Service was average, surprisingly, because they were not busy at all. Ambiance equal to every other Longhorn we've visited. I don't eat out very often, but when I do, and I'm spending $100+ for dinner, I anticipate a better experience. I just sat down, server took my order within minutes the bread was brought out, then not moments later the salad, soup and entrees! We have been here twice and both times have had a great experience. The lunch menu is the same however it is almost three times less than the price of the same dinner menu. Something to keep in mind when choosing your time to dine out. Their elote fire roasted corn is exceptional. The "tonions" are essentially their version of Outback Steakhouse's blooming onion. Yikes, what a disappointing experience here. What makes it even worse is the price you're paying to get that experience. We both got outlaw ribeyes and both were cooked a notch under what we ordered(medium rare was rare and the medium was medium rare). What was more offensive was I got a sweet potato with just a comical amount of cinnamon dumped on it, i'm talking 3-4 tablespoons just piled on to it. I literally picked it up and shook it off/dumped it onto the bread paddle which remained on our table the entire meal even though we had said we were not having anymore bread. Other workers brought all of our items out, our server could not be bothered apparently but did manage to offer a refill of our drinks that was never brought. NINETY FOUR DOLLARS for this folks. We sat in the bar this evening. The bar is to close to the kitchen, so we heard all of the complaints from waiters and waitresses about customers and other staff members. The service at the bar was good. Again, we heard them complaining about the money they made on tips. Our food was very good. The pork chops were amazingly good and my baked potato was amazing. Salad was somewhat frozen and watery not that good. My husband had the spiced shrimp which he enjoyed and the French onion soup he enjoyed. This was my first time to a Longhorn Steakhouse and I was pleasantly surprised. First, the staff was great and very helpful. I also love complimentary bread and the bread here was really good. I opted to get the sirloin with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was pretty good and I really enjoyed the mashed potatoes. I also got a strawberry lemonade. Ordered Ribeye - pink center. Came out very dry and difficult to cut. No flavor at all. My complaint got me a new steak to take home. Same poor quality tough steak. This steak did not appear to be a Ribeye to me and looked like a thin sirlion or some other type of cheap-tough steak. Looked at Ribeye at a grocery today and looks like we were not given a ribeye. Have had numerous ribeye steaks and this appeared to not be a ribeye. Was a waste of money as each one was not edible. Rest of meal and service was fine but main course a bummer. This place is really good! The ambiance is so nice its intimate and cozy. Perfect for a date night. Our sever was AH MAZING! Taylor is super awesome very attentive to our needs and wasn't pushy! I ordered the fillet with rice and a sweet potato and shrimp. Yum all the way around. All the food was super flavorful and worth every bite. 4 stars only because the drinks were very weak. My girlfriend loves Longhorn steakhouse we went July 14, 2024. I got the salad & ribeye with big sweet potato. A salad was awesome. The waitress is noun my favorite if I decide to go back but the person that made my meal must've dropped the whole salt container on my steak. I did not send anything back. I took it home made homemade gravy cut the steak thin onions and peppers and made me a steak fajita. After all that salt, I don't know if I'll come back and eat another meal there or not we'll see. read more

My brother and I, who are both veterans went into Longhorn Steakhouse in Avon OH. on Veterans Day To get Dinner. They advertise free appetizers for veterans. My brother and I have done this the last few years on Veterans Day and never had a problem. We went with two separate bills. We each ordered appetizers and our steak dinners. I had gone to two other restaurants earlier in the day for breakfast and lunch. They were totally free by the way, and the staff at the other restaurants thanked me for my service. Not so much at Longhorn. The Hostess was very pleasant and sat us at our table and a waitress started out very pleasant too. When it came time to pay the bill. The waitress informed us that we were only had one free appetizer per table, no matter how many veterans were at the table. At that point, I asked to speak to the manager, and he came and said the same thing that the waitress had told us. I've started to argue with the manager. And then he acted aggravated and said, we will let it slide this time. But next time, remember it's only one appetizer per table not per veteran. My brother paid his bill with his card and I paid in cash with a 25% tip. The waitress never thanked me for her tip or my service and neither did the manager. The next time I'm hungry for a steak dinner, I will probably go somewhere else. read more

I can't believe in 51 years I have never ate at a Longhorn Steakhouse. For my birthday this year a friend gave me a gift card with $60.00 on it. My husband and I decided to go last night. Next we had our very nice waitress come and introduce herself, Angelina was her name, very sweet and very pregnant! She did her job though, between taking our order and bringing our drinks which she served professionally, to checking on us all the way through our meal amazing service!!! Now for the food part, we ordered the wild west shrimp to start our meal, it was so good and better than any shrimp I have ever tasted. We both ordered the 20oz Ribeye cooked medium-rare, my husband had the fire roasted corn on the cob, and I had fresh steamed asparagus. Both of our steaks were done to perfection!! Nothing that we ordered needed any salt, pepper, sauce or any other thing. It was all perfectly seasoned! From the beginning to the end of our meal was simply amazing! Salad was great, I enjoyed a baked sweet potato that I thought was one of the best I've had in a long time. I ordered well done, and it was cooked perfectly, and it wasn't burned! A lot of times, if you order well done, they burn it. Not here! My husband got a steak, medium rare, it always cooked correctly. They bring out bread and butter before your meal. The bread was fresh and warm.
