Not one, not two, but three long sharp fish bones. Almost choked on them but thankfully spit them up with slicing up my throat a little bit. Don't get fish or streak here.

We were in the neighborhood for the Outlets and decided to fuel up before shopping. We decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was very attentive, pleasant and super nice. We just wanted something light so I settled on half grilled chicken and strawberry salad with the dressing on the side and French onion soup. They were each perfect portion of food, not too much, not too little. They were delicious. I ate every bite. My husband got a caesar salad and upsized it for large. Omg, I don't think I seen such a big salad before. It all plenty of fresh shaved parmesan cheese over on top. He ate maybe a third of the salad. And it was cheap. It was 3.99 plus 1.99 for upsize. Overall a wonderful experience and a great start to our day.

My parents celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary this week and have been doing so for the last several years. I chauffeured them this time, so I was able i join them. I had the lunch combo- which was very good. The salad was great and I love that they have Le Crema by the glass! Kudos for a great anniversary celebration?

Ordered a big 22oz from them with a party. Steak was tender but was uncooked rare in the middle is medium on the sides. Ordered it medium rare. I can cook better than this. How can a steak house f up a steak this bad? Got a full refund on the meal. Other parties food was good and cooked perfectly. Wife's steak was perfect but mine was clearly neglected.

We stopped by on October 4th as we were passing through town. All the staff were great from the moment we walked in the door. Our server, Hannah, was absolutely superb. She always seemed available without being overbearing. Both of us had the 6oz Filet (rare) which was perfectly prepared. He had the chowder which was very flavorful. This restaurant will continue to be a staple when we pass through town as it was just as impressive the last time we were here. Thank you again Hannah and the entire Longhorn staff for always being professional. We will see you again.

Dining out while traveling with my boss is the equivalent of dining with a young child. If it isn't super Americanized or a chain he isn't about to agree to a stop. On our way back from the DMV we decided to swing by the outlets and see what was offered. Unfortunately they don't offer much at the food court so Longhorns was basically the only place left. Not my choice as I prefer, when I can, to dine at independent original establishments, but at least I knew my boss would be satisfied and wouldn't cast a stink eye my way. We got here around lunch time and had no wait. Seated by a pleasant hostess and the waitress showed up within minutes to take our drink order. She brought our drinks and stepped away to bring a loaf of bread. I think this is really nice, but I wish she would have asked if we wanted it because I didn't and apparently he didn't so this loaf just went to waste. She came back and took our orders. We both ordered salads and my boss also got a cup of soup. It was a FREEEZING day and a cup of soup would have been nice but they didn't offer any soup that wasn't cream based or had cheese in it. I think the soups should be more diversified. Our food came in an acceptable time and by all standards it was good. I ordered a chicken and strawberry salad, also had grapes and mandarin oranges, with feta and almonds. It came with a raspberry vinaigrette, but I substituted the balsamic instead on the side. I don't use bottle dressings so I sparingly used it. The salad was good enough that it really didn't need the dressing. So overall I was pleased. Another refill and we finished up and left. Decent stop, good service, need a few more selections for people who may not want a cheeseburger, fried food, or steak for lunch but might want something other than a salad.

Visited Shula's for the first time. It is a very nice restaurant specializing in fresh seafood…read more It's a nice place for a date night, birthday or anniversary. Service was excellent. Food came out at just the right pace between courses. Ambience was only "ok"... I did notice that things looked a bit worn. And one thing that bothered me was that there were ceiling tiles that were badly water stained and sagging... nothing active, but it was very unsightly. Given that they are very easy to replace, leaving them there just made the place feel less "special evening" ambience to more like "a diner" which is a shame for a place i expected to be more classy. As for the food we had lots of positives to say. We tried the crab bisque appetizer which was thick and creamy with just the right amount of seasoning and crab meat. The portion for a first course was generous. We also got the steamed mussels in a white wine and garlic sauce. The mussels were cooked perfectly. They were plump, tender and flavorful the sauce was delicious. Be sure to ask for extra bread to soak up some of the broth and juices. The side salads were likewise generous portions, fresh and crisp. Very happy! The main courses come with just one side. I got the fried seafood platter with hushpuppies and my wife got the stuffed flounder with onion rings. The fried platter came with flounder, shrimp and oysters, with tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. All were coated in a lightly seasoned breading that was crisp. Not overly thick. The hushpuppies, which other reviewers said were outstanding, I found to be on the sweet side. Crisp, yes, but overall just ok...I prefer mine more savory than sweet. The stuffed flounder was also very well done. Delicious. The flounder was cooked just right. Flaky and moist. The onion rings were thick cut, beer batter dipped. They were hot and crisp and the portion like everything else here was generous. In the end we did need a box to bring some of our entrees home. We left very satisfied. So I was pretty satisfied with the food and the service. Now if they could just do something to get the dining room as upscale as the food and service this would be an outstanding dining experience... thus only four stars instead of five.

This time I finally got to experience it with some coworkers, and I'm glad I did. Our server was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and she made the whole experience even better. Even though the restaurant was very busy, she stayed attentive and always had a smile on her face. The only downside was the waiting. Even with joining the waitlist ahead of time, we still had to wait a bit for our table. The food also took a little while to come out, but considering how packed the restaurant was, it was understandable and definitely not because the staff wasn't working hard. The food was worth it. We shared the Cactus Blossom as an appetizer, and I ordered the steak with mushrooms and onions. Everything tasted great, the portions were generous, and now I understand why this place is always so busy. I'll definitely be back.

I visit this Texas Roadhouse often. Like ornate it offers a nice variety of steaks, chicken, chops…read moreand ribs. It is very popular and can be quite noisy and very crowded during peak hours. To minimize wait time I strongly recommend their app which you can use at any location. You sign in and when when you arrive you can get in the waiting list while waiting in your car. When a table opens up they text you and you can then go right to the front of the line. The other way to avoid lines is to go early if you can. They open at 3pm weekdays and before 5 you can get very decent early bird prices for several menu items. The food is very good, especially for the price. I usually get a steak which comes perfectly done to order. Seasoned just right. I like the baked potatoes and sweet potatoes that you can get topped with a variety of toppings. I've also tried the pork chops and ribs which were great, beef kabobs with grilled onions and peppers on rice or mashed potatoes (yum). I've tried the prime rib which is also good but frankly the steaks are better. Recently I tried their country fried steak for the first time. It was ginormous! Filled the entire plate. I will admit though that I was a bit disappointed. I've enjoyed better at several breakfast spots even though at half the size. I love the cactus blossom which is their version of Outback's Blooming Onion. I think both are equally delicious. Their BBQ rib appetizer actually comes with fries and can make a reasonable entree for some diners. Like I said the only negative I have here is the crowds and the noise. But I guess that's also supposed to be its charm? Ugh

The rice was severely undercooked, and although the menu advertised tiger shrimp, the shrimp served were much smaller than the tiger shrimp I've had at other restaurants. The portion and quality simply didn't justify the price. The service was even more disappointing. We were a party of 17, and it felt like our table was an inconvenience. I personally asked for water three separate times and still never received it. No one at the table had their glasses refilled. There was little to no initiative to check on our table, refill drinks, or make sure we had what we needed. Instead, it felt like our server was rushing us through the meal. I understand that serving a large party can be challenging, but if one server wasn't comfortable handling a group of this size, they should have asked for assistance from other staff. Large parties deserve attentive service just like any other table. Overall, the combination of overpriced, underwhelming food and poor service made for a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return or recommend this restaurant based on this visit.
