I have been using these guys for years and they are pretty good. BUT today's service, they are getting a little too aggressive and on the verge of misleading. The salesperson today informed me there was "Sludge" in the engine. I ask how he knew and he pointed to the dipstick and said see the color change from light brown at the top to darker brown at the lower portion of the stick was "SLUDGE". As an ASE Master Certified Auto technician I don't think the normal coloration on the stick is "SLUDGE". It's not uncommon for any oil change place to recommend additional services. But they need to be more factual. read more

Not coming back here. Tried to get a state inspection and the dude wouldn't let me have 5 minutes to pull it up on my phone. Just said "no. Have a good day". Wouldn't let me explain I can get it on my phone and just turned around to not face me. The fact I've had a state inspectors license and worked as an automotive technician, I wouldn't recommend this rude service. Have patience. No one here is friendly. read more

I dislike what this shop has become after they changed the employees, from there, it went downhill. I used to faithfully visit that shop when it was time for my routine maintenance, which stopped months ago. It got to a point where I was worried something new would pop up, once they finished working on my car. In the last few services I had, something wasn't completed correctly and I had to make a repeat visit to be corrected. I now go to the shop down the street, I'm thrilled with their services. They even mentioned several people switched to them because Quick's went downhill. What a shame! read more

Ced was really great help! I came only for an inspection, but he did recommend a couple other things. I appreciated that he actually showed me what needed to be fixed and explained to me why. This place is a rip-off! I should've checked the rating before going in. I went in for a state inspection--I don't usually live around here, but I just drove by and saw the sign. They failed me for having dark windows. Mind you, I've had this car for 12 years, and this is the first time I've failed. Of course I respected his inspection but the first time in 12 years can't help but to scratch my head. Used to go there all the time and I went in this morning at 8:48am for my oil change and my boyfriend asked me to see if they can take my heat shield off bc it was coming off and they did. But when I looked under the car I found a dirty nasty oily rag they use here my hanger to hold everything up went. I have a great appreciation for this place! Normally I depend on the dealership, but since I was WAY behind and they were closed, I needed a place near home. I'd had a VERY bad experience with the place further down Harwood closer to 360, so I headed this way. I'd passed by at about 9AM and it was packed! I decided to return about 3:30, and they got me in. Anthony was my technician, and was a great guy. I appreciated hos kindness, his conversation and how thorough he was. My car is newer, and I keep it serviced to the mile. Amid the inspection they never tried to scare or upsell me. 15 mins and $25 later, I was on the road. I came in @4:30 for a state inspection. I called beforehand to see when they closed. I was advised that they would do inspection as long as I got there before 5. I parked my car and as I get out the car a man took my keys and asked me what I needed. I explained that I needed an inspection. He told me to wait in office upfront. @4:50 a man comes in and tells me they're closed. I stated that my car was already in the back, someone has my keys, and I called beforehand. He just kept repeating okay, but I'm telling you we're closed. Took another 10 minutes to get my keys and my car back that did not get serviced. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and I would not recommend coming here. read more

Drove away heard a slight noise next morning got up to drive to work and skid plate front portion was on the ground had to get a tow back to America Oil change. Manager was very rude and condescending when I asked what was going on... Then they said they fixed the plate and when I got on freeway the skid plate broke off... was told to go buy another one which is $244... This is bad customer service... read more

I had let the mechanic know that my dashboard was blinking all the lights in them. He was very knowledgeable, took care of me and charged my battery free of charge! and also the manager was able to take off the filter that another place put on too tight. I recommend these guys! Couldn't disagree more with the negative reviews. I came in with a set of things I had been told were needed (by another shop), expecting to shell out $500+. They ran a few tests and told me the replacement was unnecessary, reset my computer and had me inspected inside 40 minutes, including an oil change, flush, and inspection. Not only were they professional, but shockingly honest. There was no pressure to buy any extra services (though I probably need them), and the prices were incredibly fair. No communication between the workers, my truck sat there for 10 mins while the old man was on break, (must of been a hella of a sandwich) the old man that greets you seems sketchy like he would go through your glove box and take a piece of gum and then toss the wrapper on the floor. I have used this oil change place for the last 5 years, never took it anywhere else, and always thought that they were very good and trustworthy. My last oil change that was done took way longer than usual and the manager or supervisor came in and told me that the reason it was taking so long was that the oil plug was not fitting correctly and that this kind of thing happens when a car gets older and that they were going to re-thread the plug and put a new one that was slightly bigger in and it will be fixed. My car started leaking oil in my garage, which I have never had happen before. When I took it back for another oil change they proceeded to tell me that they were afraid that if they took the plug out it might not go back in and they would have to replace the oil pan and were getting me an estimate. $325.00 to be exact. I questioned them about the plug and that the last time they told me that they had fixed it. The technician told me that he didn't know what happened the last time but it was just a temporary fix that they did and when cars get older this happens to the oil plug, totally not true. I told him not to touch the car and called my mechanic straight away. I have spoken with numerous mechanics and they told me that the only way this could happen is if it was cross threaded or over torqued when going back in and these plugs do not wear out like they were trying to tell me. I am sure that they are covering their tracks for their screw up. When my mechanic went to fix it he took down the oil plug and the threads were bent over which indicated that the plug was indeed cross threaded. He was able to clean the threads off and put a new plug in without changing the oil pan but informed me that probably the next oil change I might have to change the pan. This place knew that they had caused this issue in the first place and because I was a woman wouldn't know the difference. I am very mechanically inclined and glad I didn't let them rip me off. I am not sure how many other people don't know the difference and pay for this establishments mistakes. Please think twice before you trust these people, they are all good till they screw something up and want you to pay for it. read more

They were never too pushy trying to sell you extra stuff but in my last visit they told me I needed a bunch of things to be secure and safe for the inspection and $100 later they told me I needed to get something else and recommended a place to go to...?? In and out of there in exactly 10 minutes. Granted, I appeared to be the only customer there at the time, but still. I was helped by a black gentleman, didn't catch his name, but he was very thorough and seemed to have a passion for cars. Always good to have those kinds of people help you out. Before I left, he also told me i had nitrogen filled tires, which I was not aware of as I have only had my car for 2 months and haven't rotated or checked my tire pressure yet. He let me know where the nearest place to get them filled, and complimented me on the new car. read more

This place is an absolute scam. My girlfriend brought her car in for an oil change and brakes. Not only did they not change her oil they also twisted the brake line around the caliper. In turn causing the brakes to shake violently and nearly causing her to have an accident on the freeway. Don't spend one dime at this garbage dump. These guys need to be put out of business. The staff is unprofessional and not well trained. I stopped by for a state inspection, and was wrongly failed for something that's not even part of the inspection. (aftermarket intake) I showed them the DPS website and specifically where it states aftermarket intakes are legal and they still didn't want to pass me. The manager is really just the cashier and doesn't know how to handle situations properly. I ended up getting my sticker, but only after I convinced them to call DPS for themselves. I wish I would have read these comments before I went there, the first time I went in for an oil change the guy said that I needed a new thermostat, gave me a price of 350 for the parts and labor, well i had someone come check it out the next day, it wasn't even a thermostat that i needed, it was a part that cost $25. I should have learned my lesson then, but no I went back this morning,now another guy tells me that I have a rear main seal leak, ugh...and oh yea i need my brake line flushed. read more

I am always thoroughly happy with my experience here. They are fast, friendly and extremely affordable. They have suggested a few additional services to me, but I never felt pressured to purchase additional services if I didn't feel they were necessary.
