I'm updating my review, I recently had my wisdom tooth removed and a filling done here. The whole process was smooth and practically painless. I was a little nervous going in, but Dr. Li made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They were gentle with the numbing shot (I didn't really feel the needle at all) and the filling actually took longer than the extraction. The recovery has been great, my mouth is healing nicely with no issues. read more

I was looking for a dental office who would be able to book me with a last minute consultation, an emergency x-ray and wisdom tooth extraction that used laughing gas. After calling over 20 places, no one was able to take a look at my situation. As I was almost giving up, the receptionist, Pat, called me and let me know they had a last minute cancelation and that Dr. Li would be able to look at my situation. When I got there, Pat warmly greeted me, Valerie took x-rays and was very friendly throughout the process. Dr. Li took a look at the scans and explained his observations and gave me multiple realistic options regarding the procedure. I was unable to complete the extraction because of a personal decision, but I will 100% be back to follow up with the extraction in the upcoming weeks. The whole staff makes you feel welcomed and safe, and treat you like an actual human being. I began here 20 years ago with the original owners / dentists. I didn't think anyone else could compare. I was wrong. The new "owner" is outstanding. He replaced a crown. From the initial injection of Novocain it was fast and, for the most part, pain free. He was efficient and explained everything as he went along. He's friendly, polite and professional. And his assistant, Valerie, is excellent. Just as professional and efficient as Dr. Li. And we can't forget their receptionist, Pat, who is far more than a receptionist. She knows every detail about insurance issues and seems to know details about procedures as well. I've said it before... if you have to go to the dentist this practice is the best. read more

I knew the day would come eventually that I would need to see an oral surgeon. Let's face it, a normal person doesn't look forward to getting their gums worked on. But my time was up, it had to happen, I needed a gum tissue graft. My regular dentist, Dr. Frank Chang in Irvine (also a great dentist), gave me the news about my gums and referred me to Dr. Boskovic. I called Dr. Boskovic's office and scheduled a consultation. During the consultation, Dr. Boskovic spent a lot of time taking pictures, making measurements, showing me the pictures, explaining the procedure to me in almost excessive detail and answering all my questions. Finally I had to ask the most important, well actually the second most important question, the most important question is of course the cost. I asked Dr. Boskovic, "How much is this going to hurt?", to which he replied "All of my patients have been pleasantly surprised after the procedure." The optimist in me is thinking, "Oh cool, I'm not going to suffer much", but the cynic in me is saying, "This is gonna hurt like hell!" After waiting for several weeks to make sure everything was squared away with the insurance company I had a pre-procedure meeting where Dr. Boskovic reviewed the procedure with me again and what I needed to do pre and post op. I had the procedure done yesterday, and fortunately the cynic in me was wrong! It actually doesn't hurt that much. Sure I'm a sore, but the cynic in me really expected a worse. It will be a while before I'm fully healed. I'll post an update when it's all done. But based on my experience so far, if I had to see an oral surgeon again, I would see Dr Boskovic. read more

I would recommend this dental practice -- that's honestly the best indicator of my regard for their level of care and skill. Drs. Srbinovska and Boskovic are extremely knowledgeable. They always make sure to explain everything in detail so that I'm comfortable with procedures or next steps in my dental plan. They're remarkably gentle and have a fantastic bedside manner. Valerie is an experienced dental assistant. She's so nice and instantly puts you at ease. She's assisted both doctors in providing care for me. Tamara, the dental hygienist, is awesome. I don't enjoy dental cleanings at all, but Tamara is efficient and thorough. Pat and Phyllis in reception are both dolls. I've interacted more with Pat. She's very welcoming and helpful. If you don't have good insurance -- like me -- it can be expensive. You're paying a premium price for premium services; the cost is justified. They're great about letting me make payments. I had the good fortune of being referred to Dr. Boskovic at Transformation Dental Partners when my regular dentist determined that the tissue around my gums was deteriorating after years of brushing too hard with a manual toothbrush, along with other lifestyle factors. Upon vsiting with Dr. Boskovic for a consultation in 2010, it was apparent that tissue grafting was necessary on my complete lower and upper gums, a procedure that would need to be done in stages to assure that the new tissue "took hold" in my mouth and that there was adequate time for healing between surgical procedures. Between 2010 and 2015 I entrusted Dr. Boskovic to perform this transformative surgery, one section at a time (a total of five sections), and was able to take advantage of my annual dental insurance limits each year to minimize my out-of-pocket costs. This prolonged approach to the remediation was my choice: it could have been done much quicker than over a five-year period but I wanted it to be done over time to maximize the amount insurance paid for these procedures. The last procedure has now been finished and it has healed beautifully, as have all the sections done by Dr. Boskovic. The tissue has integrated perfectly with my exisitng tissue, covers all the areas that were previously exposed, is of a natural color and is durable. As a senior executive in the healthcare field my entire adult life, having met and known hundreds of doctors and dentists in my career, I can say without reservation that Dr. Boskovic is one RARE practitioner: his knowledge, preparation, caution, expertise, precision, aftercare and compassion are second to none. He is a technician of unmatched abilities. You will not find a better practitioner. The front and back office staff at Transformation Dental Partners are also of top quality: warm, attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and (believe it or not), funny! I have been a patient of Dr. Srbinovska's for over 12 years. Every time I go into the office, I am greeted warmly, not ignored, or told to "Take a seat", like so many other medical offices. The office is always clean, and orderly. Dr. Srbinoska has done excellent work for me. All of the staff there are professional, and caring. I have also seen Dr. Boskovic for some gum grafting. I had the best result I could ask for, and it looks like my mouth did when I was 30, and I am 63! Both doctors are extremely knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain things to you. First off, I want to acknowledge the best part about this office is Dr. Boskovic. He seems very knowledgeable and willing to spend time with you and educate you about dental implant. However, here is the scam to get your money: 1. When we made the appointment in July 2018, we asked if they charge for the consultation. Patty, the receptionist answered: "I wanna say no." Tricky! 2. When we saw Dr. Boskovic, he spent a good 45 minutes with us without disclosing the implant cost. When we pressed for it, his explanation was that he could not give us the quote without knowing the specifics of the patient. If we allow him to do a scan and send out for an evaluation, that costs $450, then he can determine the implant cost. Sadly, we went for that. 3. We were sent out to the front desk. The receptionist, Patty, took our medical insurance information, told us to pay the $450 up front and she will bill our medical insurance. The billing never happened. 4. The scan result came back and Dr. B gave us a ballpark quote for the implant, $5,000 without any details or anything in writing, no written plan. Fishy, isn't it. 5. We have made numerous contacts, hearing Patty going from "I dont know how to bill medical", "I will learn how to do it", "the one who did it got an accident and she is out" to "I would be fired if Dr. Boskovic finds out about this" and promising to send paperwork for us to submit to insurance on our own, that never happened. It has been over 11 months now. Just called her this morning and this is what I got from Patty "We don't bill medical." 6. We are in the process of submitting a complaint with the Dental Board of California about this scam. So we will come back with the result, hopefully, no one else will ever be scammed like us. If someone is, at least they have heard of this and make their informed decision. 7. If Dr. Boskovic office did this for $450, how should one trust them with $5,000??? or worse, their dental care!!! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Srbinovska for some 20 years now, mostly for periodic cleanings and checkups. She has put in a couple of fillings, crowns and other more involved procedures. She is the consummate professional, always makes me feel at east and also happens to be one of the most engaging people I know.
