I recently went to Longo to Purchase a 2013 GS350 F Sport... The purchasing experience is the best I have experienced... My sales representative Rony Parada was an great help the whole way through! From the initial inquiry to purchasing/leasing pricing to locating my ideal build to the delivery of the vehicle. He was able to get me a great deal not to mention find my perfect build which was Starfire Pearl with the Cabernet interior with the Mark Levinson system... Not only do Longo have exceptional staff they are also a company that will admit to their mistakes... When we moved on to the financial dept they realized that the lease purchase pricing was wrong but the updated pricing is actually less but that meant longo would lose out if I were to choose to pruchase the car at the end of the lease. No questions asked they went with the original estimation eventhough it meant that they would be losing additional money on the deal... I think integrity of a company is very important and they have shown that if they quote a certain number for a deal a mistake or not they will stand by it... If you're thinking of buying a Lexus, Longo has been hands down the best experience. After looking around online A LOT you could tell they offer the best service / amenities / car selection. A lot of other places I called around too didn't really seem to care I was interested in buying and didn't offer half as many perks (long service hours, a subway, Starbucks, MOBILE SERVICE!!! etc) We ended up buying two CT & ES. Anthony Nguyen and George Kantanto were fun, patient, and very helpful throughout the night. They take the time to teach you about the NAV screens (very helpful if you're tech-challenged) and helped give pointers to really enjoy the cars to the fullest. I'll be coming back again. He was so patient and when we began negotiating I truly felt he was working with me to get a great deal to purchase my IS350. There are a few time in my life where I felt the need to write a review. First of all I have been coming to Longo for a very long time. When we first bought our rx350 pre owned certified it was from longo. And we have had our service at longo since then. There were always few items the service manager like to add on which can be fixed dyi for a fraction of the cost. And that ok, I understand they like to use these tactic to make additional $$. What I am about to mention is not a backlash at longo lexus. Rather it was a very interesting learning experience which I like to share with the community. Having been with longo for so long it seemed reasonable to come here when I am looking to buy and sell my car. After waited for the sales person over period of 2 days and aggregate of 10 hours and each time was based on the appointment time they gave me. I felt the overall experience was very uncomfortable in restrospect. And my learned lesson was to be careful when compare prices and get a loan pre qualified before walking into any dealership. And most likely it not going to be a dealership like longo lexus. It is ok to walk out on a deal regardless of the situation because you can always come back to the deal. The Rx350 for same models and mileage was selling at a price online a bit over 22k. Coming to longo I understand that as any trade in there is a reasonable profit to be made by the company so I have proposed a selling price at 19500 based on what published on edmund. I was looking for a car lease that has reasonable price compare to competitions and hybrid. So I fixed my eyes on a ct200h. I had asked the sales person to based the value on a published price compare to a near by dealership. The only discrepancy was that the additional mileage at 15k miles per year for 36 month vs 27 month at 10k miles per year. On the sales persons table the clear published price per additional mile was at 20 cents per mile. However the sales person says the manager insisted that the per miles price is 25 cents because we supposedly made some error in the calculation. And the total differences was around 1500. After the sales process I asked quotations from at least two other dealership and both came back around 1500 less. And I have confirmed with them that the per mileage cost was 20 cent and not 25 cents. So beyond the differences based on the per mile differences, the sales person claimed to have discounted the lease by 2500 so they actually lowered the sales price for rx350 for another 2.5k. And instead of paying me for a reasonable trade in cost of 19,500 they only paid me for 17k. In the end the differences was 4k. I had asked them very nicely to compensating for some of the direct untruthful details. And it was very generous of them after all that to promise me verbally for 2 free oil changes. The dealership was also at first refuse to give me the money for the car until 14 business days later. And I felt they want to expedited the process after I had mentioned I would like the used rx350 back. And it was nice of them to let me waited for 7 days instead of 14 days. Their sales person was friendly and always has a smile on his face. And always responsive. So the 5 Star is for the sales person. Though the feeling I felt from this experience goes to 0 for longo and I appreciate them for giving me the learning experience I needed so I may share with the community. read more

Basically I was hearing noises when I would make left turns so I brought the car in and they kept it there for like 3 to 4 days and they told me the couldn't find the issue. So months pass and my car was due for service & so I told them if they can check the noise again. I brought my car in and they called and they now found the issue and fixed it. This is not my main issue above. After picking up my car I briefly looked around to see any damage to the car didn't see anything. It's also kind of hard to see things when u pick ur car because there is a lot of shade at Longo Lexus. 1 weeks passes by I noticed a bulge on my my front left tire sidewall and slight damage to the rim so I reported that. Also another week later passes I'm washing my car and I see my left rear wheel on the same side had been painted & touched up which didn't even match because supposed to be polished not painted it's a rcf wheel. Obviously the car was curbed and they tried to be sneaky and touch it up.You really don't see damages to the rims until u wash ur car. My rims have never had anything like this on them touched up paint so horrible looking lol Mickey Moused repaired. Longo Lexus are the last people to touch my car this is totally unacceptable I talked to the service manager he told me 100% this would never happen here at the dealer lol. He was so for sure that this wouldn't happen but of course they would never admit to fault.So finally he says get it repaired we will take care of the cost. Just a warning out there if u take your car to Longo please look at your car thoroughly. It's a shame when you put your trust a big named dealer like Longo to take care of your car and have to deal with this.Also I will never take my car for service here again maybe Glendale or Cerritos next time. read more

I came here with a friend who was buying a car. He got a certified preowned is200t that was advertised. The price was an amazing deal. We test dove the car and were in and out of finance and with the car in about 2 hrs. One thing to note, Lexus certified cars have an amazing warranty which is better than the warranty on a brand new Lexus. The staff was friendly, we did not feel pressured and it was an overall great experience. On Saturday morning November 14th, I dropped my Toyota Avalon for service at Longo Toyota. I have bought 4 cars from Longo in the past. I am in the market to replace my wife's BMW with a 2021 IS350. I went directly to the showroom at Lexus and asked the receptionist if I can sit in one. She paged a sales person and the sales person immediately asked "What car are you buying today?" First thing I noticed was his mask he's wearing. It was below his nose. I stepped back and told him "I just want to sit in the new IS." The sales person seemed bothered and replied "Oh, we only show those cars on appointment only and we are sold out." I literally walked past a few of them outside and see people getting in and out of them. The sales person then walked away even though I didn't finish asking him questions. I had good experience with Longo Toyota but seems like Longo Lexus has the worst service out of the 2 dealerships. Guess I will not bring my business here or recommend this place. read more

We had called around for the best price and one of the fleet managers at Longo Lexus was willing to match the lowest price we found. He was really nice, professional, and explained everything well. There was no sleazy selling at all. The underground lot where they keep the new cars is cool. Also, what a great service department! You can get a complimentary espresso drink while watching your car get serviced. Instead of a wall separating the customers from the shop, it's all glass. If I buy a Lexus in the future, I'm definitely coming here. Right now, there's special financing with their December to Remember event! I did pre fill my application online prior to getting there, but car was already in wash and most paperwork was ready. I went to Longo Toyota looking for a new RAV4 on a busy July 4th, as I have previously purchased my prior RAV4 there and had a great experience. However, the salesman they assigned to me was grumpy and totally inattentive. I don't know if he was making another deal or didn't care (He answered a phone call during our talk, and left me alone to look at the car while he went back to his desk).
