I made the mistake of installing a cheap aftermarket low pressure fuel pump, so long story short the car ran like crap with a check engine light. I also made the mistake of trying to remove the fuel pump while the gas tank was still full, so fuel spilled all over the back seat of my car and my garage floor. It made my house REEK of gas. Although I knew the fuel leak was from overflow due to the fuel pump locking ring being removed while the tank was full, I did want to take my chances and do more damage. I did my research and decided to contact London Autowerks since they were the closest Audi specialty shop. They were very cool and understanding about my car needing to be towed to their shop and have it parked overnight since I am unable to do it during business hours. In a short time, they were able to fix and diagnose my issues by doing a fuel tank integrity test, fuel pressure test and then installing the proper fuel pump and new rail sensor. They even cleaned the spilled fuel from the back of my car to where you can't smell a hint of the spilled fuel. Jennifer was awesome and the communication was stellar. The price was also very fair, considering how pricey these Audi fuel pumps are. 10/10 would definitely recommend their services especially if you drive a VW/Audi! read more

My daughters Rabbit had been sitting for over three years with an unknown problem. I had the Rabbit towed to London Auto Werks so they could diagnose the problem. Oh boy, was there problems. Some rodents made it their home for a bit and they used the electrical wiring as chew toys. There was multiple problems with the vehicle and Jenn was upfront and empathetic to all the issues. What a great experience I just had with Jason and his team. I got three total quotes and "interviewed" two of those three quotes by having them diagnose and assess my repairs needed. I was given honest answers by both shops. Many people highly recommended that I visit Jason for a quote before I come to a determination on who should do the repairs so I did. This could be said for any make vehicle but Audi/VW repairs in my past experience can't just be trusted with anyone, let alone the expense that comes with owning a luxury vehicle I want to have peace of mind knowing my vehicle is in the right hands. It's hard to find a mechanic/shop that you trust and can have a relationship where you feel involved instead of just a paying bystander. So I contacted this shop on Facebook and got a reply same day with very reasonable prices and intelligent conversation. I scheduled my date and received a call a few days prior confirming that date. Vehicle: 2008 Audi A4 My requested repairs listed that were completed: Front main seal, cam plug, timing belt, water pump, accessory belt service New 034motorsport street density motor mounts (I provided) All new cv boots (4) (all four of mine were torn and sprayed the grease everywhere) Vehicle was at London Auto Werks for two total days. When I dropped my vehicle off Jason met with me as I arrived and we had a nice talk about the vehicle then got the repairs going. Mid-day I got a phone call from the shop giving me an update. By the end of the day I had some progress photos sent to me and it was very relieving to see so much progress done in one day. When the vehicle was finished just like any other shop they called me ahead of time and I came to inspect and ended up going on a test drive together. A freshly timed vehicle with new goodies and service never performed so good! I received my vehicle back cleaner than I had left it with them. I truly feel like they took just as much care into my vehicle as I would do myself if I were capable. That is hard to find! They cleaned all the oil from the main seal that had been leaking for god knows how long and all the cv boot grease that literally was everywhere.. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and experience delivered by the whole team. This is a friendly family owned shop that does honest exceptional work, it shows and it's hard to come by nowadays. I was looking for some quality and certified shop to do some work and conduct an inspection on a 1997 VW European. My VW had some oil leaks and the water pump had given out so it began overheating and I couldnt get from one place to another, I had just moved to Arizona so it was one more stressor I absolutely didnt need. I had taken it to the closest VW dealership who quoted me an outrageous amount, Jason at London was recommended to me and I called him to talk to him about what was going on. He offered to take a look for himself, so he could give me a more accurate quote. I was stressing about how to get my car to him, Jen, my point of contact actually set me up with a very affordable tow company who picked it up and delivered it to them for me! They let me know when my car arrived and kept me updated the entire way. Integrity, honesty, professionalism, and worth every penny. I cannot begin to express the bind I was in the morning I called London Auto Werks. We needed a minor miracle in triplicate that day, and I can honestly say not only did Jason and his team deliver, they did it in triplicate. Any father who has ever sent his family member to an auto repair place knows what a walk of faith it can be. I had to send one of my children by themselves, and we simply could not afford a major repair on our VW. We also had a yet unknown and pending emissions issue that was keeping us from passing.
