Great home-cooked southern breakfast! Spacious enough for conversation at our table. Good parking, including good handicapped access.

Awesome place for a meat and 3 (or 2)! Service is friendly although slow if it's busy. Good food at good prices.

Forgot to post this - this was from January/February time)…read more We decided to give this restaurant a try earlier this month. Service was great but the food itself was lacking. We ordered the burrata for an appetizer and the toast points were so hard to chew. It felt like biting into a brick. Definitely was either over toasted or stale. The burrata itself was good though! The biggest disappointment of dinner though was the steak. When I first received it, it was still very bloody and cold in the center and still raw. The steak had to be sent back twice, so they cooked it 3x and it was still undercooked after the third attempt. At that point, I just accepted it and didn't eat the super raw spots. My husband had already basically finished his meal by the time it was brought out the third time. Considering our bill was $150, I expected higher quality food. I had really high hopes for this place but until they can improve their food, we probably won't be coming back here.

The supper club was a decent experience! I'm not sure I can justify the price for our experience…read morethough. To start out, our reservation was at 6:30. We weren't sat until 6:50. Now this restaurant is only open a few days at the end of the week so I give them grace for being busy. The raw oysters were delicious!!! The Burrata bowl was good but the toast points it came with were stale and not freshly made at least before service. My wife ordered the filet mignon cooked medium, and pictured is the second attempt to cook at this temperature. I ordered the salmon and the portion was huge but the salmon didn't have a flavor that really blew me away. Our server was incredibly nice and management was more than willing to recook our steak when requested.

Inky's Philly Cheesesteak in Easley, SC, delivers a fantastic take on a regional favorite…read more Located at the base of The Silos--where several food trucks ply their specialties--Inky's stands out as a spacious, comfortable spot with large booths that invite you to settle in... and maybe stay a while. High ceiling, lots of wood paneling, very vintage while still feeling up to date. The menu includes burgers, deli-style hoagies, and salads, but let's be honest: the cheesesteak is why you showed up--and it's good enough to keep you coming back. There's some real history behind the name. Albert "Inky" Harris ran the first cheesesteak and hoagie shop in Philadelphia back in the 1940s, and the current grandchildren owners carry that legacy forward. Whether every detail has been perfectly preserved or lovingly remembered, one thing is certain: they source their white American cheese from Philly, and the result feels authentic. And that makes all the difference. The fresh-baked Liscio's rolls are huge--soft and warm on the inside, with a firm, crusty on the outside. Like me... on a good day. Inside, finely chopped steak, peppers, onions, and that perfectly melted white American cheese are blended together, so every bite delivers a balanced, satisfying hit of flavor. No "all onions in one bite, no meat in the next" surprises--just consistent harmony. And the star of the show? Certified Angus ribeye. No shortcuts. No skimping. No regrets. Sandwiches come in 7", 12", or the "I wish I was still in college" 18" option--because sometimes restraint is overrated. My wife and I split the Colossal. The meals are served on trendy paper-toppped metsl trays. The staff and management go out of their way to make you feel welcome and walk you through all the options. Sides round out the experience with plenty of choices: fries, tater tots, onion rings, pasta salad, fried mushrooms (hello, childhood), and a standout option--house-made chips, sliced and fried fresh and disappearing faster than your willpower. Bottom line: If you're craving a true Philly-style cheesesteak without leaving the Upstate, Inky's is absolutely worth the stop. Just don't plan on eating light... or sharing. The Authentic Philly Cheese Steak. Is that one word or two? According to the menu it is…read more"Cheesesteaks", which auto correct doesn't like, but there it is. Rainy-ish Thursday December night at about midnight, or really 6:00PM but as dark and rainy as it was, it felt like midnight, the crowd had not hit yet but was trickling in. I found the opportunity to hit up Inky's going to a Clemson graduation party from Greenville. Good timing. No wait seating. Allowed to get a beer from next door, craft beers from Silos Brewing. Ordered the authentic standard 12 inch Philly with the Cooper cheese option, no additions because we are playing the authenticity game. Which is in itself a bit of an argument since a few "authentic" cheesesteaks in Philly swear by Cheese Whiz as authentic. Cheese Whiz is not an option, but provolone or American and Cooper are options. This is otherwise certified Angus beef ribeye, sliced super thin and incorporated on the grill with onions and the cheese into one homogeneous filling of authenticity. Also, the roll is the authentic Italian style from Liscio's Bakery - softer and chewier. I am not sure if it is a Liscio style or if they actually import these, but they are the real deal for texture and flavor. So, all that is fantastic. My only beef with the authenticity is just that....the beef. Not specifically the beef quality, but the beef quantity. The Philly Cheesesteaks I have had (in Philly) usually have a higher beef to bread ratio than my experience here. Could just be the chef for this one, but it seemed that my experience has been beef almost overflowing the hoagie bread. With that said, this is a fantastic and mouth watering sandwich. Not dry. Steaming hot. Came out very quickly. Made to order. Priced at $14.25 with tax comes to $15.53. I would say that coupled with the Silos experience, this is a destination worthy sandwich. If the restaurant keeps it this way, still worth it, but I wish there were an option to pay $2 more, for example, for 1.5X meat and it would be perfect. Oh, and maybe add the Cheese Whiz option for that side of town.
