Poor service. No one manned the front desk. When they did arrive, there was still a 5 min wait to be seated with less than 1/4 of the tables occupied. Waiters were good once we were seated... just abnormally long wait for a Monday at 1:00. This happened the previous time we came but i thought it may just be an anomaly. We went here to celebrate a birthday with a party of eight. We called ahead to be added to the waitlist and understood that we would still have a wait, which was not a problem at all. Unfortunately, the experience once we were seated was extremely disappointing. Our server seemed absolutely miserable and made it very obvious that she did not want to be at work. I have never experienced a server standing at one end of the table and expecting guests to pass drinks and entrees down to people sitting at the other end. On top of the poor service, several of our meals arrived cold, and our server never offered to make anything right. One person ordered French onion soup that had virtually no broth and cheese that wasn't even melted. Three of the five baked potatoes were cold as well. We understand that restaurants can get busy, especially with a large party, and we were completely willing to be patient. What made this experience so disappointing was the combination of cold food, poor quality, and especially the attitude and lack of attentiveness from our server. The spicy grilled chicken wrap sounded delicious. It was an appetizer but the waitress said if was enough for a meal. It was my birthday and I was disappointed in my meal. I had a good flavor, but the was no grilled chicken pieces. That is false advertising. The waitress was very sweet and tried to make it right. She had never tasted it and did not know there was no chicken in the wrap. The manager never came to the table. He was not concerned. It was take out for my birthday dinner the day after my birthday (July 12)as the dinner plans with my family fell through. One family member recently back from a trip with her dad, tested positive for covid, some family weren't going to be able to attend. I cancelled until after my blood work in September hopefully by that time frame it will happen. For my dinner I made an online order for curbside pick up at Longhorn in Easley. I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and a garden salad. I didn't let my free birthday dessert pass by, so I orderd the strawberry shortcake. The Wednesday afternoon we visited the restaurant was pretty empty. The free bread was hard and stale, the food was ok. My husband went to the restroom to wash his hands and one of the employees was using the restroom and walked out without washing their hands. Made the experience very unappetizing. read more

I have ordered from longhorn 3 times twice I got steak. One time I got the hamburger steak. I asked for mid rare on the steaks med on the hamburger steak. All three times I have gotten home and have had to cook them myself. All were raw in the middle. Not rare. Raw! All cold in the middle. The hamburger steak was the worse. The chef doesn't know his temperatures and pass doesn't either. I will never order or go there again. read more

We had a large group. Servers were attentive and did a great job. However, I ordered the 6 ounce filet which had issues! The first couple of bites were good, then I hit a section that was super spicy. After that a couple of decent bites and then, super salty!! To the point of immediately needing a drink of water. Every single time we come here there is always something wrong with the food and we have to send it back. Our child this last time we had went waited over 20 minutes for Macn cheese and mashed potatoes after we had gotten ours already. But yesterday evening about 2:30 me and my aunt visit there and was told the waiting list was about 20 minutes we place my name on the waiting list and waited the red headed person working at the front counter took my name and we waited several people came in after us she took their name as well of course they got seated before us then I asked her why and she said she ringed my phone and I was standing right in front of her.Then she decided to ring my phone and seated us.We waited for 20 minutes and saw that people seated after us had their drinks and bread so I asked to see the manager.we finally just left and when I got to the door the manager appeared I told her what happen and she said I'm sorry so we just left read more

Sunday afternoon, restaurant only half full, seems to be fully staffed, and the place is so dirty with so many tables stacked up with garbage and the floors look worse. Seriously not appetizing. But worse than that, was the food. Even though the salad was fresh, it tasted like water and nothing else. Both the Thousand Island and the vinaigrette dressing were pathetic and tasteless. This is my favorite Longhorn location. I've never had a bad meal here and the service is always top notch. Today, the Flo's filet was especially delicious. Even not being a huge red meat eater, this is one that I savor. My hub always enjoys the T-bone. We also tried the new crispy wings, and they were delectable. My husband and I go here quite often and have had good wait staff.. But I have to compliment a server named Hunter .. He was super attentive.. and came to our table immediately.. asked us what we were drinking and was back with our drinks within minutes !! I appreciate his thoughtfulness in checking in with us after our appetizers arrived and after our food arrived!! ( this is not normal here). Our drinks were refilled WITHOUT ASKING!! He is super pleasant, and a fantastic server!! I hope Longhorn higher ups value him and train the other staff to be as customer focused as he is.. Enjoyed early Valentine dinner. Camaryn was nice and eager to be helpful. The 10 oz Flo's filet was very good! The French Onion soup is one of the best I've had anywhere. The Texas Tonion is good while hot but loses the flavor when it becomes cold. Hope it's very soon when we get to come back. 4 stars out of five stars. Not noisy before 5pm. In spite my so-so 3-star rating, there were many positives to our dinner at LongHorn last week: Shanta, our server, was attentive and efficient; both the salads and the baked potatoes were quite good; the Cabernet Sauvignon was very good; and the tab, just under $50, was reasonable. Unfortunately, however, you go to a steakhouse expecting to get a good steak, and this was not the case. My wife and I both ordered the Renegade sirloins; her 6 oz. was very thin and not even seared. We had asked for no seasoning containing garlic, but what she got was no seasoning period. Basically her steak was tasteless, helped only somewhat by smearing some butter on it plus some salt and pepper. My 8 oz. was a much better looking cut and was well seared, but it too had virtually no flavor at all, and was tough besides. After 4 nights of relatively imaginative meals in Nashville and Greenville, we were all primed for a simple, tasty cut of beef. We did not get it at LongHorn. read more
