I left messages for Bryon and the main mailbox around noon. They got back to me, and told me that by 2:00 someone could be at the property. I was very impressed. Within a fairly short span of time, it was fixed for under $200. Tell me where you can get THAT quick a response and repair that fast for a couple of hundred!! These folks are great. I'm a landlord, and have dealt with quite a few "HVAC" contractors and companies, most of whom were ripoff artists. I cannot tell you how many times I had to have things redone, after going the cheapest route. They are the real deal. They have done very quick emergency repairs for both myself and my tenants- as well as installing complete system(s) in my home. Nobody is perfect, and I dislike the tone of the ONE negative review (I think there was a communication issue there- I've never had a problem), so I would ignore that bad review. The person sounds simply like a jerk. [UPDATE: I checked that jerk's "review history", and it was almost all Negative-Nancy-Land. So, ignore the bitter schmuck, please] If there were any issues, Giordano's addressed them quickly, and the pricing has always, in my opinion, been fair.
