The incorrect part was put on, the vehicle was not aligned, and a tire sensor was not working. After recently calling him to fix the rest of the vehicle (due to insurance I couldn't go to another shop), he said he'd be ready for me. Then, the day before, I called again, and he said he'd was ready. The next day I called and he said he didn't have the parts to fix my vehicle although he had more than a week to order them. Anyone who is in the same boat, threaten him by saying you will tell your insurance he didn't complete the job.

I had 4 new tires installed here 7/25/26. They broke the TPMS sensor on the fro drivers tire and…read moresaid it was already broken by the installer from 2 years ago. However, my TPMS regustered the tires pressure in all 4 tires. Their explanation was that it was it broke of and was rolling inside the tire. They stated they it didn't have to be connected to the valve stem to register the pressure in the tire. They broke it and then offered to replace it for $95. They broke it removing the old tire. I just wish they would have taken accountability and fixed as a reputable business should. After researching this and watching several tire removals, the installer has to be careful to avoid this. I'm never going here again. Please beware. When I asked them about it, they said that they could put it in the tire to allow it to roll around and register the pressure. Took it home, put the spare on, drove the tire to Mo @ Kings Customs. I asked if it can be safely repaired. They said by either methos, patch or plug. Plug is more labor, but I asked for a patch. Less than 20 minutes I was back on the road, tire repaired, good for another 50k miles. I told my son long ago to always trust Kings Customs, never bother with Discount Tire.
