I haven't been to this particular Carrabba's in roughly 15 years but it's as great as I remember it. Hailey H. took care of my girlfriend and me. She assisted with drink choice, meal, and dessert recommendations, and she was spot-on. Hailey H. even anticipated our needs with accuracy. My girlfriend got the mozzarella sticks and some pasta. I had a small Caesar salad, the new pistachio encrusted trout with grilled asparagus. The fish was fresh and delicious and bone-free. My gin martini was excellent and my girlfriend enjoyed one of Carrabba's specialized cocktails. We had a fantastic, relaxing experience and look forward to returning. read more

One of the better Italian chain restaurants in the area. The pickup experience was mostly smooth, although the door was locked when I arrived and no one was at the front, which was a bit confusing. The food is consistently good. My favorites include the Linguine Positano with chicken, and all of the chicken dishes are solid choices. After our granddaughter's basketball game, my wife and I decided to go out for an early dinner. One of our favorite places is Carrabba, where we ordered Fettuccine Weesie and Chicken Bryan along with an adult beverage. Service was good, the young lady was super kind and accommodating. The place was fairly empty on a Saturday around 3 pm. The restaurant itself it's a bit outdated and ran down. Now, the sad part was the food came out cold, I still can't comprehend why cause the place was empty. I also ordered the chicken trio, but instead of mashed potatoes I got fettuccini Alfredo. How they gave me the smallest amount of pasta I've ever seen. I still cannot believe it. Mine you to get the pasta you pay extra too. She was kind enough and agree with me and got me another side of pasta or a whole portion , whatever that was. It was like soup. Mediocre, about on par with Olive Garden at this point. It used to be much better, food and staff included. You can tell a lot of the food is becoming frozen when it used to be fresh. Pizza oven is closed up and now pizza is on par with frozen pizza you can get at the store. Carrabbas in Easton, PA has always been our favorite location for this chain. We had an unusual experience in slow service tonight and almost felt forgotten after being seated, but Bryant Hamilton, the proprietor, picked up on it and personally came over to apologize and comped the entire bill including drinks to compensate us for it! But waited over 45 minutes for the food, Brothers steak was over cooked, any my pasta entree with sausage was cold, got them to reheat and the pasta was now overcooked. I visited this place on February 16th, 2019. I ordered their pepperoni pizza (it's a small, personal one), and 2 pasta sides (alfredo and penne), just to try them. They also gave me sliced bread with some a packet of olive oil and a crumbled topping to sprinkle on made of garlic and herbs. Ambiance was pretty classy. It looks like it can be fine for a family dinner, but it also looks nice enough for a classy date. Prices are a little more high end, but the quality is good, so I think its worth it. I ordered my food and came in the pick it up. The staff was friendly and easy-going. Quickly got my order for me and I was on my way. I apologize for the dark pictures, but I took them in my car, at night, lol. Did the best I could. Pizza--This was a good quality pizza. I think it was just right. Not over loaded to the point of being soggy. Not burned. Not under cooked. The slices held their shape, not floppy. The flavor was pretty good too. Nice stretchy cheese the way I like. Pasta--Both were good. The penne had a light red sauce and I enjoyed that. There was no meat in either pasta side, so if you are avoiding meat then this is a good choice. The alfredo was really good, it was probably my favorite of the two. And of course, I love flat noodles, lol. They were not overloaded with sauce, but you did taste some. Wasn't messy. I like if you're going to try an Italian place, you should try their pasta and pizza if they have it. Bread--The bread was good too. A nice outer crust. I really loved the packet of olive oil and the garlic/herb sprinkle. A very clever idea that is different from the common "bread and butter". Kudos on that one. Over all I would say they have some good quality food. I would love to go back and try other dishes, of course. Eventually I will, and I will certainly get better pictures, lol. read more

We've been to this establishment a few times. Every time we go, the food is cooked to perfection. The homemade chicken soup it's just like homemade chicken soup. I had a delicious chicken dish with mushrooms, I forgot what it was called. Waitstaff is very efficient. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anybody. read more

First timer , the food had good flavor I had the shrimp and scallops with vodka sauce. I have to say my vodka sauce is better ( sorry ). It was kind of like a spicy red sauce . With a splash of cream in it. Not bad but not what I like. My only complaint is that there was not enough shrimp or scallops And way to much pasta, who eats like a pound of pasta ? Carrabba's emailed me an invitation to attend a Seven Fish White Wine Pairing dinner tonite and it was 5 courses of fish: calamari, mussels, scallops, shrimp, Grouper, lobster ravioli paired with 5 white wines, prosecco, sauvignon, etc. The staff, included Priscilla, Olivia and Sarah, was superb, on point and smiled through 3 hours of service. Great holiday presentation. Well timed. One note to kitchen staff: LESS SALT! Not sure if your recipe ingredients are dictated by corporate but the majority of people in attendance were over 65 and probably didn't need high amounts of sodium. Great affair. Used to be a fairly regular customer to this Carrabbas before the lockdown. First time back since it reopened & what a huge disappointment. Seated at a table that had not been wiped down. Someone sent over to wipe it down and was sprayed with the cleaning fluid. Not even an apology after pointing it out. Appetizer served with the soup. Should have been paced better. Then the one meal, Linguine Pescatore, was served swimming in water. Do they not know how to drain pasta?? Only ate half of it. Was asked if I wanted to take it home. No thanks.
