They scheduled my first appointment incorrectly, then called me on the day of, confused about where I was. We rescheduled--but when I arrived for the second appointment, I was told I didn't have one. In fact, they had no record of me in their system at all. Their next available slot? Three months out. I'm sure Dr. Fletcher himself is a great dentist, but I'll never know. His front office is so disorganized that I lost time from work and gained nothing from the process. If you value your time and want a reliable appointment, I'd steer clear--at least until they get their scheduling under control.

This place is like no other as it reminds me a mini mall but for dentist specialties. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was around 7:30am and I was down out in 50 minutes which is not too bad. I wish I knew about the mini-arcade that they have in there, but then again I would be occupied and not want to have my appointment nor head to work. The only downside is they do make you fill out a lot of paperwork and it is on your phone which sometimes it makes it hard to fill out. I wish they have an option to send it through email and fill it on the computer as doing it over the phone can be tricky. Xrays was not too bad, they have this machine that does a 360 xray which was fun, they do the other x-rays which where they stick the film in your mouth and take a snapshot. It is not too bad, but that takes around 20 minutes. Then, they did my teeth cleaning which took around 15 minutes. I spent the other 10 minutes waiting to get my teeth clean and then 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and check out the teeth. Overall, I do not mind coming here for my future visit. Staff was nice and friendly and patient.

The prices were competitive and their state-of-the-art software breaks cost down, easy enough for the layperson to understand. The equipment is current and looked almost brand new. Don't know if that had anything to do with it but my head was hurting so bad afterwards and felt dizzy. My blood pressure also came up as low which always comes out normal? The low quality of the fillings is of concern. I have had two fillings falls out, one needed a root canal and one needed an extraction with bone graft and membrane (NOT done by Dr. Foss, went elsewhere by then). Dr. Foss use to be a lot of our friends go-to dentist office but the prices have skyrocketed and the outdated equipment have us seeking a more updated, professional and clean atmosphere. I noticed after every cleaning or filling, I would have a sore on my lip, inside my cheek and at the corner of my mouth the next day from probably the non sterile environment. Just be warned and ask for prices BEFORE any procedures or 'visits'. Also, I had to have a root canal and she referred me to an endodontist; yet I thought she was one?! They've gotten greedy with out of pocket pay and insurance accepted. Also, if you like old school dentistry, this is the place for you. The follow up care after a procedure isn't very good, either. I'd rather go to a dentist office where I feel like family instead of dollar signs.

What I didn't know is just how incredibly pleasant a trip to the dentist could be. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with genuine smiles and conversation. I waited only a few minutes before I was taken to the back, seated and tended to immediately. To me, one of the biggest complaints about doctors is the wait time. This was such a welcome surprise! The nurse who dealt with me was incredibly knowledgeable, answered my seemingly endless questions with patience and thoroughness, and I was in and out in no time! And what was so impressive was the follow up. I received phone calls the next day and a few days later checking on my condition to see if I was feeling better. I am so happy to have found a place filled with people who seem happy to be at work, who treat you like part of the family, and offer such a nice experience. Even though this office is 20 minutes from my home, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend Dr. Foss to anyone looking for a dentist.
