreme solution for something that can be managed with personal routine changes. They are entitled to their opinion and how they operate as a business nothing against them. This is a heads up if you decide to go in.

Everyone made us feel so welcome like we are part of the family. During our consultation, he went over any concerns and anxiety that we may have due to our past experiences. When making our appointment with Susan, who works at the front desk as the financial specialist, she made the process so smooth. She took the time to gather our information and work with our schedule. After our consultation, she put together how much everything will cost for both our treatments. It was extremely easy to understand. The treatment plan told us how much the insurance will pay and what we have to pay. NO HIDDEN FEES! She made sure all our questions were answered. Follow up to my nightmare with this place. Have found 5 more teeth filed so small that broke off…read morealso causing me to get more implants. On 4 of 6 teeth needing implants due to her negligence. The two I'm most concerned with are my front two teeth. Both have broken off. Once in her office where she tried to blame the tooth. She was able to get it back on but if it breaks I will need an implant. This was a completely healthy tooth. The crowns were cosmetic only. Front implants are extremely expensive. The second fell off and she had ground it so low they were almost unable to fix it. I've tried turning her onto the dental board but weren't able to do anything because even though it was bad work they could only do something if they broke. I have very few avenues left to get my money back but I'm going to exhaust them. Do not go here. Dr Ellie mcmurray may be nice but dosnt know what she's doing.

She cleaned my teeth exceptionally well and explained to me the importance of flossing daily. She added some fluoride to sensitive teeth. After seeing Daniella, Dr. Moradi checked my teeth, chatted with me about concerns I had, suggested a different toothpaste and to come back for x-rays when i wasn't pregnant. She was kind, super easy to talk to and explained everything thoroughly. I have continued to see Dr. Moradi and Daniella for the last 3 years now. The office is SO good about sending you reminder texts for your appointments, calling to let you know if they can squeeze you in if they have a cancellation, postcards in the mail reminding you about appointments and to top it off they even sent me a welcome baby card!!! I felt uncomfortable after getting so many x-rays and asked for them to stop. She said there were only a few more and tried to push the guard back into my mouth, and I had to move my head to prevent it like a toddler. I got up and left shaking. The reason I felt uncomfortable was that I had gotten x-rays the last three visits, and I was told I HAD to get more because I changed insurance. This turned out not to be true -- my partner, who is on the same insurance, did NOT require x-rays. When I asked about it, Tina gave me multiple conflicting reasons that contradicted my own chart. I don't believe these x-rays were necessary, and I was given a reason for them that wasn't true. I'd encourage anyone going here to request your medical records, as I'm doubtful I'm the only one. A message to the Dr. was unanswered. Shame on both of you.
