We're talking five eggs before they add all the other stuff. Multiple meat options and I can only imagine the size of the tortilla itself before it's rolled around everything. The only difference is, I was able to eat this monster in one sitting, along with a beer. The people at the counter and in the truck's kitchen were friendly and I'd definitely recommend getting something here if you have the chance. I found them on a sunny weekend at Rayback.
