AMAZING dentist! Dr. Jeff is so kind and truly cares about people! I never felt comfortable showing my teeth when smiling, between my gap and my serious overbite. However, in under 2 years in braces, I love my smile!! Thank you, Dr. Jeff! Most recently, I needed a wisdom tooth extracted. I truly appreciate how that went. OK, before I tell you about my experience at Dr. Murphy's office, you all should know, I have major PTSD about going to the dentist in general. When I was in my early 20's, I had thee most awful experience with my first root canal. It was so bad that merely pulling up to the parking lot for future dentist appointments (who have all been so much more competent since) and even if it was just for a cleaning and check up (!!) got my heart racing and my whole body feeling panicked for YEARS after that! Because of this, my expectations for a dental experience ever since has always been very high. First and foremost, competency/expertise of COURSE is priority 1. However, because I still feel like a terrified kid at times (even though that seemed like a lifetime ago), a friendly, understanding, compassionate office environment is a close second in terms of what's important to me (this should be the case in any healthcare facility) and what will keep me coming back. Dr. Murphy's office has this in spades. Both Dr. Jeff and his son, Dr. Chase have worked on me (some times both at once because I have a complicated mouth LOL) are super capable and have a bedside manner that puts me at ease. I also think it's very rare for an entire office staff to send out that same welcoming, friendly energy. And that's what I get every time I call for an appointment or interact with the front desk. High praises for this office. Please never change! read more

I can't say thank you enough to Dr. Murphy for taking me in with same day emergency pain in tooth notice. There is a lot of worry going on with the COVID-19 pandemic, I was concern myself about going out to get my tooth looked out but I must say when you first walk in the office it smells clean and sterile. The Dr. and his assistant made sure they continued to change there gloves and whipped everything down as they worked and after and I mean everything. Anything they touch they cleaned. I felt very safe and in good hands. Everyone is very very friendly and helpful. I had a very good experience and thank God for loving people like this office. Dr. Jeff is amazing! I use to dread going to the dentist (as I'm sure many of you can relate) and I have to say that Dr. Jeff and his friendly staff have completely relieved my anxiety about dentists. I would not even think of going to anyone else! He's professional, kind, and explains EVERYTHING he is doing to ensure you are 100% comfortable with the process. I have had fillings, root canals, and crowns done with Dr. Jeff and I have never felt any pain (which is not my experience in the past with other dentists). My husband had his first visit there and walked away feeling great! There were a few procedures that had been recommended by a previous dentist, and when he asked about them, this office not only told him that the procedures were not necessary, but also explained WHY (and even told him that one of the procedures could have potentially caused other dental issues!!!) We are so grateful to have found a dentist that truly looks out for the needs of the patient and isn't looking to upsell any unnecessary work. read more

Whenever I have had to have a procedure done other than cleanings he has always been conscientious of pain and is gentle and thorough. I have never had any issue with his work! Simply OUTSTANDING dentist. My wife uses a walker on her bad days, a cane on her good days. Dr. Jeff and his staff are VERY caring and competent, the waiting room is pleasant, the dental chairs are comfortable (important when you are having a lengthy process like a crown or a root canal done), and Doctor Jeff takes the time to explain WHAT he is doing / going to do and WHY it is necessary. Dr Jeff Murphy is awesome! We've been bringing Our 12 year old daughter here for years and because of Dr Jeff she has no fear of going to the dentist.
