Genuine Dexter parts: Made in the USA.

I just got some 10 inch Dexter brake drums, brakes, bearings, seals and nuts from Martin at Lomita trailer and it was the most pleasurable experience. I'm not sure what some of these reviewers are saying, Martin is THE REAL DEAL. Martin is extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant, an all around good guy and even gave me a good deal. No joke. Don't waste your time with online parts stores. I got all the parts I needed, all genuine Dexter, and it was the same exact price as E trailer but no shipping! When you try to return something with these online stores they charge you big bucks for the shipping...go to Lomita trailer instead and save time and hassle!! I will be getting all my trailer supplies from Martin at Lomita Trailer from now on.

They appear to be closed down. Locked up, dark, and no phone answering during posted business hours on a Saturday.

Gary met the inspector on Sunday afternoon without question. Inspection of the RV was about $400 and came to be not necessary. Few little items Gary had taken care of prior to him arriving. the condition from inspector was even better than what Gary advertised "Good Condition" the camper as described by inspector was impeccable, better than new! Even with that my wife and I still hadn't seen it and we decided to take road trip and pick it up instead of hiring a delivery company. -we departed Dallas Monday and Arrived late Wednesday. Gary and his staff was waiting with open arms with smile and a hug! After inspecting and walking thru RV and little paper work we were off for our first adventure on our new RV. I should also mention that Gary Emailed and called to follow up on us while we were driving back home. What class act my friend! In closing if your in the market for pre-owned RV you need to call Gary, he is by far number one in the industry. Highly recommend for your RV purchase! We'd been looking online for a long time, but didn't like anything we saw. Gary came out, introduced himself and showed us a 2017 Dynamax Isata 3 (with a Mercedes Sprinter chassis). We loved it! He took the time to walk us though all the features, but it was late, so he invited us to come back the next day for a test drive. Gary is super friendly, personable, professional and no a 'pressure sales' kinda guy, who also got our jokes... He had it all ready for us, and it felt 'right'. After a few days dealing with the bank, we came back to make the purchase, and after Gary went thru a checklist to make sure every function worked, were excited to drive away in our new (pre-owned) RV. Great experience, highly recommended!

We first met Dave, the owner, and immediately felt at ease. He was relaxed, personable, and super knowledgeable--he answered all our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His salesperson was out that day, so Dave personally showed us the trailer and took the time to go over everything. When we sat down to talk numbers, there was absolutely *zero* pressure to buy. He didn't push us, didn't ask to run our credit, and genuinely encouraged us to take the weekend to think about it. That kind of approach is rare and truly appreciated. We decided to move forward the following Monday and called in to speak with Miguel. The entire process was seamless--we did everything online and over the phone. Miguel was consistently available, responded to texts (even after hours), and answered every single question we had. By the end of the week, we were picking up our new trailer. The walk-through was smooth, and they let us record the whole thing so we could reference it later (which was perfect for us as first-time trailer owners). David, Miguel, and Steven all made sure we were 100% comfortable and prepared before we pulled off the lot. Galaxy Camper feels like a family-oriented shop that genuinely cares about their customers. No gimmicks, no tricks, just fair pricing and honest people who want you to enjoy RV life with your family. We had visited some of the big lots before this and the difference is night and day--at the big places, you feel the pressure the moment you step on the lot. They bombard you with calls and texts and push hard for a same-day deal. Galaxy Camper is *not* like that at all, and that's exactly why we'll be recommending them to everyone we know. Highly, highly recommend!

This month we were returning from a visit to So Cal and the passenger step into the cab of our Tiffin Wayfarer RV became so loose that it was in danger of falling off. At the recommendation of the MBZ dealer we went to Conejo RV without an appointment. Without hesitation, Kirk immediately got underneath the step and determined that the self tapping bolts (many missing) were no longer going to work. He had one of the techs immediately remove the step and refit with larger bolts. The whole repair was done within an hour. The step is now very secure. While the service we received blew me away, I was then completely taken back when he told me "no charge". My only regret is that we no longer live here as he would be my "RV guy" for sure.

We also spent a lot on this initial service, but we felt very satisfied with the quality of work done and overall value. Jeff and his team know what they are doing, and they do a very professional job. He gives good advice on what is and is not a good idea to fix/alter, and he is very customer oriented, making sure things are clean and working as they should, and even threw in complimentary items during the service like a replacement cover for our awning arm he happened to have, moving my fridge to gain a storage space for my long pans, adjusting my shaky rear view mirror, etc. The quality of the work here is great, everything works well and I like that he did some more service items that were really needed (!) like flush my hot water tank- it was so full of white scale! He also works with the insurance companies to fix things that are under warranty and makes it happen in a reasonable amount of time, as much as he can control. We were looking for a good RV service provider for our "new" RV since we plan to keep it for a long time. We definitely have found that service partner here in Jeff's group. They are so knowledgeable and experienced, and he is so reasonable and easy to work with. We highly recommend this business and will definitely use it in the future. Note: If you have to wait for an appointment, it's worth it. The business is popular for a reason, and it's not like other places you hear about where they keep your rig for months and leave you hanging. If they are waiting for a part, they call you when it comes in and take care of you when you bring your RV back in.

I'm leaving one star because of how poorly things were handled when the generator failed. When it wouldn't start, I called the toll-free number and was on hold for over an hour before anyone picked up. I followed every troubleshooting step the rep walked me through, but we couldn't get it working. The rep noted on my account that there was a problem with the generator and told me to speak with the front desk when I returned the RV. Without the generator, I had no A/C for the trip -- a serious problem for four days in an RV. When I returned it, the front desk had me stand by while they looked into it. The mechanic came in and confirmed there was a problem, telling me directly: "I did a master reset on the generator and it's working now." So the issue was real and acknowledged by their own staff. The woman at the front desk was pleasant and professional, but she said her hands were tied and there was nothing she could do. I pointed out that I'd paid for four full days of an RV that was supposed to function -- especially the A/C. Her only offer was a $100 credit toward buying an RV from them in the future. I was blown away -- and not in a good way. I paid for a working RV and didn't get one, and their idea of making it right was a discount contingent on giving them more of my money. How could I ever rent from them again? I won't.

They informed me that the key has been located and is being sent to me. This review is specifically regarding the poor communication and lack of follow-up from the service department, rather than the quality of the warranty work itself. I scheduled my vehicle pickup well in advance after having warranty work completed. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my service advisor was no longer with the company. Due to this transition, I experienced a much longer wait time than expected. The primary issue occurred once my travel trailer was finally pulled up: the service team could not locate my keys. I was told that the manager was currently in a meeting but would call me later that day to resolve the issue. Because I have a spare set at home, I was understanding and willing to give them time to follow up. Unfortunately, the day has passed, and I never received the promised phone call. Furthermore, because I was not provided with the manager's name or direct contact information, the burden is now on me to spend my own time tracking down someone who can help. The service work may have been completed, but the lack of internal communication, accountability, and basic follow-through turned a routine pickup into a frustrating experience. I hope management reaches out promptly to return my keys.

I probably should not be leaving a poor review since they still have my brand new trailer but this…read moreplace is terrible. I purchased a new RV from a different retailer earlier this year and had to have some warranty work completed. I took the trailer to Mike Thompson since they are a Grand Design dealer. The check in process was really smooth. The service representative was friendly and left me thinking this is going to be a positive experience. Boy was I wrong. I took my trailer in for warranty work on 4/24/26 and it is now 7/8/26. I have been very reasonable and understand that some things such as part delivery are out of their control. The main issue is the LACK OF COMMUNICATION on behalf of the service department over the past 2 months. I was repeatedly told by the service advisor that he would call me back and he never did. I finally spoke with the service rep and he said that there were 5 or 6 minor repairs that were complete and all that was pending was the countertop, so we agreed that I would pick the trailer up and bring it back when the countertop arrives. The day I went to pick it up, I was checking out and noticed that most of the items on my invoice were marked as not complete. We are talking as minor as replacing an exhaust vent on the outside of the trailer and a seal below the sink. How could the service advisor not have known that the work was not complete? How could he have not communicated this to me? All he could say was they sent the wrong seal. As frustrated as I was, the parts supervisor stepped in and said he would personally find out what is going on, specifically with the countertop, and gave me his card. I called and left him a message over a week later and he never called me back. The service manager (a different person) called me after I left the dealership that day and said she would personally get to the bottom of the "miscommunication" first thing Monday morning (June 29th) and get back to me. She never called me back. I was there on Friday, June 26th and it is now July 8th and no call from anyone. You would think with two supervisors involved that one of them would have called me in a week in a half. You would think that they would make it a priority to reach out with some news. It is no wonder the service rep treats customers like this if his supervisors could care less. They have had my trailer longer than I have since I owned it. So disappointing.
