I had never had a colonic in my life, nor a lymphatic drainage. I was a bit nervous but it was all so smooth and easy. I found Longevity Lounge on Groupon and then read about how awesome they were here on Yelp. I reached out on a Thursday about an hour appt for a massage on Saturday. Jenna got back to me immediately and I was booked for Thursday. The space is clean and inviting. The massage rooms are perfectly lit, with amazing healing crystals and relaxing music. Jenna used NOW Essentials Almond Oil for the massage which was awesome because I always prefer organic/natural ingredients to who knows what is in other massage oils. She was courteous and super friendly throughout the massage. She had the perfect amount of pressure (but she asks you how it is so you can totally control it to a degree) and she knew exactly the pressure points to press on to release tension in my upper back. I had a great experience here today. I recently had surgery and wanted to get all of the pain meds out of my system etc. The procedure was painless and comfortable. I felt comfortable getting it done and Rachel was great answering all of my questions. Afterwards I did the sauna and that was awesome!
