Great food great drinks great service! 10/10. I recommend this to anyone who likes steaks done the right way!

I had the ribeye, rare with okra and a side salad with ranch. The steak was cooked perfectly, but with maybe a little too much pepper. The okra is cut in halves, and the breading is good but it was cold. The salad is always dependable. The service was a little lacking. It took forever to get refills and the food came out in waves instead of all at once. It was about half full so the noise level was fine. Overall our party was satisfied.

My rating is a very soft 4-star. More of a 3.5 rounded up. I've been here numerous times and it seems like management and waiters are always having to make up for the kitchen. I last visited with my grandparents for their anniversary. Most of our food was fine. The stuffed mushrooms appetizer rocks! My grandmother got a great steak but the lobster tail alongside it was no longer hot. The Flo's Filet I ordered was not medium rare - the way I always order my filet cooked. In fact it was the most strangely cooked steak I've ever seen. It was cooked medium well halfway through one side, with a significant amount of crunchy surface char on the outside. Whereas the other side was cooked medium to about halfway through and without char at all on that side. The chef either had no idea what they were doing or, more likely, they forgot my steak, realized it, then tossed it on the plate and hoped for the best. As mentioned, the manager and waiter were on top of things. When my grandma complained, the manager came by the table and was very friendly. He comped the lobster without question. Not wanting to fuel the fire, and never one to waste any meat, I didn't even mention the problem with my steak. In any case, management rocks, but if they want to keep my rating, the food prep quality needs major improvement.

A group decided to eat at Longhorn on a Thursday night. We came in pretty late... and another large group decided to come in at the same time. The hostess eventually made arrangements so that both parties could be served. Andres was assigned as our waiter and he started taking drink orders even before the last of our group was seated. The food was delicious, as usual - I had a chicken fried steak and their gravy is thick and rich. Andres did his best to keep glasses full. There was some confusion when splitting tickets (there were 18 of us in 4 different groups), but Andres sorted it all out and was a good sport the whole time. Longhorn Steakhouse is a great spot to eat.

This was our bill for two!!!! And leftovers for two more meals!

Service was extremely slow and almost non existent. After waiting almost an hour for our food it came out cold.

There being about 20-25 people there, how was our meal prepared with no culinary attention to detail? For example: my wife ordered the chicken fried steak, mash potatoes and salad. Her steak was so "bland and lukewarm" that it literally removed all sensitivity of taste from our tongues..., no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. On our drive home that's all me talked about. Mash potatoes were likewise "lukewarm and bland"..., then factor in the gravy..., exactly the same. Her plate obviously sat at the window too long or perhaps her food was simply "sitting there" waiting for us to order it. Her salad: there was nothing "green" about it, it was "all the white stalks" of the lettuce, literally 4 olives, a sprinkle of shredded cheese, 3 half slices of tomatoes with "gigantic croutons (that was interesting)". My "blackened chicken salad"..., salad was the same as my wife's; double-dang because I love salads and being type 2 diabetic and having high blood pressure this would have been the perfect meal for me. HOWEVER; the chicken was the worst ever because it was saltier-than-a-1820's-sailor..., horrible..., and drier than a camel's hump in the Sahari. I never knew that a chicken breast could be abused like that on purpose. So, how does such a nice looking place sell someone "absolutely ridiculously horrible food".

It's brand new, so it's clean and fresh inside! I'm sure the longer they are open, it will improve (communication, quality of food etc.)

Both were absolutely amazing. Also had the monte cristo appetizer, very good! Our table had the espresso martini, out of Eden martini and 90-806 bottle. All were very good! ONLY complaint was I wish there were listed options for sides. The fries are good but I just genuinely like a veggie side. Otherwise- perfect! Will be back! Service was great and "cousin" came by our table frequently. Also to note, it's not cheap and it's not fast. We knew all this going in so it wasn't an issue but something to consider if that would be a problem. Although, the price and time are completely justified. It's that good!

Both times the filling of the sandwich was very sparse. The message it was sending was, "we're too cheap to fill this sandwich" - why was there like 3 little steak bites on the cheese steak? Same with the shrimp. Why are the sandwiches not filled up? For $16+ dollars I would at least expect a full sandwich. A heaping pile of fries does not distract from this. The drinks/cocktails are good, and the quality of food is good too. I have a problem with the portions for the price.
