I would not recommend NV carpet. Owner was not respectful in the way he spoke with me along with…read morethe worker seemed irritated. They said I was off of my measurements by 5 feet and charged me $100 more but yet they had two big pieces left over that I told the worker I will keep because I paid for it. The owner claimed he had to go to LA to pick up the extra 5 feet but yet when I went to the store and ordered, they said this carpet was in stock and that's why it could be done within a few days in the warehouse at their location so the story definitely changed. I give them two stars because at the end the carpet was installed and it did look nice but boy I was frustrated and disappointed. That is why I will continue to use LA carpet like I have always done. I have never had this problem. I was trying to support local business like my husband asked me to but it's better to go with business that is consistent and great customer service and this is definitely not them. I needed help with moving one dresser completely empty and one futon couch and they had a fit about it at LA carpet. They've always done that with no problem never even a remark ! Definitely will not use this company ever again.

Then he showed us how the leak was happening. He worked 8 hours on the roof and worked through the rain. His wife helps manage his messages and gets back to people quickly. He even said if there are any problems, just let him know. Glad to choose him to work on our roof.

He worked on our roof two or three times, but we were still getting leaks in the same area of our roof. With his last visit, he assured us that we don't have to worry about leaks anymore and to trust him. Guess what? Our roof is STILL leaking after this past Easter weekend storm, Same area that he accused me of being paranoid of. We had enough and did not want him to come back so we hired another roofer to do an inspection. The new roofer found quite a few shocking things: First, the area that Sal worked on, the tiles were not nailed back in which can cause more leaks and also can be dangerous if high winds were to slide these loose tiles off the roof. Many of the nails were found on my roof. Second, the edge of the new underlayment near the ridge (top of the roof) was just placed over the old underlayment above , not placed over the ridge or at a bare minimum, it SHOULD be tucked under the old underlayment above it. So basically, water will just run under the new underlayment! Last, some of the nails that hold the new underlayment were not nailed all the way in which of course can let water in the nail hole. I forgot to mention, he used so much concrete for the ridge cap that the excess poured down the other side of my roof leaving a cement colored trail. Based on all the positive reviews here, I thought I made the right decision hiring him but it looks like we got the short end of the stick. Lesson learned.
