We ordered the burrata for an appetizer and the toast points were so hard to chew. It felt like biting into a brick. Definitely was either over toasted or stale. The burrata itself was good though! The biggest disappointment of dinner though was the steak. When I first received it, it was still very bloody and cold in the center and still raw. The steak had to be sent back twice, so they cooked it 3x and it was still undercooked after the third attempt. At that point, I just accepted it and didn't eat the super raw spots. My husband had already basically finished his meal by the time it was brought out the third time. Considering our bill was $150, I expected higher quality food. I had really high hopes for this place but until they can improve their food, we probably won't be coming back here.

The wait staff was terrible, the bar tender was on her phone and not checking on people at the bar or taking on the task of pouring a beer, for which I had to wait 25 minutes after ordering while she was on her phone. When the bartender was not on her phone she was making an attempt at flirting with another worker in the building. Overall, I would highly recommend going anywhere else nearby. The only positive aspect here would be the environment. It was decent and clean. So I would say if you are interested in going here you should only go for the $2.75 beers during happy hour. There is limited seating inside, but there was outdoor seating. While we were there, there was a lot of activity... especially pick up orders and at the drive-through. My only recommendation is that they add some photos/art prints of the Southern Railway steam locomotives that roared through Easley until 1953 to "localize" the restaurant's ambience. Two good examples would be the railway's PS-4 4-6-2 Pacific Passenger, and MS-4 2-8-2 Mikado Freight, locomotives pictured below. I am the Curator of the railroad museum in Central!

It was a big disappointment wanting an EGG sandwich and it's just a fake looking object that resembles an egg. Also, the quality of the sandwich was meh, for a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich to barely have one piece of bacon total, that's a swing and a miss. It is sad when a chain such as Dunkin has a system for more consistency. We had also asked for butter but that went on deaf ears. The place is super cute in appearance and the staff was nice, but when it comes to food quality it does not hit the mark. Rather unfortunate.
