That would have just been a disappointment. But the fried rockfish taco, meh. It tasted fresh, but it tasted like something had burned in the oil. The fish seemed too chewy, overdone. The coating was overly-hard. The bean and rice burrito was also meh. The dull rice seemed too chewy, either overdone or cooked until it was too dry. And there were only a small amount of black beans, and no added veggies, so there was little flavor. Overall, we were disappointed in the Big Papi's location in Hagerstown.
