I was a bit skeptical, after a previous bad experience parasailing in the Bahamas with a different company, but Captain Justin, Tim and David made this a first-rate experience all around. Their attitude was professional yet super fun. Our party consisted of me and my cousin and our 5 daughters. My cousin and her 14-year-old daughter came along as observers, but when they saw what a great time we were having they were able to upgrade right there on the boat to also go up in a parasail and were so happy they did. The view of the Queen Mary and other boats in the harbor along with the Long Beach skyline was breathtaking at 800 feet. "Don and Julio" (inside HR joke) were personable, witty, and fun to be around. Safety measures were discussed when first getting on the boat. Face masks were worn. You're strapped in a harness and flown up for roughly 10 mins whilst the other 2-3 groups wait for there turn. Definitely a fun experience even if one is scared of heights. Such a fantastic experience!! We did the birthday special and decided to upgrade to the photo packages. The pictures were great but not amazing. I'm glad we asked people on the boat to take pictures and videos and would highly recommend everyone to do that. Also, the photos are given to you in a micro sd card, and you may have to purchase a port to transfer the pics if you don't have one. As for how they are implementing current safety guidelines, I would highly recommend to take the first flight if you are really concerned. Luckily we took the first flight at 8am and only 4 other people were on the boat. However there was no sanitation of the hooks or any ropes that were touched. (lucky I brought hand sanitizer ) We all wore mask but it was not recommended. I don't know if the boys sanitized the boat after we left but there were about 10 people heading on the next trip, which would have made it impossible to practice social distancing. Overall the experience was amazing and would do this again. I would not recommend it during the pandemic if you are worried of being exposed to the virus. read more

Drove 50 miles to Long Beach and per their instructions we arrived here 30 minutes before our scheduled reservation. The guy at the counter simply told us we have decided to shut down for today. I arrived half an hour early as told by the email. Upon arriving at the Kiosk which they operate from, they were not present. We were eventually checked in from our Groupon deal and were told that they were running 20 minutes behind from our 1:00PM reservation. That's fine. It happens. The clock hits 1:20 and it's time for us to board. We were then told that our boat will have us leave at 2:00 PM instead. Very unorganized group for parasailing. We had to wait 1 hour past scheduling time. I recommend if you want to go parasailing to take a trip to Marina Del Rey. Her excuse for being late is that "we've been behind all day and it's just been snowballing". When it got to 2:00PM, she asked us to wait for the next boat at 2:30 because another group was waiting. On 8/4 i took my boyfriend to long beach to go parasailing for his birthday. they called us and told us to come an hour early so we did. upon arrival the guy at the desk told us due to strong winds there would be no more flights for the day. he asked if i wanted to reschedule or get a refund i chose refund. the guy told us 1-2 days for the refund. after about 5 days groupon got in touch with me and informed me i will not be getting a refund and only groupon credits. this is just ridiculous and very unprofessional. read more

I'm extremely upset about this company right now. We bought a package deal on Groupon that included the tandem flight WITH photos of our flight. I would not have purchased this package and dealt with the hour long drive to Long Beach had I known we would not actually be getting any photos of our experience. My boyfriend and I went last Saturday for a noon flight and generally had a decent ride. However, the purchase wasn't just about the ride, it was about capturing this shared experience together. That said, we were told we would receive our photos later that day. We received nothing. I finally emailed them to find out where they were. No response. Called the company number. No response. Emailed again. No response. Today I decided to call the number repeatedly until someone picked up. Apparently they somehow damaged their camera files and had nothing to give us. No notification or email to inform us like any proper business would. Just waited for us to hunt them down. I asked for a refund, explaining that I would not have bought the package at all without the photos. To add insult to injury, they offered to Venmo me $10 whole freaking dollars. The package I paid for is over $100. Their other suggestion was to buy the Groupon again, drive down, ride and take the photos again. Are you effing kidding me? I'd be paying double to get what I should have received in the first place. If I wanted to pay full price, I would have just gone to Marina Del Rey parasailing. They're so much closer, know how to work a camera, and don't cheat their customers. Honestly, something tells me the photos are suddenly gonna be "damaged" for people who bought their package through Groupon. Buyers beware. read more

I purchased a Groupon and found the whole experience to be very positive. The kiosk is located in Sea Port Village. If you try to google the location, it may be a bit confusing to find. You'll have to sign waivers prior to to heading on out, so get there early. Once everyone is there, you are led to the boat where you are taken out for your parasailing experience. The Groupon included pictures taken by one of the crew, which are later sent to your email. Overall, it was a great experience. read more

This was the worst experience in my life me and my brothers and husband had a near death experience The winch broke The tool that wheels them back inside from being up in the air and the workers did not know what to do they where up in the for about 30 min and then they dropped them to the water where they almost drowned sitting in the water for about 15 min with all the equipment on and the Parachute still had wind in it so the Driver of the boat decided that he wants to pull them back up after being in the cold water and drive them at high speeds while in wind after being in the cold water so that he could turn around and try to do A rescue mission was after he had to put them back in the water and everybody aboard had to pull them with the strings on top of this whole issue he never called the police for help and when we finally got them close the boat and abort the parachute went over the whole boat it was the scariest experience ever so then we finally get them on board they had no towels or any type of rescue kit for them my brother was purple and freezing to death the worker had to offer his sweater and all they did was offer a refund do not go parasailing with this company read more
