They said they need to order part, part takes two weeks they put part takes off with check and leaves without letting us know. Later I put a load to dry and discovered the top panel is loose and the screws are still on the floor. We put a stop payment in the bank and threatened to go to the BBB. They come back and said I don't want Uno in my house again. Manager comes with Uno and said he needs Uno. So we let them work on dryer. again they had to order a part and waited by now I have a lot of dirty clothes that need washing and drying. Supervisor came with new part and Uno worked For a long time and dryer was finally working but the digital lights on my upright beautiful Maytage dryer were not lighting the entire numbers. I told them why since they were working before. He just said something stupid and told me that's something else. I didn't like that! Besides their lousy performance on this job they had attitude with me. NOW this is very interesting: Uno wanted me to show him the receipt from the first time he came and dryer worked for a while. I gave it to my husband to show it to Uno, Uno got it and my husband came back into the house. Dryer is in the garage. After a while Uno comes back in the house and asks me for the receipt and I told him my husband just gave it to yo. He said yes but he took it back. Then I asked my husband where is it? My husband couldn't remember. I told Uno MY HUSBAND IS SICK WITH CANCER AND HE JUST GAVE YOU THAT RECEIP. MY HUSBAND COULD NOT REMEMBER IF UNO GAVE HIM BACK THE RECEIPT. UP TO THIS DAY WE DONT KNOW WHAT UNO DID TO THAT RECEIP. BUT IT BOTHERS me that Uno started this trick about the receipt we had paid for and what was he trying to pull?? We waisted around $600 dollars letting these fool and unprofessional guys come into my house to do a lousy job and to make things worse what these guys did when they left was that after they asked to use our latter when they put it back (we didn't see how) they hit the device where garage door opener eye is to close and open. They didn't bother to tell us. But it took us nearly 2 hours trying to find out why the garage door would not open!!!! Someone else had to come to fix it. This was the worst experience we had with All American Appliances and Uno and his manager. NEVER AGAIN. WE ARE SENIORS AND MY HUSBAND IS SICK. SO I cannot believe all those nice comments about their services.

However, as he tested the unit he noticed a strange 'clicking' coming from the dryer, something I'd been used to hearing for the past year. Upon opening the machine, we found that the drive belt was so worn that a chunk of it was rubbing against the inside! Mike did not pressure us to fix it, and it was obvious that it needed to be replaced. So he stayed a bit longer to get the job done, saving us the cost of calling him back out. Definitely a great service, and I've kept their card - should any of our other appliances break, I know who to call and ask for!

They responded to my text amazingly fast. I texted them early Sunday morning around 7 AM. Told me someone would be coming by 11-1 PM. I thought that was awesome. BTW not a fan of AI, but their AI call center is amazing. 1 PM (name withheld) shows up with his tool bag and walks in. He seemed to be in a hurry on the way in and on the way out. He pulls the refrigerator off the wall, does (something?) Pushes it back and tells me "my compressor is dead". He sends me an estimate for $1046.78. I place $100 cash down to get repairs booked so I now owe $946.78 on a "dead compressor" repair. He then scoots out the door after maybe 15 minutes. Knowing a compressor failure is a costly failure, it caused us quite a bit of stress. I decided, against the advice of my wife, to still give ProStar a try. She was ready to cancel repairs and buy a new costly refrigerator which I talked her out of because I know almost all brands are garbage except for Whirlpool/Kitchen Aid. Here comes Shawn on Tuesday. Super guy, diagnosed the problem correctly with pictures for me, got to the part that was actually malfunctioning (freezer fan assembly with faulty sensor causing a big block of ice over it) and got it back up running for way less than "a dead compressor" like "expert" (name withheld) said. $481 bill plus my $100 deposit. I'm giving you all 4-5 stars because of the initial poor customer service I got.

Works great now. 5 stars to the Refrigerator crew!! after such positive success with the fridge, we called Premier for their dishwasher team. we were able to order and replace the needed parts ourselves with LGs great website and video assistance. however, one problem remained that continues to elude repair. I guess the dishwasher guy took offense because of our initiative to do the majority of the repair. He tried quoting a repair and parts fee sight unseen that was not at all what was needed. Then hewas belligerent about coming out to do a diagnostic, quoting the fee for that. We were asking for that help, so we're already to pay for it! This the consult. When he finally comes, he doesn't do a diagnostic with the computer system at all. He runs it a few minutes, makes a few guesses, then leaves. Charged us for his "expertise." Problem not solved. 0 stars for the dishwasher guys.

I walked in and the owner is busy running around loading, fixing, verifying various appliances. The front of the store is set up with great quality products but he didn't have a receptionist so I was patient. When he came to me, I told him what I was looking for because the refrigerators in the front were too big for what I needed and out of my small budget. He walked me to the back and showed me the perfect one. He delivered it the next day (he is a one man shop-loads and delivers by himself if it is not being picked up.) I called the next day thinking there was a problem with the fridge but it was a user error and although he knew it was simple, he still came at the end of his day to come show me TWICE! (1st time was programing the fridge, 2nd was my error of plugging in the microwave and fridge in the same outlet. ‍‍ I can't imagine how tough it might be for him to have to deliver to people when they don't live close. Without staff to help, he basically is leaving his business and potentially losing customers. I am very close so it was easier, but early morning or end of day is about the only time he has to be able to deliver or service what people buy if there is an issue. He gives a 45 day guarantee which is great!
