Great service and the drinks are seats strong. Even though it was a wait didn't seem to be a problem. Food came out fast and was fresh.

The ambiance of the restaurant was alright. The person at the front entrance was very nice and pleasant. Extremely disappointing experience with Longhorn's To-Go service. My order, placed online and promised at a set time, was delayed over 30 minutes with zero communication. Staff was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Unprofessional because you can see staff eating in the back while people are waiting on orders. Customers should not be able to hear your work drama, personal issues at home, gossip and who has called off from work. To make matters worse, several items were missing from my order. Unacceptable customer service all around. Another customer in front of me, simply asked if she should check her order before leaving, and Monet (employee) responded with an attitude: 'If you want! I'm pretty good at my job.' That comment was very unprofessional. Whether or not she thinks she's good is irrelevant--checking large orders with the customer that have been placed online, should be standard practice and Clearly, she's not as good as she believes, because my order was MISSING items. Bread, dressings, utensils, one of the items was not securely sealed so food had spilled. Real simple stuff but relevant! Longhorn you need to retrain some of your staff and put higher standards in place. No apology for the wait time at all. The food was decent, the hot items were not hot because they had been sitting for over 30 minutes after my promised pick up time. This experience today makes LongHorn look bad. When I first walked in the door there was no host at all I waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. Me and other guests were just looking around and asking each other have someone been up here to greet us. After more time passed finally got sat only to be told everything I wanted was out of stock I wanted the dragon fruit margarita they didn't have it, then I was told they were out of all seafood. First thing when we came in two group came in behind up, but no hostess was up there so when she eventually got up there both groups went before us. When we did eventually get sat down our waitress seemed to be rushing to get our food order in. Once we got it in our appetizer came out quick, but the main food took about an hour to come out and came out at different times (about a ten minute or more difference) my food came out good, my steak was a little less done than I asked which i don't mind, but my husbands food (steak and macaroni) was not hot and his steak was also not done as much as he wanted. Well to start the road is blocked when you get off the exit. I called to see how to get there the employee put me on hold and never came back. Definitely not their fault with the construction. I finally found the other way. What i don't recommend is the curbside pick up at this location! It's so many parking spots for all the curbside areas but every last one of them were full. So I had to park on the side somewhere not in a spot because the other park spots were occupied. So I walk up to the tent and to my surprise it was 6 other ppl standing there. I asked them how long they were waiting. One customer stated she's been waiting in her car for 10 minutes and now 10 minutes at the tent. The employee kept stating I'm only one person with a little bit of an attitude. Yes ma'am we get you're only one person but someone should've came to help her. If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Imagine sitting at the bar, having your drink, and you simultaneously see a big a$$ ROACH with WINGS CRAWLING NEAR THE DAMN GLASSES and then on top of the refrigerator or cooler....whatever it is. I was meeting someone at the Longhorn in Morrow, GA on Mt. Zion Rd. The bartender wasn't rude, but she wasn't welcoming, either. She gave me the menus which were greasy...they had some kind of wet residue on them...She takes my drink order. Brings me my drink. I inspect the glass and it SEEMED to be ok. I placed my order for me and my guest. She places the order and comes back with the silverware wrapped in a black napkin and 2 saucer plates with bread. I asked for paper napkins. She says "sure". I reach my hand out to take them - she puts them on the bar....in the same spot where I saw her wipe with the dirty dish cloth or whatever she was using to clean the bar. I go to pick up the saucers and bread because she didnt place them near me and i noticed the bottom of the plates were greasy or had some kind of residue on it. I just put the paper napkins on top. I unfold the silverware. They looked dirty or smudged. I asked for a tall glass of hot water to soak them in. She did bring it. While they were soaking....and by this time the person I was meeting showed up. She took his drink order. She brings his drink and goes to the kitchen, I guess. While she's doing whatever, simultaneously, I hear from another customer "What the f^@k is that" as I look up to see a big a$$ roach crawling all over the area where the glasses are and by the bar cooler. It even spread its wings. OMG!!! I would have DIED had that thing started flying around. All of that is disgusting but to make it WORSE was her nonchalant attitude about it. When the other customer asked her "what is that?" " Do you see that roach" she actually said...."its not in your food is it?" And kept on doing whatever she was doing.. Longhorn steakhouse used to be my measurement of every other steakhouse I would go to as far as quality of the food, hose days have definitely passed. The stakes are getting smaller and thinner. I actually had to put steak sauce on my steak last night because it was flavorless. My wife has a dairy and gluten allergy and requested her potato come with no butter, no sour cream, put all condiments on the side that did not happen. They did give us 10% off the meal I guess to make up for it but it doesn't make up for decades of them being the best steakhouse to now becoming this. Very disappointing this is the fourth time. I was not very happy at first when my medium rare prime rib came out without a hint of pink let alone a tiny bit of red in the middle. The meat just inside the surface was medium rare. It was not an end cut so obviously prime rib was not a big mover here and had to be warmed up in the broiler. It was actually tender, juicy and seasoned well but didn't look it. If only the whole piece had been medium rare....... Bread, salad and beer were decent, standard fares. Enjoyable enough meal after a long cross country flight and finding this place close to the hotel. Was seated in the bar immediately where I like when dinning alone. I ordered 2 Wild West shrimp appetizers via curbside pickup, got home and discovered all of the shrimp still had the vein in it, which is absolutely disgusting. I have no idea why a restaurant would even offer a dish like this and not at least provide deveined/quality shrimp. The shrimp isn't even large, it's extremely small, so why couldn't you just use deveined shrimp? My mom and I just left your restaurant located in Morrow, Georgia and we are very upset. To start, our waitress Lysandra, could not remember our drink order. She left the lemons out of our sweet tea. She did not bring me my salad when she brought out the bread. When I asked her if my salad would come before my meal, she said let me go check and see if they made it...I have friends who have worked at LH and I know that the waiters/waitresses are in charge of making the salads and bringing them to the tables. Then Lysandra set down another table's food on our table and then said oh sorry I got you and the other table behind you mixed up. When our food finally came out both of our steaks were barely lukewarm. My rice was cold and my shrimp were barely lukewarm as well. She forgot our sides and we had to remind her that we were missing broccoli and brussel sprouts. Lysandra kept disappearing and when we finally received our check it did not match what we ordered. She told us that her manager told her to ring it up that way to save us a few dollars... We then gave her two gift cards and I stated directly to her that one was for $25 and one was for $50. Our total was $86.07 and we received a bill back for $21.07...$10 more than what it should have been. When we brought this to Lysandra's attention she guaranteed us that all she did was swipe the gift cards. I asked her to bring me a receipt showing what was taken from the gift cards. One card showed $25 and the other showed $40. We told her that it was supposed to be for $50 and we had the gift card receipt in our car. She once again guaranteed us that it was only for $40...We asked for the manager, Tosha, twice while in the restaurant and she NEVER came. We ended up leaving and calling the gift card phone # and sure enough we have a $10 balance left on that $50 gift card. Lysandra was trying to steal our $10 gift card in our eyes. She never brought the gift cards back to our table until we asked her to. I have now been on hold with restaurant for almost 30 minutes and cannot get Tosha on the phone to voice my complaints. I called the first time and was on hold for over 13 minutes before I hung up and called back. I have now been on hold over 21 minutes. The girl who answered the phone the second time even said "Oh you can't get any help from her" as if Tosha is a bad manager. I am extremely upset with the service at this location. We also ordered food to go and we did not receive the toppings for the loaded baked potato, so we had to ask Lysandra to go get that as well. Then the broccoli we ordered to go had GRAY and BLACK on the bottom of the stems. It looks like they were trying to be slick and give out rotten food in to go orders since most people don't check it before leaving the restaurant. We have not been back in several months because the last time we went we sat at the bar and the waitress flat out forgot to ring in our order...When I asked her about our food she LIED to my face and said the kitchen was backed up. I then saw her go over and ring up our exact order in the computer system. I told her to forget about it and we left hungry and angry. We were praying that this visit would be different, and it was, but for more bad reasons. We will never be returning to this location. Lysandra was more interested in talking to a group of people eating that she must have known personally instead of being focused on waitressing. I visited the Longhorn in Morrow, GA and I am immensely disappointed!! I come to this location sometimes and I always get to go/curb-side orders and to be honest I always have issues with them taking forever to bring my food out but today was unbelievable!!! Another level! I checked in and waited in my parking spot for 37 minutes!!! I would've just walked in however I had my two 7 month old girls in the car that I didn't want to leave alone or wake up from their nap! Nobody brought my food out! I finally called inside and the guy said I would have to come in as they were short staffed. I was livid! I had to wake up my TWO infants, put them in the stroller and walk inside after waiting in the car for 37 minutes!!!! When I walked in the to go area there were literally already 6 customers standing there waiting, seemingly very frustrated as well! I finally got my food and my order was incorrect!!! I was LIVID at this point! I asked the to go lady to speak to the manager. She advised she would get her. I waited an additional 24 mins! No manager came out! I asked the girl again and she proceeded to tell me the manager on duty (Tasha) was on the grill and will not come out. I advised that I am a paying customer (mind you my food was prepaid as you have to pay then and there to order food online to go) and I can't speak to a manager. She advised again that the manager won't come out. I asked for the managers manager and they advised it was Brandon but had no other info. Today, Longhorn must have brought out their best kitchen staff and MVP bartenders because the food is hot and fresh and the drinks are refreshing delicious. I just LOVE the Shrimp and Lobster chowder. Although, I rarely see or taste lobster. The White Peach and Berry Sangria were on point!!! The steaks were cooked well and the Fire-Grilled Corn on the Cob was the bomb.com! The service was pretty good no complaints. Kiera brought things out in a timely fashion and was very polite and professional. They lost a star because, of the smell. I have been to this location in the past several times. More often than not, they have pleased me with a perfectly cooked Medium steak - so hard to do right. Most over or under cook it. However, tonight, I hit the perfect trifecta here! The 12 oz ribeye I ordered was not only cooked to a perfect Medium, but also it was perfectly seasoned and it was served at the perfect temperature! Bonus points for the steak being super tender!!! The sides were beautiful! Perfectly green broccoli and braised whole baby carrots made an excellent compliment!! I put a to go order in at 4:30pm and they said to come by in 25 minutes so I showed up at 5pm for good measure. Arrived to see 5 people waiting ahead of me. I asked the male working the desk my name and he said it will be a couple more minutes. 55 minutes later I am still waiting for my order. Meanwhile the others ahead of me had been waiting 45 minutes or more after they arrived. So being patient I continued to wait but all I hear in the kitchen area is cussing and employees arguing. Another disappointing visit to Longhorn. I ordered a $30 porterhouse steak medium well. The steak was burnt to a crisp and like shoe leather. Very disgusting. Came in here after several great visits- and this one was wayyyyyy different. It started out with the lobster tail being cold and the steak not being cooked properly, both steaks. Not just mine, but my husbands. Medium rare. HOW do you mess up a medium rare steak?? The manager, Mark Harmond, took my steak and my lobster tail and said he could not cook steaks for us. He could NOT cook for us. Mark yelled at our waitress in front of everyone saying she changed the steak order to a medium steak, no she did not. Then the steak came back cooked to a crisp. (I think it was the first steak I had) he should have known just by looking at it, it wasn't right. At. All. He took away 3 Lobster tails from me. I wasn't able to eat the tail.
