Unfortunately I purchase an electric SUV at El Monte longo lexus, that requires maintenance every 5k miles, I have take my vehicle twice and every time I have to ask for a loaner or for a Uber ride to my house they have provided it after demanding and arguing with them. Now this is my 3rd. time and there's no way that they wold provide a ride to my home back and forth or for a loan car. They said that I have to pay or to wait for 3 to 5 hours at the dealer in order for them to do the service. Now the vehicle is acting strange and failing, I will make longo lexus responsible for any accident that this PLASTIC CAR could get me involved . In a world where some mechanics can upsell or exaggerate issues, Robin has always been straightforward and sincere. He tells you exactly what's going on with your car, what needs to be done (and what can wait), and gives solid advice. I've trusted him with my Lexus for the past four years and never had a single issue. Now that I'm selling my car, I'm going to miss having him as my go-to. When I was a freshman in high school my uncle would take me to Lexus car meets around southern California. After seeing the cars, I promised myself that I will one day own a Lexus. *side note* I tried to convince my parents to get me an IS300 as a first car... yeahhh.. that didn't happen. Lol. Saw a CPO Lexus on the website and requested a quote. The next day, I receive an email from Isaac, letting me know about the price and if I'll be available to stop by for a test drive. I scheduled my test drive for the next day anddddddd that's all she wrote! During the inspection of the car, Isaac noticed that some of the rims had a little curb rash, so he told me that Longo will take care of it, I just needed to bring the car back in. They even provided me with a loaner. Very easy process. Great customer service. Would highly recommend Longo Lexus to anyone looking to get a Lexus. read more

Came here for an oil change at 730AM on a Saturday and requested a loaner vehicle. Note: if you request a loaner, the oil change will take 4 hours vs 2 hours if you wait on site. We decided to just wait instead and it surprisingly finished in about an hour. You can walk to the target next door while you wait too. They also text you updates vs calling you (which I prefer). Only issue is that when they tried to remove the previous mileage sticker (from Glendale Lexus), it wouldn't come off. Looks like they tried to scrape it off which unfortunately took off bits of our very expensive ceramic tint. They did inform us that they would speak to management to see if there's anything they can do so we are waiting to hear back. read more

Very Rude Parts Staff! CHRIS CUCUTA argued with me on Saturday 2/8 @ 12:00pm wasting 3 hours and 3 trips of my time when buying $300 worth of parts giving me bogus info and saying a particular is250 plenum upper gasket was not for my car and my information I read from their Longo website was bogus. He even complains to his co-workers the issues he causes. 1. I wanted a superseded plenum upper gasket for a is250 17176-31170(New - Stronger Orange material), 17176-31050(OLD - fails prematurely) always go with the newer part number. - see video link (22:18) all 2GR/4GR motors Toyota/lexus: https://youtu.be/ING-RK7NJ-c?si=PxU5ZwAFwG6nNBSg 2. He argues with me and says it is not in stock and says the part I want is bad info due to his knowledge (He pulls the old PN to sell me) but at the end of the day they have the newer PN available - see pic. 3. Called Cerritos Lexus(parts confirmed to fit,) looked up Lexus parts now, Bell Lexus and EBay and seems like nothing is wrong with what I was trying to order. - fits see pic. So I usually come to Longo once a year for an oil change since I don't drive too much, and I'm usually out of there after two hours for a simple service. However, this time, it wasn't as smooth. In fact, had to wait almost double the time that it usually is. For the price too, it's honestly not worth paying that much for such slow service. While the service advisor apologized for the delay, given how I was in a time crunch, it was pretty inconvenient. Also, they cut down on the snacks or breakfast items to merely a few Costco bars. At least they still have their coffee machines and other drinks, but I don't even consume that anymore other than water. Restroom was clean though. Just a disappointing experience this time around otherwise. read more

Came here 2 weeks ago to look at a vehicle and Isaac Kim helped me out from the start. He was very helpful, very professional with a great sense of humor. At no point did he ever make me feel uncomfortable or under pressure. He made me feel very comfortable the entire time. Mixed. I walked into the dealership and the front person was very helpful in directing me to where I needed to go. However, as I exited, the one guy for the security parking did not help direct me. They only aregued with me that there was no exit. All they had to say was this is a closed lot and the exit is over there. He did not even direct me. Just letting you mnow if its the one guy watchi g your cars, then they should be able to direct you instead of being stand offish. read more

Customer Service review From someone who works in customer service also, I called to request a loaner for my RZ program when I first called a was greeted by a young lady and took down my info and said they would call back to let me know availability. I said ok sounds good to me. I was then called back by Daniel representing himself as the President of service, he proceeded to tell me that my car was ineligible for the program. Mind you I have used the program times before with not issue. I was a confused by this since clearly my car has always been eligible for the program since I purchased the car. I tried to explain the situation to him and he proceeded to repeat himself in a very condescending tone, as if I didn't understand what he had said. He told me to call corporate so I can fix my app for the program which I have done many times before and they always tell me the same thing I tried to explain that but DANIEL did not want to hear it . It was his way or the high way, sorry but I thought I was the customer here ? Needless to say the customer service was DISAPPOINTING!!!! Because we didn't make an appointment I felt we were being punished my wife said the same thing, In the pass I have bought two Lexus and Toyota, I feel the customer service need to be checkout ( Am 80 years old) I will not change a tire on the road side or freeway. I have a 30,000 mile service, I"ll be going somewhere else for my services. Very disappointed in customer service this incident could have been resolved quickly & only would have taken 20 mins or less of their time but we waited 4 hrs to service the tire.
