Since people regularly seek suggestions for remodeling companies, I wanted to share our experience and some pictures of the final product. The experience of working with them from the initial communication to every stage throughout the process was superb. We worked directly with James Pulliam, who's the head of their remodeling department. James was extremely helpful and professional, especially in his consistent communication. He was on-site several days each week to check on the progress and speak with us. The craftsmen were also fantastic, with the same three gentleman working throughout the project. They were courteous, personable, communicative, knowledgeable, and highly skilled.

When they saw the panic on my face the first day, after discovering what comes with living in a construction zone, they jumped into problem solving mode immediately. They came up with a plan to keep my house as dust free as possible, even though it made their job harder. It did not slow them down at all though, as they far exceeded the timeline! I am so thankful, as are my two babies! James and Omar were awesome but the real stars were our daily on site workers, Rodrigo and his partner! We were putting our house on the market and I needed the windows to sparkle. Paneless Home Services responded right away and sent someone to give us an onsite estimate, which was really important to me so we had an accurate estimate of what it would cost to clean the windows. I decided to have them come out and even had to change the appointment once, which they accommodated with no issues. What I especially love about Paneless is I received an email and a text when the tech was on his way. I received a picture of the technician so I knew who would be coming. He worked quickly and even accommodated us having family in the house so he did certain windows at one time and then came back around to finish once the person had left. At one point it started raining outside, but the technician finished the work and everything looked wonderful. He also cleaned the screens and pointed out where there is condensation in our windows indicating we needed to get them sealed. I was thoroughly impressed by the service and everyone I was in contact with. I highly recommend and would absolutely use them again!

The WORST lawn care EVER!…read more First, I was required to sign and pay up front for a one year contract specifying the normal lawncare and landscaping that would be provided. They NEVER fulfilled the terms of their contract. I had to call them three times regarding routine care that was supposed to be provided. If I ever asked questions, Mr. Smith became angry that I should question him. He was very chauvinistic and demeaning to me. He asked me if I was this "bitchy with everyone" when I asked why the bushes were not trimmed and the lawn was cut unevenly. He broke my gate, and it looked as though it had been cut with a saw, so it had to be rebuilt. He broke 3 of my landscape lights, some flower pots and lawn ornaments. The lock from my gate disappeared. He told me I was stupid to keep the gate locked despite my having an attractive nuisance in the yard that could cause the death of a child were the gate not locked. He always claimed he had not broken anything and did not offer an apology, let alone replace or repair for the damage. He told me that a woman without a husband could not handle a house alone. He did not clean up the lawn waste and clippings. Though he claimed to have been at the house, I could find no evidence that anything had been done. The lawn was covered with leaves, there were weeds in the planters, the bushes were untrimmed. I called when I got home from work and he yelled at me for not calling during business hours and asked me who I thought I was. I thought I was the person who contracted for his services and paid him upfront! Now, I KNOW I am a former customer who was taken to the cleaners and will never allow him on my property again.

Tech showed up, spent 5 minutes with the item and charged 150 trip fee plus another 80 for a part and a fuel surcharge. Literally 5 minutes.... Work was done but it was a very simple repair. Take your business elsewhere as this seemed a bit outrageous. I would understand if they ended up spending 45 min or so on the labor but to charge 150 for 5 minutes if labor is excessive.

We worked mainly with Laura Arif, one of the few women in roofing industry. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, & communicated everything timely. They contacted State Farm regarding our roof, explained to us the process & findings that warranted roof replacement. Laura informed us of status of the claim throughout the entire process. It was a long process, but was stress-free, thanks to Laura. She went over & explained the detailed of final insurance approval with us, what was covered & what wasn't. They hired public adjuster on our behalf at no extra cost to us. There were no hidden "service fees" or "supplemental" costs. They were sticking to the contract & did what they promised. We paid for back porch painting & repairs of our damaged sidings. When painting the barn, they replaced all the damaged woods without being reminded or told to. Charlie, who worked with Laura, would check on work progress when Laura couldn't. They listened & made sure that we were happy with the work. Laura also had great suggestions on color choices, & we were glad we took her advice! All their workers were also fabulous. We've been burned by contractors, but ATG is really one of a kind!
