I feel everything now when I'm driving but I suppose that's to be expected when you lift. Overall not too bouncy. Turn around time was fantastic. David was super cool and very knowledgeable. Super confident in his work and what was going to be performed. The reason I gave 4 stars is as follows: *The first time I called, I didn't get David. Got a younger guy that seemed to be a little eager to get a sale. What he quoted and recommended vs what David did was wayyyy different. There's a specific lift kit that this truck needed and David was able to call that out as soon as I gave him the make/model. The younger guy was probably doing his best but not as experienced with this truck. *I drove up there one day and the parts hadn't come in yet. A little communication would've been nice so I didn't waste 46 mins driving there. I would've understood the delay because of Covid but I got nothing. Drove 46 mins there for a 3 min conversation about the parts not being there yet when a simple call/text would've sufficed. *After the work was complete, I got on the road and noticed the low tire light was on. It's a small thing but ALL of the tires were low. The attention to detail matters when you're working on people's vehicles.

He thoroughly explained the process on how to restore my paint back and gave me a quote lower than a connection I have at a dealership which surprised me and I said yes to the job. Unlike other body shops, Don worked with me to get all original Honda OEM parts. They also did a great job with the color match on the paint.
