Dr. Bui is to dentistry as Picasso was to the canvas. He's just that good. I've been to a lot of dentists, but no one cares as much and is as gentle as Dr. Bui. I usually fear going to the dentist, but since I started going to Dr. Bui (3 years now) I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. This guy is legit. He has a good relationship with his patients and will always remember your name and what you did last w/o looking through any paperwork. Dump your old dentist and go to Lone Hill Dental. Types of work done to me at Lone Hill Dental: -white fillings -cleanings -crowns -cosmetics (laser teeth whitening only $199) -patch up abrasions for receding gums (i smoke) They take mainly PPO, so I'm not sure how they handle HMO. Even though a tooth implant went well I did once agree to only get a cleaning from Dr Bui once, his assistant started taking a full mouth X-ray and photos of me. This was against my will so I left. I recommend Dr Raffee and Brenda not Other Dental services unless you want to be tricked into doing allot of inessential dental work. read more

I had the best experience at Lone Hill Dental thanks to the wonderful staff and Dr. Bui! I went in with a really bad tooth ache that was infected and my cheek was literally swollen. I had no insurance so I was scared of the cost but sure enough Valerie helped me out and made payment arrangements that I can afford! Dr. Bui did a root canal on me and he was constantly making sure I was not in pain throughout the procedure. I thank him for helping me with the pain and being so patient with me! I was scared of not only the pain of a root canal but my bill but I walked out a happy customer and I will continue to finish all my dental work with Dr. Bui.(I haven't been to the dentist in years lol) Thanks again Lone Hill Family! My family went to Lone Hill Dental for about a year. Our experience was fine, but not 5-star-worthy. The quality of the dental work done was good. The office is very nice and very clean. The equipment all seems to be new and high end. We never had to deal with long waits or anything like that. One problem was that I did not feel Dr. Bui was very good with small children. When my young daughter was scared and resisted her first visit to the dentist, he did not try anything to make her feel more comfortable or relaxed. He basically just took one look at her and told us to bring her back when she is older. Not really what I wanted to hear considering my understanding is that children should begin seeing a dentists as soon as they have teeth and my daugher already had a mouth full at that point. My biggest gripe however has to do with customer service. I recently called to make a dental appointment and was told that the office dropped my insurance provider (and by extension, my family). No one ever sent us a notification or even called us to let us know, which I think they have an obligation to do, or at the very least should do out of common courtesy. When I called my insurance provider to select a new dentist, the insurance carrier wasn't even aware that Lone Hill Dental no longer accepted their insurance! If you are certain that your insurance will be accepted or are okay paying out of pocket, you will get quality dental work done at Lone Hill Dental. Just don't expect to be treated very well in the process and think twice if you have small children. read more

This is a dentist who cares for your comfort and care. I have been coming here for at least 5 years and the entire office staff is very helpful and nice also. I never hear my last name, only my first name when they talk to me, it's great! I have been to many dentists and Dr Bui is excellent! Dr Raifee also is an excellent dentist and I have been under his care at times also and he is very nice and caring for each person's comfort. I finally found the best dentist and I am happy to share it with family, friends and general public. Dr. Bui and staff are the best. I've never met a dentist who truly cares about his patients and your dental health. He is the only one I know who does deep cleaning and lets your teeth sparkle. I have a lot of crowns too and previous dentists didn't do a good job so I had to keep replacing them. Dr Bui does a great job even for my temps it almost looks like the real one...so happy to finally find him and he cares about all his patients. Most know me as Edward ten B... but I go by "Dolf. I have been going to Dr Bui for at least 7 years and have had many dentists all over the world. None have made me felt more comfortable and have the patience with me that Dr. Bui has (I ask a lot of questions...) I cant help but feeling that the people having cavities that Dr. Bui found were not perhaps cavities that may be very small , yet other doctors either don't see, or just want to monitor because they weren't sure. I have had a few teeth crack in the past and trust me you don't want to "monitor" cavaties, if that is perhaps whats going on. Better to fill them while small before more damage gets done. I have also had him install a few crowns, although I signed a waiver stating basically anything can happen to a crown after installing, when it chipped after only two weeks ( not his fault) he said " I will redo everything because I stand behind my work" Awesome, and as it should be but he didn't legally have to do this for me. Another thing is that he is very gentle and NEVER rushes things. The treatments are not very painful, sure you feel something slightly sometimes, but it seems out of all the dentists I have had, he seems to put a lot of effort into making sure I have no pain. I am not sure... ( I should ask him ) but I believe in my last deep teeth cleaning he used something to rub on my gums so that I hardly felt even the teeth cleaning. Nice.. thanks Doc ! All in all I would recommend this Doctor in a heartbeat. read more

When I first came to Dr. Bui, it was based on the reviews I found here which I am very thankful for. Dr. Bui sure had his work cut out for him when he agreed to take care of my teeth (which were a mess I might add!). Well, after 10 extractions, crafting upper & lower dentures and a couple of implants later, I am very happy to report that Dr. Bui (and Dr. Raffee) had greatly improved the quality of my life. i am very satisfied with their professionalism, their competency and how much they cared about me and the outcome of their work. Dr Bui cares and treat patients like his family. He is very conservative and will not drill any teeth that doesn't have cavities. He ONLY does work that's needed. I trust Dr Bui. And my whole family including my mom and children came there. My friends also came and are very happy with his work and cosmetic work. He is super gentle and excellent in cosmetic. WOW talk about rude!!! I called here based on the reviews for this place. I got a very unhelpful and rude receptionist who picked up. I asked if they accepted my insurance, she said yes. I then asked if she could tell me the cost share for their office, she said that she cannot tell me info like that without coming in. I asked if she could look up my information to verify i can come there, and it was covered. she told me no. hahaha! crazy. i've called several other offices this morning and ALL of them were able to look up my info to verify if they accept my insurance and at what share of cost. Let me start off with a little story. When I was around the age seven my grandmother took me to a new dentist, and I did love going to the dentist as a child. Well on this particular visit i was told i needed a filling, not a big deal I've had them before. However, before I knew what was happening the dentist was drilling into my tooth and I was being held down by four assistants because i was screaming and crying, I was not given Nova cane or laughing gas. It was the worst experience of my life, luckily my grandmother pulled me out of the chair before the dentist could finish (I still had the hole in my tooth) but the damage was already done, I developed a severe dentophobia (yes that's what it's called). For years I wouldn't go to the dentist, it came to the point where I was in my teens with all my permanent teeth, and still had the hole from my horrific experience. I did try other dentist, I didn't however feel safe with any of them. well, by chance i found Lone Hill Dental when they first opened, and it truly was time to get a check up. My mother and grandmother accompanied me for moral support and encouragement (they just wanted me to finally do something with my teeth, they definitely weren't looking very good). It turned out I didn't need them, Dr. Bui was excellent! he calmed me down and reassured me that I was safe under his care! I have been a patient for over five years now and I refuse to see anyone else. Dr. Bui certainly has a gentle, careful touch and I feel incredibly safe with him, and am very happy with his work. The staff has always been great, professional, and friendly. The reason for the low rating however is a result of the appointment stacking that happens here and excessively high prices. After many times directly telling Dr.Bui himself that I hated how long it always took to be seen it never changed. It always seems he schedules 2-3 patients at the same time and he bounces around from one to another. The result is a TON of waiting. Secondly, if you have low allowance insurance, don't go here. They will eat up your allowance alarmingly FAST and then make "convenient payment arrangements" for you when you insurance runs out. As I initially stated, this review should not reflect on the staff, but rather the management. Poor scheduling practices, and predatory pricing. Stay Away. read more

This review is of my service and not of the dentist. I had an appointment and came to the office. There wasn't a receptionist at the desk so I signed in and waited for someone to check me in, this was my first appointment here. Shortly afterward, a female came in from outside and proceeded to walk past me into the office. She sat at the receptionist desk and didn't acknowledge me. I waited for her to call me to fill out paperwork. As I was waiting, three women came in and one of them started chatting with the receptionist. When they began to gossip over the magazines and use expletives in their conversation about the Kardashian family I became annoyed at the utter lack of service. My time is important, my money is green! At this point I called my normal dental office and begged them to fit me in. I had a toothache and didn't want to use the service on Lone Hill Dental after being ignored. Thankfully I got another appointment and promptly left, letting the receptionist know she can cross my name off. So thanks but no thanks Lone Hill Dental, you obviously don't want customers when your receptionist cannot acknowledge them. I'm sure the Doctor has no idea what goes on at the front of the house. Please review your CCTV from Monday after 3pm on 3/2/15 if you want proof Doctor. The receptionist was heavy set and unfortunately not good at her job this day... Just came for my regular check up ! And braces appointment, feeling beautiful with my teeth getting straighter and straighter and Dr Bui is the greatest Dr that I've ever experienced in all my time in the dentist chair, I've never felt more comfortable in my life with Dr Bui, I used to hate shots for my life. But let me tell you Dr Bui made it painless and effortless ! Definitely one of the best in the nation, you need to come see him and talk to him and he will make you feel at home !
