It comes with a package of a express alignment, total alignment and when he came back and told me be 180 on top of that we need to adjust some things to make it to be the right percentage on each side and I ask him would be he 250 for each side and when I a tire stone they told me do not go there again they scammed you and they told me that they will only charge me 100 for those specs and they redid my alignment for free. And also what they also did wrong is when they fill out the paperwork for the alignment why does it say on the paper odometer 134,830 if my car has 139+ miles. Called them on AUG 23RD and was told they blasted them and should be a few more weeks. Ok, no big deal I understand delays happen. Called again multiple times in mid/late Sept and got the same response. I'm starting to get a little frustrated at this point. Called again beginning of October and the same thing "the tech is measuring them and we should know in the next few days what pistons you need, I will call you once I know more". By now boating season is wrapping up. Finally said screw it and drove to the shop and picked them up OCT 24TH. During the span of 3 months, I never received 1 call about the status of the work, delays, or any info. Clearly my business is not important to them so I decided to take it elsewhere. I've been more than patient and understanding about the delays, but at a certain point I'm tired of being lied to. If you're a racer or have a trip or some sort of hard deadline you need a project finished by, I'd recommend going elsewhere. Also, in regards to the media blasting that they did do, I was told the coolant passages would be cleaned out and cylinder looking like new. Still lots of paint and corrosion everywhere on the cylinders and coolant passages. Lack of attention to detail and care for the customer. Will never do business with them and do not recommend.

After my stuff sitting in their building for 50+ days the parts I picked up were not coated, and were in worse condition than when I dropped them off. They were dirty & gritty along with the custom billet strut bar that I picked up had some sort of orange oxidation on it that was not present when I dropped all of my parts off. An identical bar made at the same time has been in my home garage for the same time period with no oxidation. Sway bar was partially stripped and rusty, There was no rust on it and while the finish on it was scratched up it was still serviceable when I dropped it off. The owner didn't even come out to speak with me when I was there to pick it up. He left some new employee to handle it. Definitely not worth the drive to Lancaster for this. I drove by dozens of powder coating places to R&P because I thought they were the best. I won't make that mistake again.

It was $50, so I decided to have them work on my car. My car really needed a car wash and interior cleaning because it was a mess. I wish I would've had pictures and a video of how it looked before. The entrance is a slight left from the gas station. As you enter the gas station there will be a sign which I took a picture of so you can see what I'm talking about, and you drive on in, and they will take care of your car and leave it looking stunning. They had a chair and a stool to wait while your car is being washed, but I believe they may give you the option to pick up your car if you don't want to wait outside. The service I requested was the basic hand wash and vacuum. 10/5 Fredy and his staff were polite, friendly, efficient and did an amazing job. I was impressed by how good the car looked. It looked like a brand-new car and smelled so good. It had that new car smell but with some sweetness to it and boy was I loving it. Their prices are definitely more affordable than a lot of others I've inquired quotes for, and they were all over 160, so this spot is definitely the most affordable by far and they do a phenomenal job. I was so ecstatic to see my car and still am while I'm writing this up. My husband complimented their work and said he thought it wasn't my car due to how shiny and good it looked. He also said it looked like a brand-new car and was impressed by their work. I highly recommend you give Fredy's hand wash and vacuum a try.
