I had some time this weekend, so I stopped by Audio Motorsports to get some advice and ended up just doing the install, since they could do it now, and the price they offered me was great. Nick was an excellent salesperson; he's an old-school guy with a deep history and knowledge of audio, and he helped me get off the fence with the different brands and boxes I was researching. I was originally looking at some subs for under the seat, but ended up getting a Kicker sub with Nick's advice, since he said under-the-seat subs aren't that great and, for the same price, a boxed sub with an amp will sound better. The installation took about an hour and a half, and you can either wait in-store or at a few nearby plazas to eat and wait. The install itself was clean and professional. Overall, loving the bass. I might be back soon if I upgrade the stock speakers in my ride to improve mid- and high-frequency clarity. On another note, I didn't know they also do tinting. Nick offered a good deal, but it's too bad I just recently had my tint done elsewhere. If I had known, I would have saved some money on my tint by doing it at Audio Motorsports.

Sadly it didn't turn out this way, as I randomly got a text message on February 27, 2023 from his wife suddenly banning me from returning since apparently they had marital problems and decided to involve me in their personal lives. I was absolutely blindsided and quite frankly disappointed at how Alonso and the "co-owner" went about their issues. I wanted to let this go however since his team replaced my car's dash screen, CarPlay system, tinted my windows, the sound system has been absolute trash for taking calls. Callers say they either can't hear me or hear an intolerable echo that makes it hard to listen to what I'm saying. I have not been able to have clear calls ever since the work they did. So l was left with an unusable phone audio system in my Mercedes that required an added expense since I clearly am "not welcome" to fix the crap they did to my car in the first place.

My…read moreinitial experience was contacting Reputation Auto Customs (RAC) through Google, and the best thing about RAC at that time was that first, they had a website and an online service where I could message the team, and second, they had more than excellent communication and got back to me quickly. I spent hours and days calling my local shops to see what they could do for the large area of damage to the left rear of my car, and few of them responded or answered my messages. There are many body shops in the area surrounding RAC, but RAC is a diamond in the rough, and my time was completely wasted until I dealt with RAC. When I arrived at the shop, I had arranged a time where I would work with Sean to repair my car, and Sean told me he could repair the damage seamlessly within 3 to 4 days. Given the far more expensive cars being worked on at RAC, they assured me and left me with the feeling that I would receive the same level of care and attention to detail the more expensive cars would receive on my car. I have heard horror stories about body shops damaging cars and rushing through jobs, but RAC is incredible. The communication throughout the entire process was superb. The price for the work was fair, and given the level of attention to detail and work I received, I do not regret one penny or ever taking my car to RAC. I will not hesitate to recommend or take my car to this shop for any body shop needs. The repair to my car is seamless, and I can't tell any damage had happened to my car.
