    Breakfast Box
    Thomas M.

Place is well maintained with lots of seating options and a big, broad menu. The staff were incredibly friendly. Most importantly, however, the breakfast box - a whole feast for $13 - is a fantastic deal and will keep me coming back.

The "Novalicious", LIBC everything bagel with cream cheese, lox, red onion, tomato and cucumber...comes with a side!

We were in the area so my son could visit his old college and see some faculty for future endeavors. We arrived to the area early so I suggested we grab some brekkie before his appointments. We looked for a breakfast place and found LIBC. It was nearby by so we drove there, parked in their small lot on the side of a mall and walked in. They have a decent space and you can tell that they're very popular. There were many people dining inside as well as lots of people that came in to order take away. The menus looked really good. The first item I noticed was the Novalicious that is served on an everything bagel, with nova lox/belly, tomato, onion, cucumber and scallion cream cheese. It also comes with your choice of side. My son ordered this and had cole slaw on the side. The sandwich looked and tasted great but the cucumber slices were sliced pretty big. I opted to customize my order and got a whole wheat flagek with scallion cream cheese, lox, Dill, capers and red onion. It was perfect. I prefer falgels because sometimes a bagel is just too much, especially when you're adding stuff to it. My order also came with a side so I got their cucumber dill salad. It was not what I expected but tasted good. Everything they serve is made in house, even the bagels. The guy that served us told me they kettle cook their bagels which makes them stand out from the rest. The bagels are soft and fluffy and light. All of their cream cheese options looked amazing. They even have a bacon garlic variety. Their salads looks really good also. I was eyeing their chicken salad but couldn't buy since it would have been sitting in the car for a few hours. We wanted to come back before the drive home but time was not on our side. Hopefully I find myself in the area again and if so, I will definitely return for some stuff to take home. The service was very friendly and the food was really good. I'm jelly that the locals get this all the time.

    Muffin...hard as a rock...sold way past it's freshness date.

I haven't really found a worst bagel store than this one. Long Island has some of the best bagel places around and stores abound...sometimes 3 to 4 in the same town. We ordered egg sandwiches which were just OK nothing to write home about. Being from Long Island we're used to flippant service at most Bagel stores...so to us the server's non caring attitude was OK...but the food! The egg sandwich does not come with coffee...lol it's expensive...we had a bunch of muffins which look great from behind the glass but were all stale and disgusting. We spent over $ 40 in all which was outrageously expensive and if the food would have been good, it may have been worth it...but it's not...this place is fake and what I mean by that is that it's bright and seemingly clean but it's all for show...its a facade!

Nothing like catching up with friends over some large bagels with delicious jalapeño vegetable cream cheese. Some have touted this restaurant as the best part of Long Island, so it's only right to see if it lives up to the hype. Food: I love a good bagel, especially with a flavorful shmear. Therefore, I ordered the rainbow bagel with vegetable jalapeño cream cheese. The bagels are sizeable and they offer almost every variety of bagel that I could list. Likewise, they had a wide variety of smears, cream cheese, and lox. I'm pretty sure there's something here for everyone, whether it be a egg and cheese on a bagel or sandwiches. However I did notice that the price was on the higher side for a bagel with cream cheese, but it definitely is worth it. Service: The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are efficient and knowledgeable as they were able to serve a large number of people on a Sunday morning very quickly. The store is kept very clean, and I could tell it's because of the meticulousness of the staff. Ambience: the outside of the restaurant is very clean. The inside is also very clean and remind me of a deli type vibe. When I walked in, I noticed a large line of people waiting to get their food. The line went by really fast as the staff was able to quickly and efficiently manage orders. There was plenty of seating for our group, although some of the tables were not cleaned very well. Some of the seats also look like they were ripping, which might indicate their age. Other: Plenty of parking Plenty of options for vegetarian consumers

Service is always spotty. Not sure what they call having cream cheese in a bagel but this is a complete joke. See the picture

This spot is okay. The bagels and cream-cheese are good but I think there are many similar bagel shops at a lower price point. The cream cheese was nice and airy; not too heavy and too my liking. I would say the service isn't particularly nice. Ordering at the window was tough when they are busy and they are impatient (ex: my friend wanted an eggless bagel and the person by the counter took that question as a sign that she was not ready to order and got visibly frustrated for the additional time it took). Service is definitely also slow.

GO-TO for your next BEC (bacon, egg & cheese). Great bagel store/lunch spot. Fluffy, warm bagels. Wide assortment to choose from. They have regular bagels, mini bagels, flagels, twists & even French toast bagels. Lunch sandwiches are also very good & generous portion sizes. However, one downside is that it usually takes a while on line/ to get your food. Pro Tip: txt in your order beforehand.

Asked for a bacon, egg and cheese on a everything bagel toasted with hash browns and sausage.

Unfortunately it wasn't warm, cheese not melted, bacon, eggs and hash browns ( they didn't have hash browns so home fries it was. No problem there at all. Ordered around 8:45. I figured I was getting a hot sandwich off the grill. Haven't been here in about 2-3 years. I'm not one to make reviews at all but after working 16 hrs to not have a warm sandwich at least is saddened.

Do not go to this store! Look at the attached picture!!! That is a dirty rag with all the cold cuts dumped into a pile on the food counter, while they were open serving people!!!

Does this look like lox spread to you?

Staff was slow, the food sucked and then it was $29 for two bottles of ice tea, a turkey club, and a bagel. Tremendous rip off.

The shop itself was nicely laid out with places for customers to relax and/or work while enjoying their beverage (and possibly dessert). There were ample tables and seating choices for customers to choose from depending on their needs. My Town's Cafe had a lot of beverages and pastries to offer. I was a little overwhelmed, but was just as happy to see variety. The drink menus that I immediately saw were mainly the specials and baristas' recommendations. I didn't see a regular menu without all of the fancy drinks until after I had paid as they were laminated and lying along the counter. I was a little bummed because there weren't any prices written for the speciality drink items and I really didn't NEED to have a fancy drink that cost almost $7. With that said, I tried one of their Spring Specials, the Biscoff Bliss Latte. It was a little sweet, but the hints of Biscoff, Nutella, and cookie butter were prominent. I also ordered a piece of bread pudding upon recommendation from the staff. It had the potential to be really good, but it definitely tasted as if it had been in their cooler for several days. I usually love visiting local coffee spots, but My Town's Cafe missed the mark for me. Perhaps I came in on an off day for them.
