This place is as corporate as corporate can be, but thats ok as long as the customer service and human connection is there. Im sure ammo bros or even big 5 would take a more rational approach. I found the kayak I wanted on WestMarine.com, and purchased two of them for delivery to the store. My boats arrived early, and the associate called to let me know they were in. When I arrived at the store, the clerk directed me to the back counter to gather the order paperwork, and the fellow back there walked me to the front where I paid.
