So far a nice peaceful good place to return items. Cheaper to print labels than the other stores so that's a plus.

I had UPS pack an oil painting and ship to Dallas. The Dallas recipient notified me stating she received a gun case and not an oil painting. She provided the packing list included with the gun case. I refunded her money. I reached out to the sender of the gun case to let him know. He said he ships a lot at this UPS location and this happens from time-to-time. I called the local UPS number and was instructed I could leave my number for a call back. The call back was from someone I could not understand. He gave me a reference number and said someone else would call me back. Someone else called and told me to call the local store directly! I replied saying that is exactly what I did. They said they would investigate. In the meantime UPS picked up the gun case delivered to my Dallas recipient. The manager of the local UPS told me he would look into what had happened. He said I did not need to come into the store and that he would keep me informed. I heard nothing from him for two days. I went into the UPS store on Saturday and asked them to have him call me. Today, (Monday afternoon), I went to the store to talk to him, Ralph, as I had not received a call back. He said he was going to call me once the painting was returned. I asked him, "retuned from where?". He went to his desk and made a phone call. He returned stating he would call me when "they" called to let him know where the painting ended up. This is THE most inefficient system I have ever experienced. I am out $300 plus the painting. There is a complete lack of urgency in any of this. Totally unacceptable. read more

This is close to our home and very convenient; we've dropped stuff off (mostly Amazon Returns) dozens of times over the 5 years we've lived here. They're usually well staffed and I'm in and out in a minute or two. But, during peak times and especially the Holidays, there can be a long line, even with 3 or 4 employees working the counters. But, overall, it's a good operation, with usually very fast and great service, highly recommended. read more

I have been using this store every sense they open. They are always so helpful and even if there is a line of people you won't wait long. There is a young lady named Autumn that is absolutely an amazing young lady and beyond a normal employee. She always pays attention to whats going on and who is next and asked if you need help. I am 71 years old and trust me I always need help. This morning I was in there trying to ship back to Amazon boxes and forgot to scan my code from hope computer. I didn't have my glasses and had stepped out of line trying to recover the code from my phone. Autumn some how noticed the trouble I was having. She actually came from behind the counter walked over and ask if she could help. Feeling foolish to admit what I had done and they were so busy at the time I told her the predicament I was in. She simply ask if see could see my phone and within a matter of 2 minutes she not only found my codes buy scanned them placed them on the boxes and said your done. Thank you for coming in. WOW, Autumn we need more people like you in our world that really do take time to not only see others but try to help others. Thank you for being such sweet and caring young lady. Terry D. I love this store. It is so conveniently located and close by where I live. The store is very spacious and the people are very helpful. It is great to have when you need to return an item from amazon. No problem at all, no cost, you don't even have to have the package it came in. Just go to amazon app, the item, hit return and they give you a bar code then UPS scans. So easy. Done. Awesome. I highly recommend this store. Also I just have to say how very helpful Ryan and Susie. She helped me get my package I was returning out of my car because it was quit heavy. Thanks so much. read more

I use this place ALL the time. They are always fast & helpful. They sell some hilarious greeting cards too. The local PO is SO SLOW and sometimes they lack knowledge. This UPS location knows every detail about insuring packages & tracking. Sure you might pay a few more bucks, but I rather pay more & be in & out. The local PO is known for it's long lines. No way. Im giving one star only because I can't give zero. I expect a store that I mail a package from to be honest. My package was stolen and after weeks of working with USPS and trying to get help from this store to find my package, I am left with one conclusion: someone at this store stole my package. I've had lost packages so I waited to give the review to see if it turned up or if i would get a call. The only people trying to help me was USPS. I got different answers when I called this store than when my friend (the receiver of the package) called, got different levels of attitude depending on when I called, my question was ignored when I asked about security cameras to check for the time I was there and after I left. I do not believe you should have to use a guaranteed service to receive honest service. Had I known that, I would've just kept driving to the post office. I will never trust them with my mail again. And sad thing is, because I can't prove it, it's gone. And that's exactly how I was treated by this store during inquiry. read more

I don't really like leaving negative reviews, but this one is deserved. This particular location is a nightmare. The same lady has managed to screw me over twice now. The first time, I mailed a package and an envelope to two separate addresses. The envelope was a signed car title. Kind of important, right? Well sometime after I left, the title was taken out of the envelope and put into the OTHER package. Luckily, the company that the other package was going to called me and ended up mailing me back my title. Now for the REAL problem.. a couple of weeks ago, my husband had to mail a truck part that was kind of heavy. He paid this lady to package it to ensure that it would make the trip in one piece. He told her it was worth $2500 and asked about insurance. She told him that insurance would be $350! We could have driven it to it's destination for that amount! So we declined the insurance since she was packing it for us anyway. Well when the box arrived at it's destination, ONE piece (the most expensive piece) was not in the box. We went up there and talked to her, showed her pictures, and everything. I have never had to deal with someone as unhelpful as her. She just stared at us and blinked. We weren't being rude at all. She just said "well you didn't pay for the insurance, so...". Turns out, she lied to us about the insurance cost. It should have only been around $50 which we would have GLADLY paid up front. We've talked to her numerous times, called the 800 number, and finally talked to the store owner. They all just pretty much tell us that we are out of luck. I realize that we chose not to insure the package, but shouldn't they be at fault for not giving us the correct pricing information??! They will not allow us to go to the hub to see the lost and found, even though it has to be somewhere. Something like that doesn't just disappear. So please, please, just go to a different UPS. This one may be super convenient for us, but I will NEVER give them the opportunity to do this crap to us again. (While in line to discuss this, there was another gentleman there going through the exact same thing). read more
