He not only tried to help me with the problem but he researched how to help me and called me back when he found the information. After figuring out what needed to be done, it was needing a managers approval. James was able to get the situation to the manager and he personally called me to explain how we could fix the situation. The manager called another club and made the situation work out. Unbelievable effort Customer service has been declining in pretty much every area of the service industry over the last 5 yrs or more. The effort given by James and the manager was nice to receive. He's been there three times this week. I'm sure I'm not the only one who was irritated by this. The worst was when someone asked him which hole he was shooting for, he got extremely confrontational. If you're looking for an experience similar to Toogolf or Andrettis, this is great. It's $30 p/p but is unlimited. The drinks are a bit pricey but them bringing out to the green for you is nice and convenient. The greens could use some variety in terms of gameplay. They're almost all the same, are almost all par 2s, and there's no decorations whatsoever. Overall a good experience. Just plan to spend $100 or so for a few hours of fun. And plan to play 18 holes of very similar putting greens.
