I once thought that this place wouldn't last long. Because, you get water to use right from your faucet. Well, I was wrong. Why would you want to buy water from here? Once I observed the mineral buildup from using Garland tap water in my turtle's environment, I concluded that I didn't want that going in my body and decided to give this place a try. That was several years ago. This summer, I've noticed an odor and less than desirable taste in the tap water, which only adds to my reasons for coming here. Their water is purified and has no odor or bad taste to it. Just pure, clean water, like it should be. Very reasonable price to pay for avoiding potential health problems and the friendly staff helps out, too! read more

With all the comment that have been said I couldn't agree more. I had finally stopped going there they kept the store closed or locked during business hour when it shouldn't be. What's the deal? Here I am right now sitting right in front of the store and it's CLOSED!!! What's the deal. I have stopped coming here 3 or so years ago.l because of that. I will never ever again come back. This week we stopped by at 6:50 on a Tuesday night and found the store closed. They supposedly close at 7:00 so i thought it must have been a slow night and they closed early but I had driven all the way from Rockwall. Since I was totally out of water at home I made a special trip back on Wednesday. Once again, at about 1:00 pm the doors were locked and the lights were dark. I tried the number but it was answered by a fax machine. I thought hopefully they were just closed for lunch and since it was a long drive back to Rockwall I waited till 2:00. I did call later, about 5:00, and discovered they opened at 3:00. Good product, horrid customer relations. read more

Way late on this update! Yes, the new owners honored the water card that I had purchased from the prior owner. The new owners are wonderful. Water tastes great, prices are quite reasonable, and they are very helpful with loading those heavy bottles! read more

This is now way beyond frustrating. These people need to go to jail for taking our money with the water card and now not giving us the product we already paid for. That's stealing!!!! I heard something was going on with the family, but that was months ago. At least post on the door or window what is going on and when you will be open. Not just continue to give the customers a bug FU. All we get is lies - buying a 100 gallon water card and not getting 100 gallons (lies); sign on door showing days and hours they're open (lies); phone number that now goes to fax machine now (lies). Does anyone know if this place is in business anymore? I have gone by there everyday this week and it's been closed!! I LOVE their water.

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!! The person/people who own this place are NEVER there even when they're supposed to be "open". The past FOUR days in a row we've gone to try and fill up our water however the machine on the outside has been sold out. Every day. for 4 days. Absolutely ridiculous. We've even gone when they're supposed to be open (today they aren't supposed to close till 7) we got there at 6:15 hoping they would be on so we COULD FINALLY FILL OUR WATER. However surprise! They were closed early yet again. This is absolutely ridiculous these people don't act as though this is a job. They act like it's a hobby they can chose to come and go. That's fine whatever if you don't want to be in but at least check to make sure you're not sold out of water?!!! YOUR MAIN JOB?!!!! Like at least come by every other day or whatever to check up on things. Absolutely INSANE. If i knew of somewhere else to take our water trust me I would. read more

We've been coming here for for probably about 10 years. The store is clean, the people are helpful, the water quality is good and so are the prices. I haven't drank anything but highly filtered water for probably 15 years and would highly recommend it for all your drinking and cooking needs. read more

Cheap prices but HORRIBLE customer service. I brought in three 5 gallon jugs to fill. I wasn't greeted or helped. Not even helped me get them out to my car. All he did was take my payment and give me the thumbs up when I asked if I could use the cart to take them out to my car. His Non work related phone call was obviously more important than taking care of his customers. read more
