I've been purchasing my water here for the past 3 years. I am always greeted with great customer service and the staff is super friendly, respectful, and helpful (shout out especially to Sean!) I purchase alkaline water and am very pleased with the quality and taste. They help you carry your water bottles to and from your vehicle, which is a great help and service. They are very supportive to the neighboring community and even feature great artwork for sale on their walls. I'm glad to have found Lone Star H2O! I found them while looking for a place to grab some water after leaving Hope Park. I was so happy to have found them because the location is very close to Hope Park. This place offers full service bottle refill, nugget ice, water coolers, and other water supplies. The process is simple: I back my car up into a parking spot, carry my water bottles into the store or if they aren't too busy and see me they will come out and assist me in bringing my empty bottles into the store, they rinse and fill my bottles with fresh water, I pay and then they load them into my car. Everyone I have encountered was helpful and friendly. They even let my son fill up his water bottle when we come from the park. The interior is clean and always has a fresh smell. The water is good, and doesn't have an aftertaste. They also offer alkaline water if you're in need of it. They have basic reverse osmosis water for pets, plants and diffusers. I usually get the purified drinking water for my kiddos to drink and alkaline for when I workout. Overall, we are happy with the water and service we get from Lone Star H2O. We will continue to use them for all of our drinking water needs! read more

After a search for pickup locations for distilled water in five gallon containers bore no fruit, I found Lone Star H2O To Go, which sells reverse osmosis (RO) processed water with no mineralization, which is functionally close enough to distilled for my purposes. Upon arriving at the very clean and organized shop, the very helpful salesperson helped me select the two five gallon containers and explained the pricing structure. She filled the two containers and capped them off, then put them on a cart and wheeled them out to my vehicle, which was a nice touch! I'll definitely be back here for refills, because now that I have the bottles, it's only $0.50/gallon, a bargain! I had a great experience here, and would highly recommend this business. read more

I was new to the area and looking for a new water store since I moved to McKinney. I search the Yelp and Lonestar H2O popped up. I have to say I walked in there looks like water store however, what makes them different is the type of service they provide. The gentleman at the counter was extremely friendly, polite and even loaded up the bottles for me. I was also looking for some extra bottles to keep at home. They also do sell them at an excellent price. Needless to say, I will be coming back regularly. As for the water itself, it taste great I have no complaints. read more

First time here at this spot and it was great. I was greeted by Sean who was working at the time in the morning and he was very friendly and helpful from the start. What I also like about this spot is that Sean or whoever is working at the time, will help carry your bottles to your car on the cart that they have so that you don't have too. Such a small but noticeable gesture for the customer There are 2 options of water to choose from whether you want the regular or Alkaline water and of course I went with Alkaline. Just recently moved to the area and my husband and I were on the hunt for specifically Reverse Osmosis water. We checked out this place and found exactly what we needed. They have RO water and Alkaline RO water which both taste great! The guy working was super friendly and very informative about water.
