In fact, one of the first signs that you'll come across is a quote by Tiger Woods. "Some of my happiest memories are of spending time with my Pops on the golf course having putting contests." Awww! I came with my fam and for the adults it's $30 a person and for kids it's $20 for all day putting. It includes your golf club rental and a ball. You can also have the option of opting out of the cost if you just want to watch and in my case, I was just going help my kiddo and observe. We wanted to have lunch first and the food is actually pretty good! I actually got the burger in a wrap which made it feel healthier yet still savory & delicious! There is also a shaded playground, foosball and ping pong tables. There are 2 mini golf courses to choose from, black (easier and flatter) and red (harder and hillier with obstacles). It's designed like a classic putting course without the cutest obstacles. So for younger kids, they may not find it as engaging unless they are really into putting. You can also order drinks and food while on the course and it'll be delivered right to you. Overall, it was a fun experience!

The Summer pass is definitely worth it for them as it gives them some options and mixes up the days for them to enjoy. Basic pass is $180 and includes 5 others to join, and for another $20 you can add the feature to make reservations online. It pays for itself after 2 or 3 times, and it breaks up the days for the Teenagers and adults.

We were greeted by our serving staff who were extremely attentive to our party and our needs. They were busy, but didn't make us feel like we were bothering them whenever we needed something. The opportunity to hit a few golf balls and enjoy the ambiance in the background was awesome. We spent a few hours there to be able to do this and it was the perfect amount of time. The restaurant was clean and had few people in it as it was a Monday. Our catering was the fajitas and they were delicious. They definitely had a kick to them, which I enjoyed. I ordered a margarita - which was a little watered down, but I also feel like I'm to blame because I didn't drink it fast enough. Overall a really good venue for a company event or just a night out with your friends!

We were visiting from husband's brother and his wife in Scottsdale for a week. They live in the…read moreracket club community which has ties to this beautiful golf course in Scottsdale. They have discounted tee times on Mondays if you're a part of the racket club community. Luckily my brother in law and I got a tee time with group and an amazing time. They don't have a driving range. They have a hitting net. You can hit your own balls there. They have a nice putting green. The course is surrounded by some houses. I wouldn't say they come in play on most of the holes. A couple of holes for sure if you're a long hitter. Layout is gorgeous. I would rate it a medium difficulty level course for 15 handicap like me. Not too many trouble areas for my swing. Fairways and greens were maintained very well. I got my own clubs from DC. They do have rentals as well. I am definitely looking forward to coming back here next year and hopefully play two rounds here.

As for the course, the rough is ROUGH. Hard to get out of. The grass is just different from any rough we've played. The grass feels deeply rooted and thick making it hard to get the ball out. It's best to stay in fairway as much as possible. The greens were in good condition. It's best to hit moderately even though looking at the grass being short assuming it would be fast. The sand is beautiful groomed and in perfect condition. I was told that the sand is similar to the sand in Augusta- beautifully crushed white quartz. It was tempting to lay on the ground to make sand angels, lol! Enjoy the infamous hole 16! Harder than it looks. We had Remington as our caddie between 4 players, and he was great and helpful. Tipping for caddie was at least $50 or more per player. We ate at the Toro restaurant for breakfast we were very pleased at their above and beyond service. Overall, great experience!

I have been there when there was over 232k people in attendance, I am media, so I fortunately don't have to deal with the people because we have the inside the ropes media passes and walk with the golfers and caddies. Nice fun PGA Tour course that is accessible to the public. Tip, play it the week after the WMPO and you can played the 16th hole with the coliseum still up, but without the idiots yelling

There was no charge to borrow a couple of clubs from the pro shop, and the lady at the counter was patient while we looked through our options. We didn't buy any drinks, but they sell alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks for reasonable prices, especially during happy hour. The driving range is pretty basic, but it gets the job done. People of all ages and skill levels hang out and the vibe is pretty mellow. There may be nicer driving ranges in town, but Coronado is inexpensive, centrally located and a chill place to practice your swing.

All 18 holes were unique, and their greens were very different. However, this par 3 is freaking expensive - $576 for my group of 4 to play and take out carts! It cost more for us to play here than a real course like the Biltmore. Is it worth it? Nah - you should splurge on a real course instead. However, if you want to be right up in the mountains and taking pictures, consider the green fees a tourist tax for your photo albums. But honestly, play a real 18 hole course for the best value. The people in the pro shop were friendly at check-in but things went downhill from there. The carts were super basic, not even having bluetooth audio. I normally wouldn't care but we paid ~$125 for green fees alone so I'd expect a better cart that what you get at a cheap municipal course. The cart girl wasn't very friendly and the drinks were almost double the price compared to PGA level courses I've played on Maui, etc. We had some novice golfers in our group and I'll admit we were a little slow, yet picking up balls when necessary and not causing a traffic jam. The marshal was extremely antagonistic when he approached us around the 7th hole saying something like "speed it up and don't make me force you to skip the next hole." A simple warning or heads up would've been better. Once we finished the cart return guys rushed us, grabbing my partners rental clubs before I could confirm that none of my personal clubs had inadvertently been placed in the rental bag. They seemed annoyed when I asked them to give me a few moments to check. Just bad customer service all around. I'm still giving this course 3 stars because the course itself was pretty solid and well maintained. However, you have much better options in Scottsdale unless you really want to play a par 3.
