Definitely not the cheapest but very knowledgeable. The only issue is that they are always too busy to talk to you about your ski. I have spent a few thousand over a 10 year period with services and repairs and seem like every time I called to ask a question or to find out information they were way too busy to talk to me, especially the owner. I get it. People are busy, but take the time with people that are supported your business. A simple five minute phone call means a lot to someone so if you have an issue, good luck. read more

The experience I had was I felt rip off. The quality of work is a little shady. Ok. This is what happened. When I just bought my set of jetski and my friend recommended me to this place. I trust my friend judgement. So I went and have both ski check out with a full run down. And they said everything was great nothing wrong. So 2 weeks later I took the ski out and my 2stroke kept giving me the low oil warning sign. So I called them back and they bring it back in. And just to let you know I live about an hour from there and pay over $1100 for the complete checkup. First thing I got there they asked me to sign a diagnostic fee of $195 I asked them what is this for. They said it is a diagnostic fee but I thought that ran a complete checkup and they said they are god and that they can't predict the future that my ski would have that issue. I got piss off and told them so all those check up are not diagnostic checkup then what is the checkup. Bear in mind, I paid for a full checkup on both skis. So I took the ski home and took a look where the oil reservoir is at. I pull out the filter. It was all gunk up so they never even check that. Now I wonder if anything they said they did is even done. It makes my feeling to this place super angry and sad. I will NOT go back there nor will I recommend anyone to go there. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you want service that is guaranteed. I WASTED my time and money at this place. read more

Taunia and Derek run an amazing shop, and there's no job they can't handle. Customer service at its best ! I can't thank Derrick and Taunia enough for taking care of our ski. We brought it to them in pretty bad shape, the previous owner didn't take much care of it and it wasn't too far from heading to the scrap heap. The bf has been setting up a laundry list of build items for our 2005 Seadoo RXT (he's fairly particular when it comes to toys) and when we brought it to Derrick he was able to deliver on all aspects. Derrick is extremely familiar with watercrafts (including anything with a motor). The build took some time but it was well worth it, it was pretty much a full rebuild and during the process Derrick was there and able to answer all of our questions at any time of the day, it was almost like he didn't have 30+ other watercrafts waiting in the lot. I can't emphasize enough the service that Ski Clinic offers, they're amazingly detailed, friendly and willing to give their honest input and work with you on your build. Their work is bar none and the craftsmanship is hard to find elsewhere. I'm glad they stay so busy and more than happy to make the long commute to bring our ski to them. These guys love PWCs. I have done business with The Ski Clinic on several occasions. They have done routine maintenance on my 07' SeaDoo RXP. I even recommended my buddy here 97' SeaDoo GTI. When they serviced my RXP they made absolutely sure not to overfill the oil in the engine (Concord Dealer Ship overfilled w/1qt.) Overfilling on an RXP will cause major major damage to the engine and the supercharger. They cleaned up the interior of my Doo making sure there is no oil or debris inside. The cost was slightly cheaper than the dealerships too. My buddy's GTI - he needed a major tune up and a prop and jet replacement (bought used). They worked with him to keep the cost down by sourcing out a used but in great shape jet. They replaced the prop with an after market model. Prior to all this work, we GPSd the boat and we were quite shocked to pick up almost 5-8 mph more. Overall I really like this facility. The wife handles most of the paper work while the owner and a employee work on all the skis. read more

They cleaned them up, recovered the seats (as they couldn't clean them), tuned them up, fixed the trailer... We have been using ski clinic for years and would HIGHLY recommend them!! read more

Terrible service. Terrible pricing. Took our money and didn't fix the jetskis At all...Texted my wife saying rude comments to her before we picked the skis up. We had 2 jetskis that we took in TWICE because they both would not work and we weren't sure what was wrong with them. Said he "fixed" both..dropped it in his tank and worked just fine" the first time we picked them up we took them both to the lake they both did not work and we paid 5k to get them fixed. Called him and He said he would take a look again at them. Took them back and he said "there wasn't enough oil in one of the jetskis" if you owned a boat shop wouldn't you check everything on the skies to make sure they were good to go before handing them back to the owners, especially after they just spent $5,000 to get their jetskis fixed, he also wanted to charge us an additional $700 to fix the oil pump because one of the skis were damaged from not having oil?? Another save from Derek a few weeks ago. Had to do an emergency steering cable replacement at an out of area shop while on vacation ...which was installed incorrectly and failed the first time out. Brought it to my go to shop here to fix it correctly. Done in two days at a very reasonable price! Best place to go to for any repairs. read more

I have a 2007 sea doo speedster boat I've done many upgrades and I also mess my boat up a lot because I can be careless at times lol. Derek is really great and knows his stuff very well my boat is always in and out of there they are the only people I would let work on my boat they also treat me like a great friend I love the relationship I have with them. The Ski Clinic was a great experience! A friend went by the shop and spoke to Derek and Taunia, the owners of the shop. They were friendly, welcoming and very experienced with SeaDoos. After my friend spoke with them, he immediately called me and shared I should bring them my family's 1996 Bombmader SeaDoo to them to have it diagnosed for a fee of only $120. That is a GREAT price! Since the SeaDoo was not working properly for a while due to it bogging under load, I drove from Livermore to Anitoch and dropped it off. Within a couple of days, Derek called me back explained the findings in detail. He shared he had to evaluate the SeaDoo a few times to find the issue. It turned out to be an electric issue and all is fixed while staying within the estimate. The Ski Clinic is now my local SeaDoo shop (from Livermore) for maintenance and any future issues with our SeaDoo!! read more

The review I'm writing is after using there service 5-6 times already and every time w/o exception there service was beyond my believe. Small business owner my self using jet skis for work every day 7 mo of the year, dal with other repair shops like "down town motorsports" San Jose (the worst service and unthrusty business), JP Motorsports Santa Clara - rip off, professional to talk to but they will change your engine for the smallest problem you may have, etc... Although Ski Clinic is not the closest to my location, considering the fast turn around, the professionalism and the great sincere work they do, I personally consider this the best jet ski repair shop on a 100mi radius around Bay Area. I have had my SeaDoo's serviced here for years. I had the ECU go out on a 2003 SeaDoo GTX Supercharged and I found a new one online. They installed it even though it wasn't their part. Of course they wouldn't warranty the part, but they did a great job and the ski runs great. They have serviced my 2004 RXP as well and it is in tip top shape. Make sure to get your ski's in early (Like March or April) because they get busy in the spring! Also bring your cover, they are stored outside and the Antioch summer sun can bleach or damage your seats! read more

There service was excellent. I dropped off a ski on tuesday and asked if they could have it ready for weekend. They said they would try, to my amazement they completed the job within 2 day's. They replaced old fuel line's and rebuilt the carb's and made sure the ski was running great. I will definitely be back for any servicing. read more

You could not find a nicer, more friendly, or more helpful place if you need parts for your jetski! This place saved our weekend, as our trailer had a broken bulb and the gas cap cracked as we were filling it up.
