I have finally found the NY-style bagel of my dreams and can you believe it's a food truck!? Fleishman's bagels are absolutely delicious and have that crispy, bubbly exterior and good chew inside that I miss so much from growing up in NJ. Danna and her crew are so friendly and provide consistently good service. Whenever I need a pork roll, egg, and cheese fix there's only one place I'll go now. Boulder is better because of Fleishman's. read more

I had an Everything Bagel breakfast sandwich and a potato latke. The sandwich was quite good, but the latke was pretty tasteless. The prices were good, and the service was good. I would go back for the bagel and a schmear, but not for the sandwich or the latke. read more

It's hard to make a good bagel at altitude, but Fleishman's tries. If you expect a New York-style bagel, you will be disappointed. They offer a limited variety of bagels with schmeers, made into sandwiches. or plain--all available until they sell out. We got bagel, egg, and bacon sandwiches. I ordered my sandwich with egg and ham but received egg and bacon. I wasn't going to wait 15-20 minutes for the error to be corrected. They have a few places to sit, all outdoors. read more

Everything went well. I've eaten here 3 different times- all were excellent- the everything bagel and the pastrami so far are tops in quality but everything else is outstanding as well. My niece frequented this place daily. she loved it until today when she left in tears 4/7/2024. Someone prepped her to go order for her family visiting her from Chicago. my niece looks White. so had had no history of harassment there. but when she showed up with her ethnically diverse family, some 50plus year old man to use it as an opportunity passively assault her family by writing on their bag---Mexicans. Nothing is insulting about being Mexican. But it is the assumption we brown people are all one big group, and given the indigenous history of people in the area they very well could have been anything but Mexican. The response was to argue it was an "accident", if he's a disabled veteran fine. it'll be a pass; but instead he argued with them and his boss or supervisor didn't have a great response. please note it crushed my nieces heart to take her family from the big city to her fav place to share in the small joys she can afford and find them being degraded down to nothing. this is called microaggressions especially when there is no acknowledgement that the behavior was inappropriate and ignorant. They got a refund. But the bad taste left in my family's experience has tarnished this college kids boulder food truck experience. read more

Easily best bagels in town and some Jewish deli favorites. One of the few places in Boulder that actually feels east coast and real. Danna even has the pastrami shipped out from Carnegie hall which makes by default the best pastrami in town. It's partnered/next door to a coffee shop so you can even grab food on cold winter days and stay inside and grab a warm drink. It gets busy on the weekends but it's worth the wait. My partner and my favorites; momuskie, bacon egg and cheese, the Kugel, motzah ball soup and any sandwich that has that pastrami. read more

My wife and I stopped here for lunch. Great location. Lots and lots of parking. We had turkey on rye and some everything bagels. Here's the thing about the awesome turkey they use. They told me they bring it in from a deli in NY. Believe me - it makes all the difference. Why? Most "high end" sandwich places advertise they use Boar's Head. Boar's Head - really? That's the best they can do? When everyone is using the same meat, they all taste the same. When they're all using the same meat, the only thing that differentiates any other sandwich shop from one another is the bread. The rye bread here - EXCELLENT. So now you have EXCELLENT bread and AWESOME meat. You won't regret it. The Everything Bagels. The bagel itself has just a bit of a crunch on the outside - as an excellent NY bagel should. (Can you guess what part of the country I'm from?) The inside is soft, but not chewy. So many bagels are chewy on the inside. These aren't chewy. The spice on the outside was not salty. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 bagels... just for them to say one of them was never ordered (which it was). So I guess I waited 30 minutes for one bagel. One bagel that just had cream cheese. Like at this point let me just hop on the truck myself and make it. They didn't seem to care much when this all happened. The way we knew it was definitely ordered is because someone venmoed me for their order. We looked at the screen when it was rung up to know how much my friend owed me. Update: Einstein's Bagel on 28th charged me $9.25 all in, not $17.50 plus tip for the same bagel. They piled on the nova lox cream cheese, onions on both sides of the bagel. Delicious and reasonably priced. read more

This is response to Mike B's. review. Listen Jerky! Me and my bro. Murph, eat at Fleishman's bagel at least two times a week. Murph and I have eaten 75% of the food off of the truck. The owner of the truck makes sure that the quality of ingredients that goes on her bagels, is fresh and wholesome. I'm from the Kitchen 51st and 10th. I know NYC Bagels and Danna's is legit. Plus, jerkoff, she worked and lived in NY, even though she is from Boston. For people reading his review and this one. Me and Murph and our female friend were behind you when you ordered. Danna, the owner, explained the cost to you. So, you knew the cost from the beginning. The interesting part is, you ate the inside of the bagel and complained about it and to Danna. The owner who cares about her product, gave back your money. You didn't mention that in your review. Did ya! Jerk! I've eaten at Moe's and are you kidding me. Not a NY bagel, cheaper ingredients. The worst part, Moe's bagel are not hand rolled every morning as Fleishman's is. Moe's bagels come off a machine. That is why it's a cheaper bagel. Would have given stars for food but because of our incident I am giving 1 star cuz yelp made me. I went to FB in Boulder today with my daughter, brother, niece and nephew to get what my daughter said are the best breakfast bagels I'll ever eat. Ordered our food I will say I was taken back by the man taking my order as he was a bit rude, but my daughter said trust me the bagels are so good you won't even remember how rude he was. $50 and 40 minutes later I would never imagine what happened next. The buzzer goes off to pick up the bagels and my daughter goes to get the bag. I lag a bit behind her and see her looking at the bag and then turning around. As I get closer I see she's clearly in tears. "What's wrong", I asked "he wrote Mexican Family on our bag"?! What and then the argument ensues with me yelling and him saying he didn't mean to write it" you didn't mean to be a racist? Did you write down all these other people's races or ethnicities? No why cuz they are all white." Wife comes to the window and asks what happens we tell her. And she is just as shocked and confused. He tells her he didn't mean to do it. I am livid. We aren't Mexican I say we are Puerto Rican but that's not even the point you're a racist. People are just there standing watching. I call him an idiot not my proudest moment but when your kid is crying and has never experienced racism you freak out. He storms out of the truck and says " I'm a marine" to which I reply "oh really well my brother is also a Marine he fought for this country too, he did 3 tours in Iraq. Just because you fought for the USA doesn't make it okay to do or be a racist." His wife or owner of the truck could not have said sorry more & gave us back money and Thanks my brother for his service. Out of all the people standing two girls left and one lady came up to make sure we were okay. No one else did or said anything. It's crazy. Needless to say the owner also told my daughter to come back for a free bagel. read more
