Where do I start? Let me first say, I haven't been to the dentist in 6-7 years and like most people dislike the idea of being there. From the receptionist to the dr... first class service. I was definitely in good hands. But here's where it gets AMAZING! I had a temporary crown out in the week before Memorial Day Weekend, during my morning routine on Friday morning I dislodged the crown and it fell out. It's Friday, and dr Choi is closed Friday... I reached out anyways and left a voicemail thinking they won't get back to me till Tuesday being a holiday and all. But to my surprise Dr Choi, herself reached out to me and said to meet her in the office at 530. Wait, what!? You're gonna come in on your day off and a holiday weekend to fix my problem?!? I emailed their front desk to ask if they would accept my insurance and the front desk staff responded within a day. I also love that all the forms before going into your appointment are online so its painless and easy.
