Other than that, navigating into the venue was straightforward... however, there's one intersection that could use a stop sign to help alleviate backup coming from the venue trying to get out. We were stuck in that for a while with cars lined up making a left & other cars turning right at our intersection.

Jenny and Heather are friendly and kind...they really make you feel at home by remembering me by name. I had taken a few classes here a couple years ago, I only remembered Heather and was really happy to see that she is still working here. I really enjoy her classes as she doesn't make you feel out of place if you are newer to yoga. She is very welcoming and encourages do whatever movements or positions that feel best for you. As for the classes with the vibration plates, I think its weird at first but after you take a few classes they are great. Sometimes the vibration was a bit much so I just stepped off the plate...no big deal. I LOVE that they offer late night classes and 20 minute sessions. Sometimes I don't have time for a full hour class or cant make it until after 7. The only negative (for me) is the cost but otherwise no complaints!

I recently had a hypnosis session with Quinton there and it was amazing and just what I was looking for. I felt safe and that he was super knowledgeable about the practice. I was able to achieve what I wanted through his hypnosis and me practicing using his recording. He is someoneI highly recommend for anyone looking for hypnosis sessions. He is very calming and had a lot of information that was valuable for me.

The instructor had a lot of energy and was very attentive making sure everyone was working through the poses properly, and identifying modifications to balance the difficulty from beginner to experienced level. I initially signed up for the 30 days for $30 promo that was going on, and just purchased the 1 year pass, because it is THAT amazing. Natasha is the owner and main instructor, and has the most incredible energy. I look forward to going to class each day. There are all different levels in each class. All of the instructors make you feel comfortable, and it's a judgement free zone. Absolutely love this studio, and highly recommend.

If…read moreyou get the chance to go to her classes she was trained by the ignite yoga teacher training offered there and has blossomed into a knowledgeable and passionate instructor who cares about her students. Whether it's an all levels flow or a vinyasa flow she takes the time to cue everyone through the poses and offers adjustments throughout the class. She even finished off this most recent class with a lavender-scented shoulder press which relaxed me after a long day. I pull definitely recommend her classes.
