I am sooooo glad I purchased my IS 250 through Longo Lexus instead of Cerritos Lexus. The service is great from my car selection to driving off the lot with my brand new car. My sales guy, Eric was really helpful in selecting the car that fits my needs. He did not pressure me to get something that I did not want. I originally wanted the IS 350 but he said that if I get the IS 250 WITH navigation (which I originally did not cared for) I will get invoice pricing. My boyfriend and Eric were convincing me that I did not "need" the IS 350 because there is no difference. So in the end, I saved lots of money, great service, and finally got my car. Eric even called me to follow up on my car, bought me all weather floor mats, and let me have the 4 year service after I purchase the car. I love it! I am definitely going back to Longo when I am ready to make another Lexus purchase! SC or LS here I come! =) I hate Cerritos Lexus because they are rude, pushy, and don't know crap about customer service. Corporate needs to get rid of these bad seeds. read more

SALES: AJ Chand - 5 STARS! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and AJ could not have been more patient with answering all of my questions. He was polite from the minute we stepped onto the Longo showroom by showing us the differences between the variety of models. He was very knowledgeable with the specifications of each vehicle and assured us he would match the prices we were offered by competitors without the BS (and he was right!). My mom and I hate haggling back and forth the managers & salespersons -- it's a waste of my time and theirs, so just cut me the best deal you can give and let's sign the papers. He understood what we wanted, what we could afford and made it happen. It was the little things that made it worthwhile for me. Even when we wanted to change the color of the interior, he still insisted we take it for a test drive, even though the model itself hadn't changed, but the color, he wanted us to feel comfortable in the car itself. We ended up buying two cars that day. We bought the vehicles on new year's eve and AJ stuck around that evening after we signed the papers. While we waited for the finance papers, he showed us all the nifty features such as the blue tooth capabilities and how to set it up, where the spare tools were located, how to use all of the electronics lexus had to offer. He went over all of the warranties listed in the manual including roadside assistance. And at the very end, when we went to pick up the cars, he had it ready with a gigantic red bow tie on top and offered to take a few pictures for me. All in all, if I decide to buy a Lexus again, I'll be looking for AJ at Longo Lexus. He had a huge smile the entire time he was with us, even thought it was late at night on NYE. Made my appointment with Daniel and Daniel was no where to be found. My appointment was at 11am and was seen until 11:30am by another service writer. I was told that it would take 2 hrs for my OIL CHANGE. After 3 1/2 hrs I went to check the status of my car at the front desk. I was told to see the service writer, which he then said he didn't have my paper work because it was given to another writer! The other writer had also given it to another writer which then said "Oh yeah it has been completed!" The original service writer took the paper work and said he would close it and they would call me when ready! 30 mins later I went back to the front desk to see if it was ready only to be told "oh yeah I was about to call your cellphone because you didn't answer when we called your name" I was sitting by the front desk, therefore there is no way I would of missed my name. Never ever had a waited 4 hrs for an oil change. This has been by far the worse experience I've had at a dealership. Very unorganized and careless employees. This will be my last trip to this dealer! read more

Longo Leuxs is by far one of the nicest luxury car dealerships I've been to. The moment you arrive at the dealership you can tell that they really take good care of their vehicles. Their cars are nice and sparkly - even the cars in their certified pre-owned lot. We bought our IS300 back in 2006 and was very satisfied with our purchasing experience. We were kindly greeted by a sales representative who showed us around the dealership. We expressed our interest in purchasing a IS300 and he showed us a variety of the model we were interested in. He answered any and all questions we had. The vehicles in the show room are kept very clean. They all smell brand new and they are immaculate. There aren't any fingerprints all over the navigation and don't have scuff marks or strange odors emanating from their vehicles (see my review on Lexus of Riverside for background on that). Their showroom is also kept very clean with a minimalistic design. They have leather couches and chairs around for customers to lounge in. I am very pleased with the way Longo Lexus treated me as a customer. Not only did they answer any questions I had, they went above and beyond my expectations in manners I wouldn't expect. For instance, they have an entire underground structure that holds many more vehicles so you have a large selection of vehicles to choose from. Also, when you are waiting for your vehicle to be delivered, they have a room with an automated coffee machine (one that serves special gourmet brew coffees and teas) and a large HDTV for customers to view while waiting for their vehicles to be delivered to them. When we received our vehicle, our sales representative was very kind in showing us around the entire vehicle. He showed us what every button inside the car did and showed us features that the car had and how to use them. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience at Longo Lexus from a purchase point. Their service is also up to par just like their sales. Coming into the service bay you are quickly greeted by a service representative who will take your keys and escort you to the waiting area. The waiting area is very plush and someone can easily spend the length of time required to wait for your vehicle in the service department. The service area is stocked with refreshments for customers while they wait for their cars to be serviced. What I really think is unique about Longo Lexus' service department is that you can actually see your car being serviced through large paned windows that show the service area. Let me say their service area is kept extremely clean! There isn't oil spilled all over the ground or tools or mess lying around. Their entire service area is kept extremely tidy. They also have office amenities like computers and wireless internet access for those who require those tools. In addition there are also conference rooms so you can talk in private. What I also like is that Longo Toyota is five steps down from Longo Lexus and offers excellent service for Toyotas. Overall I really enjoy coming to Longo Lexus for my business. The next time I'm looking for a Lexus to purchase I'll be sure to look at Longo Lexus first. read more

I had my Lexus serviced here a couple of weeks ago. The entire staff: the car attendants, service dept., loaner car desk, and cashier, were all very attentive and courteous. Jim in the service department, was very efficient in letting me know about all my options of service and all the specific details. I didn't feel pressured, like I do at other places, about getting anything superfluous done to my car. My previous service consultant was Niva Salazar, but he recently left so I had to find another consultant who is just as good as him. I have been going with John Duran as my new service consultant and he is very friendly and helpful. He updated me on what I needed done to my car at 25,000 miles. I presented him with my discount and he acknowledged it. He also told me about the check in offer they were offering if I checked in on yelp. He offered me a loaner vehicle which I received from Jose Chavez, a helpful gentleman as well. Mr. Duran also called me to updated me about my car and gave me different options and prices to choose from to handle the situation. My car was done at the time I requested. Picked up a GS 350 F-Sport from Longo Lexus. Steve Johiro was the Internet Sales Manager who helped my wife and I. He was quick to respond to my emails. Steve and I had a deal in place before my wife and I arrived and everything went as planned. Actually ran into a small snafu during the credit checking process (our fault) but Steve came up with a solution. Let me repeat that. Steve came up with a solution! I didn't have to beg, he did not retrade us, ask for a cosigner with better credit, etc. He proactively worked with us and the finance manager and sincerely came up with a solution that everyone agreeable to. Makes me wonder if I could have negotiated a slightly better deal, but when it took a little less than an hour to get through what is normally a long and tedious game of paperwork and waiting, I don't mind paying a little more. Longo has a lot of things going for it. Managers like Steve. Large selection. Super efficient staff to get you into your new car. I'll be coming back here for another Lexus soon. read more

Last minute I decided to get my car checked for recall. I don't get my car fixed and was worried with all the recalls that my car had. I was helped within minutes of arrival. I forget the guy who helped me (sorry!) but he was so great! He let me know I could get a loaner car or wait 3 hours. I happily converted from an SUV! I have been an RX girl for 13 years leading all of them from Longo and felt like the new model was too big and more importantly didn't have APPLE CARPLAY! So I planned on test driving the NX because I wanted Apple CarPlay and it was the only model I saw that had it. It was tight inside and not as smooth as a ride although a cool car. The dash kind of jets out at you though and the cup holders we tiny! BUT THEN...my sales associate listened to me and suggested I try the ES 350. A sedan??? No way. But I trusted her because she was so confident and YES it had Apple CarPlay. They did a redesign on this model this year and it was significant. It's lower and sleeker and more powerful of a drive. I drove the ES 350 Luxury, the ES 300 Hybrid Luxury and the ES 350 F SPORT. All rides were so smooth and powerful- the combo I wanted. Then the big decision. I liked the seat extender and the panoramic moon roof in the non hybrid ES 350 luxury model but the car didn't have the Mark Levinson sound or have the fun feel of the RX. The ES 300 Hybrid was great but a different drive and no Mark Levinson sound system. The F sport was more fun feeling with red interior (shocked myself that I liked it) and it had the Mark Levinson sound system that put me over the edge! It also had heads up display, heated steering wheel, heated and ventilated seats, all kinds of safety driving features I have to learn and Apple CarPlay!! I drove it home and told my husband I felt like I was meditating with the smooth, powerful, quiet drive and the incredible sound system. Then when we got home we read car and driver and other reviews and they said the redesign was great and the sound system and interior made it like a meditation! TRUE. They also said the braking was better and quicker in the F SPORT which made me feel safer. THANK YOU you JESSICA Chien for being so patient and intuitive in the process!! I would have never even test drove this car. Thank you KEVIN Holley for such a great experience and taking care of us with a GREAT deal! I LOVE LONGO!! And I look forward to working with Jessica Chien and Kevin Holley again!! Side note-- I had tested the Audi Q5 and Q7 and felt the Q5 was too rough, although quick, and terrible placement of the cup holders right under my elbow. No comfort there! And the Q7 was too ginormous with 7 seats although a lovely ride. Btw we had stopped by Santa Monica Lexus because it's so close and had a terrible experience with the finance guy. He literally kept over talking us and started to slowly increase his voice until he was almost yelling. He didn't listen to us at all. No switching dealerships! We met another couple there who said Longo had given them a better price and they were probably going to go there. Good choice. read more

Tony Minarto quoted me a price and claimed that the price was very low coz he gave me special discount. However, it didn't seem low to me. So a few days later, I approached another salesman at Longo and the quote given was $2,500 cheaper. And I bought it from him. This proves that the price Tony quoted is definitely not the lowest at Longo. I'm still shocked at such a huge price difference since he claimed it was a discount. Since he was a nice guy, I gave him 2 stars instead of 1 star. read more
