The tomato bisque soup was a smooth consistency with a little kick. The added breadcrumbs made it more delicious. The beef skewers were in a tangy sauce and the meat had no fat or pieces. 3 pieces of meat on each. It was plenty to have as a dinner with the soup. Hubby had The burger which was a nice size and cooked just right. Juicy and tasty. Fries were crispy and had just the right amount of salt. The Oreo cheesecake was smooth, decadent and topped off with whipped cream. All food came out fresh and hot. Waitress was friendly and helpful with choices. I thought Urban Table had a lot of ambiance. It was bigger than I thought and food comes out in a slow, relaxed timeframe. I had a nice big table to myself so it was great to put all my bags from shopping at the outlets. The food as individual components would not work but when you put it together it is good. I had the Chicken Sandwich with cole slaw as a side. By itself the chicken was dry and overcooked with not enough seasoning, but when put in the sandwich with pickles, and coleslaw made it tasty . There was also a lightly spicy aioli which helped a lot. The brioche bun was sturdy and needed to be because the sandwich had a lot of moisture. It was toasted with butter which added a good buttery taste. The sandwich would have benefited from a draining because the Cole slaw contained too much liquid along with the aioli but maybe that is the idea to moisten the overcooked chicken. It did run into the napkin that was on the plate before I even started the meal. This was true of the coleslaw in the individual plate as well. The colors of the purple cabbage ran into the mayo giving it an unappealing pinkish color and a nicer, simpler fix is just to drain the excess! The waitress had forgotten to given me a napkin and utensils. She was apologetic and asked if I needed ketchup too. I asked her about the local area and she was very helpful. Because I cleaned the plate does not always signify that the food was extremely delicious but more like me being extremely hungry. Urban Table is, without a doubt, a beautifully-appointed restaurant with experienced staff and efficient service. The vibrant scene, while a little loud, was bustling, exciting, and faux-upscale. The menu is a wide range of common, but thoughtful, American cuisine that should suit the vegan, carnivore, and picky kid. Our waiter was so professional it felt like he was once a butler in London. We commented (to ourselves) how we were surprised he was a waiter with his communication gifts and efficiency. However, when the kitchen got my order all wrong, he quickly dismissed the issue as what seemed a common practice of the restaurant and immediately offered a desert for free. When he saw my puzzlement he immediately offered to take it off the bill, "But if I have it remade it will take a while." That may be true, but I'm now feeling like a table to be turned and not a customer to care for. The burger (ordered medium) was cooked to an extremely dry well done which (while free) I couldn't eat more than half. The meat tasted old and with no seasoning or love. Since we were under a time crunch I just tried to enjoy what I could. My wife loved her salmon dish and would return for it. The house salad seemed out of the box, fresh, and as we ordered it as the starter, they were kind to bring the full salad parted in two plates. There was much to love about Urban Table, but when I felt dismissed and my food was just downright bad, it's hard to leave more than 3 stars. They were one properly seasoned and cooked burger away from 5 stars until the domino effect occurred. Terrible service at Wind Creek. Don't book here if you have children under the age of 21 as you are not allowed to walk through the casino to your reservation. Getting there otherwise is a convoluted walk and it is not accessible or offer any assistance or service to those with disabilities. I dined at Urban Table for the first time, and the food was incredible. In all honesty, Kristen S. is an exceptional ambassador to the restaurant as well as the Wind Creek property as a whole. She is a remarkable person, to say the least. The food and beverages at Urban Table are five-star and I am most grateful to everyone there for making my stay at Wind Creek that much better. Worst restaurant at the casino. Definitely avoid this spot. The food is gross and generally it just feels like an overpriced diner. The service is hit or miss. I've given this place 3 chances but that's it. The lighting is like being in an operating room - it's sterile and just overall terrible. The management is rude and when I told them my tacos were drowning with oil they didn't offer to fix it, instead said they were suppose to be like that. To enter the front door, they make everyone, to include my 87 year old mom using a walker, to walk clear down half the casino floor to turn around and walk back the same length just to enter. They made an old fashioned with standard maraschino cherries!! Bartender obviously needs to be schooled on how to make drinks. Food was good. The chicken and waffles were spectacular!! The manager was nice and mentioned many have complained about the gross inconvenience, especially for those with disabilities. We dine there quite often. On Valentines Day I had the Halibut that was excellent, designed as a rose. The entire presentation was superb. Service was top notch as well as the welcoming staff. When we left people were waiting to enter and I recommended the Halibut. I later saw one of them on the casino floor, she thanked me for the recommendation as she enjoyed it as well. My favorite quick-ish spot in Wind Creek. Come here at least once a month. The place kinda has an upscale diner feel. That might be an insult to the establishment but it's not...I like diners. Food is always great. Haven't had a bad meal yet. My favorite is their House Salad. A wonderful jumble of soft and crunchy and sweet and savory ingredients. Out at the Nike COY Clinic at WindCreek in the Bethlehem, PA and we went in for the lunch break. Party of 4 with a reservation and seated eight away. Server greeted us promptly and really had no issues with service throughout our meal. Cosma was our server and she was on point. Personally, I grabbed the steak and cheese sandwich, which was meh. I get it, not in Philly, but close enough and this didn't do the Philly cheesesteak any favors. Decent flavor, with real melted cheese, not that whiz stuff. Just didn't seem worth the price. Substitute sweet potato fries which were decent. Thick cut, like a steak fry, which is uncommon, but was the highlight. The other guys at the table weren't really blown away either. One coach grabbed a piece of cake for desert and said it was dry. Wouldn't say it was awful, but missed the field goal. read more

Words cannot explain how thankful I am for this place!! I was elated to see this place come up on Yelp as a food option when all of the other local restaurants were absolutely awfully rated. The reviews my Yelp Fam left for nearby establishments were amazingly embarrassing and awful. What makes this place even better then the greatness it is that it's on OpenTable's reservation site. I was able to make my reservation and show up. I showed up a little early because I was hungry and they sat us immediately and we were greeted by Jake. Jake was super kind, warm and had great suggestive selling options. We took Jake's advice on everything and he was spot on! We ordered... Pan Seared Salmon - Absolutely well seasoned, great texture and crisp along edges. Field Nectar (Tito's, Triple Sec, Cranberry, Lime, Blackberry Syrup) - Very smooth and relaxing. Flavor bursting. Roasted Chicken Under Brick - Perfect tasting, great flavoring and delish crisp skin. Wagyu Beef Sliders - Fulfilling Shirley Temple - Yum as a Shirley Temple should be. Our food came out picture perfect and hot! The fish and chicken were so fresh and the skin was perfectly seared and crisp. I loved how they did the brussels. The brussels were mixed with mushrooms and that's 2 of my favorite items together. Everything was deliciously perfect! I've been bragging to all of my local friends to please visit this place! Empty at lunchtime on a Thursday, which was great. No waiting for a table like we have on weekends in the past. Food was exellebt as always, but the service was quite slow and a bit weak considering there were only 3 tables dining including us. The waitress was friendly, but didn't have things times correctly and after we asked for the check, it took forever to get it. To the point where I had to go up to the counter and ask someone else for it because we had to get on the road. Regardless, this is only one experience of many good ones we've had. My aunt and I came in on a Saturday afternoon after a long meeting. We were super hungry. We requested a table for 2 and were told by the manager that the entire restaurant was completely full and booked until 2:15. We arrived at 1:15 and could visually see available tables. He insisted that the earliest he could seat us was 2:15 and all reservations were filled. I went on opentable and saw several available time slots ranging from 1:45 and so on. So the manager completely lied to us. We booked the 1:45 reservation, went back up to the desk and was seated immediately. He was annoyed that he had to seat us and that he was caught in a lie. So upset he walked past at least 10 empty tables just to sit us all the way in the back of the restaurant at the very last table. Cosma was our server she was great and our food was great. I called windcreek and filed a complaint against the manager. Let's see if they'll follow up. I'll never be the customer to argue or go back and forth but I will surely leave a review and detail my experience. read more

Dinner rolls were hard as a rock, the seared Ahi Tuna was ice cold like it was just pulled out of the fridge. I complained about it and they removed it from the bill. I have been here a few times and ordered take out from them. My friends love them but I'm still on the fence. The first 3 times I got food from them....lets just say I wasn't impressed. I am allergic to a lot of things and the menu is limited for me due to this. They do have a small menu but like I said my friends love them. The 4th time I went there I ordered a salad and the steak tacos from the appetizer menu. Both were really good. So I may change my tune. The staff has always been wonderful and accommodating just haven't had much luck on the menu side but I'm not giving up just yet. We stopped by last night wanting to try somewhere new and I am so glad we did. There was about a 20 minute wait but we went and played some slots to spend the time (this is in the casino). When we sat our server Conner greeted us and was so kind. We had some bread to start. My husband ordered the gumbo as an app, and for dinner I had the Salmon dinner that came with lobster mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, mushrooms and topped with a cilantro pesto. It was one of the best meals I have ever had. It was so fresh and so flavorful! My husband had the urban burger with sweet potato fries and the meal was gone too fast to get a photo because it was also THAT good. Decided to try this place for a burger and check out the casino. I wasn't expecting much based on other reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Urban Burger and it was one of the best I've had in awhile. I wasn't sure if I would like it because I usually don't order a burger with fried egg on it, but it was a well put together combination, juicy and cooked to order (medium). I opted for a side of sweet potato fries and they were fantastic. Server should have mentioned they would come with a $1 up charge but I would have still went for it. Usually you get shoestring fries when you order sweet potato, but these were nice thick steakhouse cut. I was up in the area for a few days on business so I don't know when i will be back, but if I have the chance I'll definitely pop back one day. read more

I should have complained, but I am not a complainer, so I will just write to notify potential customers of my experience. The only item which was done well as the over-priced shrimp pot-stickers. Very solid. Nice sauce with shrimp that was cooked well. Now for the bad- the burger was HORRIBLE. It looked good, but the meat was so rubbery, it was one of the WORST BURGERS I have every eaten. The meat was tough, like they mixed it 2 hours or the quality was garbage. Also the sweet potato fries- the larger pieces were RAW in the middle. They were cute uneven and seemingly without care. Oh, BTW- Raw sweet potatoes contain a type of toxin called Solanine, which can cause digestive issues. Again, my wife wanted me to complain, but I have a hard time doing that, and I knew that the cheap casino wouldn't do anything but say a 'I'm sorry.' Also, no manager was on site that I saw, and the waitress was so nice. Ambiance is modern earth-tone-ugly. Bring back Emeril's Italian table!!!! His staff usually cooked meals with a lot more consistency. Beware going to the Urban Table. You might have a great meal, but again, you might not. I didn't.
